"Bob" the Cat person is accepted, nice to have a medical roll.
Hedak is also accepted.
Kressh is accepted as well.
And finally Felix is accepted, interesting use of the force.
Okay people we only got room for 2 more characters. And then We'll begin ASAP (As in when I got all the fine details for the plot and quests ready)
For some reason you putting Bob in quotes makes me tempted to keep Bob as an alias for him.
Yeah I get why the quotes are there. Which is why I don't get why it has me thinking make Bob an alias. -shrug-
Gonna go dig up a star wars name generator or something.
Click Click Boom BoomThanks for the suggestion but no.
I was about to go with Auren Sol thanks to a random name generator, but contemplating switching that to Auren Ailurous.
Though I suppose nothing stopping me from making Bob, Auren Sol Ailurous. -ponders-
Click Click Boom BoomAfter a few years of having anyone who's fluent in High Galactic cock their heads upon hearing his name and then asking if he's really named "Golden Sun", he might well decide to go with "Bob."
And his last name is cat in Space Greek.
(Sadly I could not think up a good name for space greek)
Also, only the sol thing was intended. Well not intended so much as recognized and I went with it anyways.
Well ok the cat thing was fully intended to, but I didn't get that from the random name generator.

Click Click Boom BoomName: John-John Qoz
Age: 27
Species: Gungan
Appearance: Like most Gungans, he sports a typical build of a lanky, 6'1 amphibious creature. His skin is a pale green, his eyes a light brown. He wears a wide brim black hat over his head and stalks, and sports a black poncho that goes down to his knees and greyish pants. His left arm is entirely robotic, having to sell it to pay off a debt.
Skills:
Marksmanship: He's very skilled with a gun, something that he's had to learn to be very adept with while in his profession. He's especially fond of blaster pistols and has mastered the art of 'shooting first'. He's also good at sniping, but specializes more with those quick shots. He knows how to keep a gun in working order and can repair them if need be.
Piloting: Is great at piloting ships. While his training may be rather sketchy, he knows how to get a ship through some tight spots if he's behind the controls.
Misc Thieving Skills: Can hot wire, pick pockets, and, despite what his species might lead you to believe, is very agile and good at parkcor if he needs to run. Some minor hacking skills, but if it's anything more complicated then opening an door electronically locked door, you'd better ask somebody else.
Aquatic Adaptability: He's a Gungan, I shouldn't really have to explain this. As swift as he is on land, he's much more deadly under the water.
Tools:
Dual B-103 Sentry Blaster Pistol: Strapped to his hips are a pair of his trusty blaster pistols-or at least, his latest pair since he's had to give up and replace guns throughout his career.
PW-8 Plasma Sniper Rifle: The ever-trusty PW-8. He managed to swipe this one after raiding a Republic Ship. WHY he did this is none of your concern, but let's say it didn't go as well as he would've liked.
Cybernetic Arm: Never mess with the Hutts. John-John learned that lesson the hard way when he tried to double cross one on a deal and now he's missing an arm. He managed to replace it with a cybernetic arm. It was a pretty cheap job, so he wasn't able to get any sort of cool gadgets. But he did manage to hook up his hold Hydrostatic Bubble Shield to the back of his wrist so he can create his own personal energy shield. It's also got a personal computer on his forearm, perfect for his hacking on those pesky electronic locks.
Bio: John-John was born on Naboo to a family of 'Private Ship-Sailing Gentlemen'. Or, as you might know them as Pirates. John-John's mother and father were killed a few months after his birth and was raised be the remains of their pirate gang-which was about three remaining people due to that night being a raid by New Republic Troops. John-John grew up learning the tools of the trade at a young age, getting some 'basic training' in thieving and combat on Naboo before he was taken off world at the age of 13. Ever since then, John-John has been stealing, raiding, and smuggling whatever he can get his webbed hands on. He's taken all forms of jobs: attacking ships and looting them, smuggling goods-legal or otherwise-from one quadrant to another, and even a few 'rubbing out' jobs. His loyalty is only to himself, his employer, and anyone who's willing to be loyal to him.
((This took me longer then I thought it would have, so hopefully it's good. If there's anything that needs to be edited, lemme know.))
So while our first five or so were a pretty standard Star Wars mix of various Force-users and not, our next couple of players include a space hussar, a werecat spehss weretiger (I probably am not supposed to be thinking of the Kzinti am I), an Object Whisperer (assuming he's got that traditional Kiffar talent, or in latent form), and a Gungan rogue.
I like this.
Although, we're getting to be pretty big for a PC party. I'm wondering if we shouldn't be broken down into subgroups for easier handling (at the cost of extra stress and work for the GM); wrangling ten players or so can be tough.

Charlie Stross's cheerful, optimistic predictions for 2017, part one of three. Two teams of five would probably sound logical, although that would also limit character interaction at the same time. It's really up to the GM.
And I was going to go with it being the traditional Kiffar talent because I'm still unsure on what Force Powers, however unrefined, he would have and was going with the adventurous archeologist/explorer sort of angle.

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.
And thus, the more the merrier!
On the subject of Kiera being The Leader: I could see her possibly falling into that role as the RP progresses, but right now she's far too much a one-woman job for that. She'd much rather do her thing, get paid, and not bother or be bothered by the others. Too bad she won't get that opportunity lol.
Also, I'm liking the mix between classical characters and non-classical ones. It's going to make this RP pretty interesting, all things considered.
EDIT: Also, I updated Kiera's description to include her armor, as well as two scars and the fact she's left-handed, because damnit there should be Lefties in Everything!

- Name: 9-DOT
- Age: Forty years old.
- Species: Droid. An ASP-19 model to be exact.
- Appearance: Looks like the one getting sliced in half.
◊
- Skills: Is a droid so his fists hurt a lot harder than normal and he can go out in space with no negative side effects. He is also as skilled as a non-organic can be in Form III Lightsaber Combat, the most defensive of the seven forms of lightsaber combat. Against an actual Jedi or Sith though, he would most likely prove nothing more than a good warmup.
- Tools: Carries around a standard, blue lightsaber and is fairly adept at it though his old age and slightly creaky joints have slowed him up somewhat.
- Other: Darth Vader employed the use of several ASP-19 droids that he programmed with lightsaber combat knowledge and lightsabers in order to keep his skills sharp. While he normally dispatched the droids quite quickly, he perished before he got the chance to do the same to 9-DOT. 9-DOT stayed in Darth Vader's dwelling on Coruscant for a long time and with so little stimulation and its Jedi-esque programming, he began to malfunction and believe that he was an actual Jedi Knight. First Order agents eventually raided Darth Vader's dwelling and, seeing these enemies of the Republic, 9-DOT cut them down and is now on the run, happily spouting his mechanical Jedi wisdom towards anyone who will listen.

9-Dot seems to be well written and using character lore. So that's good, plus mistaken identity is fun. Alright. I think we got as many players as we need. We will only have one spot reserved but give me a few days and the RP will be up, the fence has taken more work than expected and IRL stuff is starting to take over.

So, I'm sitting up at two in the morning, and it just occurs to me, completely out of the blue, that the five currently accepted PC's actually have decent Five-Man Band potential, depending on how the story progresses.
There are other formats that would work, of course. That was just the first one that I noticed.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.
