—Takanuva looks at Akhen with beaming eyes. He's obviously amazed at this fact that Akhen's people have such a huge collection of knowledge and history inscribed upon the walls of their own structures—
@Valerie: Yes you have it right.
@Akhen: That's...incredible. I'm ashamed to say most of our own history was lost after the Great Cataclysm, but to hear how extensive your people's history is recorded upon the very walls of your structures, they might put the Archives of Onu-metru to shame the way you speak of them. Tell me, this Thoth you speak of, is he the center of your culture's values? We have someone who may be similar, our Great Spirit Mata Nui. He imbued within our kind the three virtues we rely upon. Do your people have similar tales of this Thoth?

'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.(@Turax) Akhen: Same here. I am the only one with the spark among my tribe, so I've been sent out to scout and observe. I've met enough mages while venturing, but a planeswalker - no.
Looking at Val, Akhen smiles and spreads his arms.
(@Val) Akhen: Indeed, but it's probably time to try and correct that. The pleasure is mine. As you've heard, the suitable name is Akhen.
(@Takanuva) Akhen: While indeed great and potent, Thoth is only one of our gods upon whom we rely. There are great Re, or Amen, who blesses the land with sunlight, and Horus the lord of sky, as well as Ptah the creator and Atum who brings an end to all things past, present and future.

—Takanuva is fascinated at the prospect of a polytheistic system of belief—
@Akhen: Fascinating. So this Ptah is like Mata Nui and Atum is like our Makuta. Tell me, are Ptah and Atum siblings in their legends? The similarities between our cultures may be more common than we think.

'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.(@Turax) Akhen: I am indeed rejoiced at this encounter. It's not really weird how planeswalkers tend to flock together across the multiverse, given the nature of our powers.
(@Takanuva) Akhen: They're not in the strictest way, but the tale that comes to your mind, I guess, can more fittingly describe the relationship of Horus and Setekh. Those two are siblings, and the tale of their lives is full of gore and treachery.
@Akhen: I take it that Horus is the one who is good and Setekh is the evil one? Tell me, what is their tale? I'll share my legend if you wish to share yours. A credit for a credit, you might say?

'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.(@Turax) Akhen: As a sphinx, basically blue with a bit of affinity for red. My forte is aenigmomancy, magic of riddles of which you might've heard. I'd gladly elaborate on it a bit later if given time, though.
(@Takanuva) Akhen: The tale is convoluted and holds a special place in my heart. Yet I'm sorry, but the full text of the epic is a bit too extensive for me to tell now. I would gladly share later, though, but I must take my leave at the moment. Trying to accomodate.
With that he nods farewell and leaves.

-Oliver walks into the penthouse, holding the odd cylindrical flash drive thing he's been thumbing earlier-
-he doesn't seem as scared of it now-
Valerie: wut?

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Oliver: Yeah.
I took it to a cybersecurity firm and got it scanned. Cost me a lot of my mission pay, but... this is safe. I won't go kill-crazy when I plug this into the back of my head.
Valerie: ...pretty?
Ha. Hahah. Wow.
Thanks. ^///^
