-Its going to take a while to get through that lock-
-Can you pick an electronic one?-
-The computer powers up though when Oliver connects it to himself-
-It does NOT create any kind of connection-
-But it begins the bootup process-
-HOLLLY shit is it spitting out a lot of warnings as it does so-
-Roll Architecture, Spaceship Design, Engineering, or Physics, whatever is most relevent yo your character-
-Oliver rolls 7 on Physics-
-...with a -8 penalty, because he only has an intuitive understanding of them as a Pilot and can't actually recall much beyond Newton's third law on command-
-so effectively, he knows literally nothing about what he sees-
Oliver: Uh... somebody mind coming over here?
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."(@Bruce) Lavinia: Well... ~starts to look over the photos~ That's my brother Barnabas
◊, he's a traveling cosmetics salesman by now... And that's Ezekiah
◊, he's a shopkeeper in Providence... And that's Isaiah
◊, he hasn't moved yet and is attending to great-great-grandma and her garden at our home. Though he's the most skilled portal wizard in the family.
(@Bruce) Lavinia: Well, that's only if folks don't manage to grasp the basics of witchcraft. The first two are failures, but have some gift for commerce. Isaiah and me, though, are no-goods when it comes for healthy communication, so Father has been teaching us since we were kids. And...
Lavinia turns towards the computer and people that try to work on it.
Lavinia: I don't know a thing about tech, but can say something about anomalies. Maybe we should stabilize the location first. As in, pinpoint the station's coordinates and qualities, for instance. I'm no expert, but such thing as quantum entanglement should work.
Oliver: ...uh-oh.
Wait, how is it still running, then? I mean, I'm not a man of science, but I know that if a fusion reactor's containment vessel gets breached, the reaction stops. No magnetic containment, no fusion.

(@Bruce) Lavinia: I see. Been there myself, given that Whateleys are wizards linked to the god of time and space, yadda, yadda. Funnily enough, big bros have been visiting your time so often they've started wearing your time's clothes. Townsfolk seemed wary at first, but a few suspiciously convenient crop blights and lightning bolts have managed to make them keep their yaps shut. Got some photos here if you wanna take a look. ~in her hands there are indeed some vintage sepia photos... mixed with modern glossy ones~
