Three animalistic shapes surround the mech and, while one catches a full weight of the barrage in his chest and falls down, two others manage to reach one of the twin turrets and jam it, halving the robot's firepower.
Lisa, the cultist you've sliced might need a new hand... as well as the better part of the shoulder. As the blood stream doesn't stop, he faints and looks like he's out of combat for good. But the one whom you've managed to pepper with buckshot is thrown back into the wall - while he hits the wall with the back of his head and goes unconscious as well, his wound starts regenerating quickly, which tells you that they're likely impervious to superficial damage. It's weird how your stature isn't noticed by werewolves trying to find themselves another prey, so you've got an opportunity to assist any of your allies now.
Naomi, on the other hand, manages to cauterize wounds she leaves, preventing werewolves from regenerating, and manages to wade through a few and get a breather.
Auron has found out about that superficial part as well - well-placed skill literally bisects one of the more monstrous cultists, stopping him in his tracks and leaving the samurai with one less opponent to worry about. Simultaneously two of the remaining bestials surround him, claws ready to slice and eyes gleaming with bloodlust.
One of Roy's bullets finds the cultist's noggin, making it explode like an overripe melon and fully proving the Jakobs manufacturer motto. But a cultist suddenly lunges towards his fallen comrade and starts licking his blood from the floor... You might need to reload before he gets his hunger satiated and notices you.
Asagi, you, God help thee, observe as the cultist leader himself heads towards you, and his smile can't mean anything good for you. He's certainly pissed for what you did to him, so you'd better snap out of anything you might be still affected by.
Helidor, your question is punctuated by one of the cultists forming a massive claw on one of his hand and using it to reach you, barely missing you by a short margin.

Helidor responds by slashing the beast with her dagger then teleporting six feet to the right.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Asagi: o_O
Okay, okay, what was it about werewolves and weaknesses, uhhhhhhhhh, okay, no silver on hand, no wolfsbane, um oh, screw thinking more!
-She fires a more concentrated magic-bullet at the head cultist's eye to at least disable him before he can try and nom her-
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)Shack
-Auron smirks as two of the beasts come for him, and he grips his sword once more, letting the tip clank on the ground..-
"Farewell."
-He stamps his left foot out to his left and, using that as a base, he whirls around one-eighty degrees, lifting up his extended sword, trying to cleave both of the cultists in half at the waist.-
Be kind.Lisa manages to reach one of the cultists and take him out of combat with a graceful slice as the mech's overheated gatling finds the face of another one, the monster's skull almost caving in from the impact. The burn should stay for long, oh my.
Roy, you manage to reload in time - the beast is still consumed by his nefarious feasting, which leaves him open for a lined-up shot.
The whistle of katana is followed by a subtle sound of combat boots hitting the stone... along with two bodies slumping down as well. Auron's combat reflexes didn't fail him yet again.
Helidor manages to land a glancing cut on the beast's shoulder... and then blink out of its way, leaving the assailant tumbling forward and disoriented. He has lost you, it seems.
Asagi, your bullet barely hits the cultist, cutting his temple, but you manage to disrupt him well enough - the fountain of blood floods his vision and temporarily blinds him, letting you easily evade his broad swings as he swears profusely along with growling like a wounded cur.
Overall the situation is rather promising - you outnumber your enemies now, and they're forced to defend themselves from you in desperation. Meanwhile a slender shape descends down the stairs you came here earlier - Hastur is wading through the unfolding chaos, dissonantly serene, his yellow glowing eyes open and set upon the cult leader.
Helidor: (rubs back stealthily to check on the fight still armed)
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.-His opponents defeated, Auron hefts his bloodied sword onto his shoulder and takes stock of the situation, noting who happens to be engaged with whom.-
-Almost immediately, he notices the beastman stumbling forwards, apparently disoriented by something (Helidor's), and steps forward.-
Auron: "This ends now."
-He brings the hammer down — or, in this case, the sword — and attempts to rend his opponent asunder from the back.-
Be kind.Eires re-entered the saloon after parking her suit elsewhere (behind the place) and doing an assessment on the mecha on all of the damage it had received over the last day. swinging a metal bottle of water onto the table, she took a seat next to B312, laid her head down on the table, and idly fiddled with the cap on the bottle. From the sigh she vocalized as she did so, things really weren't looking so good.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]As Auron splits the dazzled foe from his back downwards in two neat pieces, as another cultist falls down with his head smashed by the mech's frontal panel. and as the body hit by Roy's clean shot falls down, missing everything above the lower jaw, the only cultist left standing is the leader. And then Asagi's fist finds his chin, sending him back, stunned and tring to regain his balance.
Hastur approaches him, tilting his head sideways as he looks at the werewolf preacher inquisitively.
Hastur: Cult veneration, huh? It's a bad idea to mess with such things. Most of creatures someone with a face straight from a date sim can conjure have something in stock for the likes of you. And I will show you.
As the sentence ends, Hastur's hands and chest erupt in a mass of squirming tentacles that coil around the resisting werewolf, restraining him in tight tangles. With cracks and snaps Hastur's body reshapes itself, and now the mass of tendrils enveloping the pretty boy perp whom Nova had sought is protruding from his hand only. He closes his eyes, then turns towards his allies, treating the helpless bounty like a kid dragging a teddy bear along the ground.
(@Team) Hastur: I guess we should go? ~smiles cheerfully~ But well. Who are you? ~turns and points towards the mech looming over him~
Helidor: Is that just for effect? It's really effective. (Sounds terrified but smiling)
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Roy: "Huh, not bad fighting together and not crock it up first time." *Blows the smoke out of the gun barrel, gives the wheelgun a few good spins before holstering back into the storage deck alongside his gasmask. He tips his hat to the others as job well done.*
