-Notably, as everyone goes about their daily routine while waiting for more news about their job, they start to feel... weird-
-Not in any particular way - it may even differ from person to person - but there is a sense of strangeness descending over the land. And it's only increasing-
-As the feeling of oddity reaches a fevered pitch the sky turns an incredibly bright purple in all directions, momentarily obscuring the stars. Everyone starts to feel aggressively and exceptionally weird - like you're being twisted and pulled into a caricature of yourself and then being squeezed through a series of winding tubes, only it's not at all painful, just incredibly, incredibly disorienting. The feeling of being spaghettified intensifies with the sky as it pulses, and just as soon as you feel like you are going to lose all track of your sense of self... it stops, and the sky returns, bringing with it the stars around the ringworld-
-Nothing has changed. Not obviously, anyways. The local kitsune are incredibly confused about what, exactly, just happened, and some are panicing, but beyond that nothing has changed about the world or yourselves-
-*Roy Spades, gunslinger, gunsmith, is having a fine meal at a street food vendor. With the sudden flash occurring, his body flickers from the sudden purplely weirdness. He stares at his takoyaki, then the vendor, the takoyaki, then the vendor again.*-
Roy: @food vendor "Ugh....did you fry this octo right?"
Oliver: "....Must be the food I'm eating." >.>
