Omar: Marginally better. Now I know the kind of terrible threat we are facing is more akin to the Combined Army than any normal human facist system.
-Ling is there, but not caring, as she's still fiddling with the data slate-
-...Asagi's missing. Probably to Hector's minimal relief-
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)—Artorias closes his eyes, and opens his senses to feel the souls around him. Most are human, but a few distant ones are from the Federation ships. They shine like stars, whereas Six's only glows like a fire. Only the Gods of Anor Londo had souls like stars.—
@Six: I think I know what may be scaring those Zeon. I just sensed the souls of some of the humans on those Federation ships. And they felt closer to souls of my godly brethren than mere humans.
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.@Omar: You may be correct, but whatever sort of pilots they are, they are above the average human. Six, for example, has a soul like a strong bonfire to my senses.
A powerful one, but still a bonfire. You couldn't see it from a certain distance. But to me, those pilots must be of a class dangerous to even my kind to have such a distinct shine. And that scares me to my core.
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.-one of the other ships of the zeon fleet, a red one
that appears to be much more heavily gunned than the others, proceeds to open fire on the advancing earth fleet, only to have a single beam shot shish kebab it through the center-
-so yeah those feddies that were chasing you aren't something to mess with-
-regardless one of the musais of the zeon fleet contacts the shuttle as the other ships begin deploying their mechs for a fight-
Zeon ship: "Shuttle, respond, what is your status? Is anyone even alive on there?"
Musai: understood, we'll have a zaku attach a tether and tow you back to the colony. Just hang on.
-meanwhile the space around has pretty much erupted into a dazzling display of death. Zeon ships and machines are pretty much getting mulched by an opponent those in the shuttle can't quite see due to not having 360 degrees of vision as they are finally towed to the massive space colony of zeon-
—Artorias watches the battle with rapt attention. He sees the lasers zipping across the battle-lines like they were colored bolts thrown by Gwyn from his past. The carnage, the chaos, it's like when he fought the Everlasting Dragons—
Artorias: It's like the War against the Ancients brought back to life. Unbelievable.
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.—Artorias actually finds a uniform in his size, though it appears to belong to someone of a rank higher than Omar's. Maybe a Captain or Admiral, if he could read the flags at all. Maybe this could cause a problem of rank if the Zeon saw it, so he tears off the markings to make the uniform look battered as well and hide any marks of ranking. He then decides to cut his uniform with a dagger in keys areas to give the illusion it was cut at the bloodstained portions.—
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.

Six: Peachy.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."
