I think it's ambiguous enough not to count as a confirmation, even without taking into account that It Wasall A Dream. Note how it also takes pains not to put a label on Iino and Ishigami. Really, this chapter works like an epilogue with plausible deniability.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Well that's easy to explain.
Miko spent most of her childhood being super serious and studious, so its only natural she'd cut loose as an adult.
Fujiwara got all of her childhood antics out of her system when she was young, so there wasn't much to go but become responsible
Even Kaguya outgrew her Yandere tendencies otherwise she probably would have tried to kill Miko.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I just hope that they actually get together. The Hayasala chapter left it ambiguous, but that was a dubiously canon what-if not-epilogue. We've been on this ride for so long, they should just come out and do it. On another note, it's interesring that by process of elimination Fujiwara will be the penultimate story, despite Ishigamk being the tritagonist and a spotlight hog. Guess seniority has its perks.

Hmm.
I personally don't agree that Miko and Ishigami would fall into the same Shirogane and Kaguya routine.
Miko was always being pushed by Chika and even Terako from the Minecraft Winecraft chapter (which was 8 chapters ago) to be active and on the offensive.
I can at least understand Miko's failed attempts to get Ishigami to do something getting to her and student council work in general could stall things.
I definitely feel unsatisfied with things ending on this note even if this chapter shows they both like each other.
Aw goddammit man. Like, I get why Aka did this, but Miko and Ishigami's relationship is very different from Kaguya and Shirogane's. Does feel a bit rug-pulling, here. Hope we at least get a proper no-hedging epilogue.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.For those unaware, the marrying a sumo wrestler thing is more likely a joke about the stereotype that women who wants to marry a sumo wrestler is vying for their high social status, income, usually good character and the fact that they have a shorter life expectancy, leaving behind a fortune.

Other than confirming Fu-bi-wara, this is a bit of an alright sendoff. Most of these chapters have been focused more on restating their characters rather than giving them closure, with some exceptions. Only a couple left now.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.The consensus I've seen is that the dream is a Call-Forward to what will most likely happen.
Really cuz bisexuals.
And yes, glad we agree 278 is bad

The Tanuma curse is strong. The doctor sweating bullets at the news was hilarious.
Also Aka you better put a face on Maki’s happy ending!
