Six: -heads over towards O2 storage-
Man. We're talking about using an SOS signal to lure in a human vessel and then eat it alive.
If Geneva hadn't been rescinded due to "immediate existential threat", I'd have a few reservations.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Naomi: ...wait a minute, what's that one again?
I know the Geneva Convention is the whole "war crimes list" thing, but... is it the whole "we're using a distress signal to hijack a ship" thing?
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Six: I'm not sure I like this either. But we aren't natives of this place. We are dealing with very unscrupulous people. If we don't give the right responses using any of Einar's other suggestions - or if we get found trying to sneak into the colony - they likely won't hesitate to destroy the ship and kill all of us.
Even if we wanted to do any of those other options we'd need a way of figuring out what info to use, and the only real way to do that would be to disable a ship and get the proper information from its databanks. And in that case, might as well use the ship to get in since we're there.
War is a dirty business. This is the best option.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Serenity : While it is not safe for the ships hull to get too close to an asteroid, we can take and land of you guys on its surface, then fire potshots from behind it, due to the asteroids mass being in the way, they will not be able to return fire without repositioning behind it
At which point the ship will warp out, giving you guys a clear line of movment from the asteroid to there hull

Einar: hmm.
(@Serenity) machine spirit, if you're awake how close can you hug an asteroid?
