—Takanuva would be flushed if he had blood circulate his cheeks—
@Six: Eh he...No? Normally my brothers and I would use our tools to channel our elemental powers from a distance. I mean, Tahu and Kopaka both could use their tools as swords, but I never saw them fight with them directly. They just...channeled their fire or ice powers through them, respectively. So, I guess you could say I'm....unused to it, but not unaware of it? Ehehehe?
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.Valerie: Things are really quiet.
Y'know. Fortunately.
Hey Quartz.
Six: So you don't know at all how to fight in close quarters.
You do realize that this isn't something you're going to become master of in a day, right?
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."@Six: It took my people at least a hundred, thousand years of living in fear and daily survival before we were graced by the Toa's arrival. I'm not unaware work requires efforts (regardless how much I despise it when I'd rather be explorimg) and repeated training. And if I have...work...to get better at it, then....so be it. I just don't want to have my posterior be so easily handed to me in the future, perhaps even on missions.
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.Six: Very well.
I'm going to need time to figure out how to do this. Haven't really been the teaching type.
Valerie: -to Quartz- Nah. Nothing good's going on, so... meh.
-to Turax- All your machines.
How do you live relying on so many of those?
-to Asagi- Meditating.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."@Six: I'm sure you'll figure something out. And thank you, brother. I'm going to see if I can meet anyone else before we go on the mission. May the Great Spirit guide you.
—Takanuva waves Six goodbye before leaving the room in search of others to converse with—
'If you fall seven times, stand up eight.' The cry of the Undead.Valerie: -to Asagi- Yep.
I find it helps me focus. And when you're a spellcaster, focus is everything.
-to Turax- ...
Man. I try not to discriminate but I still don't trust machines all that much.
-Six nods, then looks over at his Japanese lessons and starts scribbling down more things-
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."

-Have a Quartz wandering around, feel free to find'im-
