Hastur follows, eyeing the box. Perhaps someone with an experience in Japanese (since his avatar is partially inspired by Nyaruko portrayal) and mind-bogglingly-complicated stuff can discern something about it?
Cthylla: The Wendigo. Or, to specify. The Wendigo. A relative of mine. On my Earth he's the one who makes Canada and Alaska what they are during winter.
Omar: I have heard of legends of the wendigo from religious studies. But I had thought they were only stories told of men who went mad in the winter time and resorted to cannibalism to prevent starvation.
-It's just a floating text box, Roy. No need to be so frightened. It's not like either the box nor Asagi are moving as they're being dragged out-
-Well, Hastur, it's just signaling that Asagi just got 40% on her Corruption Meter, and is telling her to pick a new form to celebrate-
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)(@Roy) Hastur: ... It seems that her demonic messed-uppiness has just gotten a major level-up. More specially, it seems, she's getting corrupted into a new form. I wonder whether she'll grow a singular wing.
(@Omar) Cthylla: On my Earth these concepts are a bit complicated. Ithaqua is the one who has sired the legend of the Wendigo, and his powers over cold, wind are as great as his hunger. He's responsible for most mutilated corpses found in the frozen woods and around the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest. But when people do resort to cannibalism, they become flesh-eating ghouls, and the Natives have combined both concepts into one in their legends.
...
I apologize for dumping it on you.
(@Roy) Hastur: I'd ask you to find Dr. Fraxinus, but he is apparently having his rejuvenating sleep disturbing which would be rude at the very least. Right now, well, time to look deeper into that thing.
(@Omar) Cthylla: Because right now you're tempting fate to bring the concept into reality. Haven't you already noticed how much improbabilities tend to happen when... ~notices a cylindrical roll of blankets with Asagi's head sticking out of one end~ ...Oh.
(@Roy) Hastur: Henry, why. That gentleman with an enchanted gun who has seen enough weird stuff in his life to make me raise my brow in surprise and respect. And, well, since he's asleep... ~turns towards people in the hall, saying stuff out loud with the tone he'd use to ask whether the bathroom is free~ We've got a demon girl transforming further into a demon, anyone 'round here know what do?
-Artorias overhears Omar, and puts down the fifth cup of coffee he's had. His corruption has calmed down, and his mood seems better overall-
-To Omar- Did you mention demons? Perhaps I could be of some assistance. I battled some demons in my time, maybe I can provide some insight on this.
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.

Roy: "No idea personally."
Longram: *Shrugs to Cath.*
