The word for "sibling" and "brother" are the same. Though if it includes sisters (older or younger) can be indicated with kanji, and there's also a specific word for "sisters", in general.

I guess the twist at the end makes sense. If there's a passage between the two worlds in Grace Field, then it follows that the Promise was made there too.
But man, for superintelligent demons the nobles are a tad stupid. They don't even seem to consider that the top-tier brains they raised in Lambda might have been a bit too top-tier for them to handle.

Seems the plan relies on the fact that Demons don't see humans as a threat, so when faced with attacks on plantations, they assumed it was the rebel demons. And it worked without a hitch. Stupid bastards.

Having Norman fail and Emma succeed is the most predictable and boring conclusion imaginable. Not saying it won't happen because it probably will, but a series that took a lot of risk to crave up it's own unique identity deserves better than a by the numbers resolution.

Or it works out too well & such a large-scale war inevitably drags in the humans cause they aren't that good at hide & seek.
The moment he plotted assassinating Mujika/Musica his failure was sealed. We already know Lewis corpse disappeared before Goldy Pond collapsed and he has unknown history with her.

He's been hiding an entire town from demons all this time. That's some next level hide and seek skills.
So even the Demons, refer to themselves as demons? I've always been curious about that because "demon" was just something the kids made up as place holder name, and we've never heard how they refer to their species besides vague things like "our kind" and such.

Wait, where do the demons refer to themselves by that name? I'm not seeing it in the Viz chapter, so it could just be a fucky fan translation choice.
I could have sworn one of the dukes referred to the "lower-class demons" or something, but I can buy it was just translators and the same term the kids have been using wasn't mentioned.

Thought so. I know there's been a couple times, including from Sonju, where people go, "oh, you call them/us demons?" and it'd be pretty weird to just have that up and forgotten about.
Viz talks about the "lowly culprits" robbing the farms and the "citizens in the regional areas" needing meat, for the record.

Well that was trippy. It started like a sort of nostalgia chapter but that quickly went awry. It was still nice to see Izabella again, even a fake one. =(
And after the Truth, we now have Homunculus.

10 page chapter this week, and a break next week… Not so surprising, I don't think the authors missed a single week since the series started.
And boy are they fucked. Forget the Promise, it seems like just finding the Seven Walls will be a massive pain in the ass.

Him being Royalty was confirmed in Japanese pages about the characters ages ago, but him having a sister and she's the ruler is new. It only mentioned him and his brother(s) being the kids of the Demon King.
Though apparently referring to siblings as brothers even when it includes girls is a thing in Japan.
