Safira: -to Lars- Its effects on the human body are obscene.
Ignition at 100 yards paints a target with full-body third-degree burns and a guarantee of cancer.
At 50 yards your *entire body* is burned - skin, tendons, bone - and you experience spontaneous contracture - your muscles and skin shrink.
Within 25 yards you are turned into what Spacers call "corpse reduction" - a sizzling puddle.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Safira: Yes. We will indeed be putting the kibosh on it. But this is the part you will not like.
The Black Hand is the supreme human killing machine. The NEP is taking it to Central as the assassin was able to liquefy several infantry through a concrete bunker with it.
It can fire through even radioactively hardened material, without doing much more than scorching the wood inside.
We have found the gun that will kill Great Leader.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Safira: Its inhumane nature.
The only reason Spacers are able to get away with its utilization, is because the only polities with the means to charge them for war crimes are the ones that employ Spacers to perform their dirty work.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Safira: Unfortunately, we must use it. A Black Hand is entirely silent. It leaves little obvious trace of its work - besides the puddle and scorched paint. Once we get it into Central, we can kill Great Leader without him even knowing we are there, and leave before any suspicions are raised.
So we will be commandeering the NEP convoy transporting it.
-to Turax- You use worse?

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Safira: Though I would like to note that after its usage we will destroy it thoroughly.
Spacers do not like it when their technology is stolen. No doubt they are already preparing a war fleet for a full-scale invasion of Novo Solo.
Onto more concrete concerns, I do know where the convoy is passing. We have intercepted their route and we know their checkpoints. Once the convoy is ours Corvids will take care of passing it through inner city military checkpoints.
And one of the checkpoints is in Gorny's Split.
-Safira displays an image of the Split.
◊ Even from this distance you can tell it's a shantytown at best-
Safira: -to Lars- Gorny's Split is Corvid territory. It is an unpopular topic of Solo Nobre - a district that has not been zoned, so it has fallen to illegalities. The Corvids are the unofficial law there. However, we do not raise much of a fuss. The Split is one of the few places we have to be free, and so long as we do not expand from it the NEP does not seem to care.
They will be betting on us cowering and hiding when their convoy passes through. We will not.
That is where you all come in. You will assist us in ambushing the convoy, killing its defenders and destroying the hardware defending it, and commandeering the vehicles they are using.
-to Einar- Correct. Their convoy is fairly heavily defended. We have stashed cannons and missiles, and will destroy their heavy vehicles in a single salvo. That will leave you all to deal with the infantry and powersuits guarding the convoy.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Safira: We will use a communications jammer, so they will not be able to phone home in the process. By their next check-in, the vehicle will be under our control, and providing their access codes. They won't suspect a thing.
I do not expect this to escalate much. It is, however, a firefight, so I believe we should treat it with the necessary level of gravitas.
-to Lars- If you believe you are capable of commandeering the convoy without firing a shot you may attempt to do so. If the convoy makes it to our kill zone, however, we will open fire.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp.""Alright—that is reasonable enough.", Lars nodded. "What I'm suggesting is that we create a roadblock of some kind. Fallen trees, busted telephone pole. Then we would dress the part of repair crew hurrying our work in removing the obstacle, while a few of us sneak up to the convoy and commandeer them."
"Though—this would depend on how many are there in the convoy. Do we know how many there are?"
