Many years ago, we split normal tropes from subjective Audience Reactions in order to keep this site more objective. Apparently, some tropers didn't get the memo because there are many potholes to YMMV pages on non-YMMV work and trope pages. As mentioned under Sinkhole's "Covert opinions", this shoehorning of opinions where they don't belong is bad and should be fixed if possible. However, as many Audience Reactions have thousands of links, this is too much for just one person. Therefore, I am asking for other tropers' help in eliminating these unwanted opinions.
How this works:
Where to start
These Audience Reactions seem to be popular for opinion sinkholes. Remember to also look at the redirects and work-specific subpages if you have the time.
Fridge Brilliance, Fridge Logic, Fridge Horror, Awesome Moments, Funny Moments, Heartwarming Moments, Awesome Music, Nightmare Fuel, Tear Jerker, That One Boss, That One Level, Goddamn Bats, Demonic Spiders, Good Bad Bugs, Game-Breaker, Big-Lipped Alligator Moment.
If it were up to me, I'd redlink all of the Fridge tropes. I can't tell you how often I run across these potholes on main/YMMV pages.

It's probably safe to zap any pothole to a YMMV trope.
I am aware. My point was that I'm finding that all of the Fridge tropes have become (more-or-less) a Verbal Tic.
While cleaning up the Main.Awesome Moments redirect, I came across the Meta section of Measuring the Marigolds and I am not sure if its links to the various Moments of X qualify as In-Universe or if they should be removed.
Also, the LetsPlay.Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 has a lot of complaining tropes that I'm not sure if they should be removed, since they probably are the reactions of the people playing the game.

I'm done cleaning up Main.Awesome Moments (this specific redirect), apart from the aforementioned examples which need clarification. If anybody else wants to help please do so because I'm not cleaning up the Crowning Moment Of Awesome redirect all by myself.
It happens all the time with the Scrappy. I used the related page and discovered that there are 5,000 pages linking to the Scrappy, and nearly 2000 them are not YMMV pages. I am doing my best, but I'm only one person and I do have a life outside of this wiki, and 2000 links is a lot. If anyone has time, would they kindly chip in?
I removed links on the pages for Metal Gear and King's Quest V and I'm going to be looking at some film pages.
I'm going to make deleting Crazy Awesome from non-YMMV pages a temporary project.
I've cleaned up a few wicks, but I found this mess on Brains Evil, Brawn Good that mixes in the YMMV stuff in with the main text, on top of containing bad indentation. I'm not familiar with the source material so I'm at a loss as to how to rewrite this abomination.
Given that he's listed on Guile Hero, I'd recommend cutting the entire list for misuse. I've only read the first couple of books and even from the start he places emphasis on brains over brawn (he starts off being underpowered compared to his threats).
I think it's not necessary to remove YMMV links from DESCRIPTIONS of tropes, as they may be useful in context. The idea of YMMV is that we cannot say for sure whether a SPECIFIC example belongs there, so IMO, YMMV links should only be removed from lists of specific examples.
Yes, but other trope descriptions shouldn't be misuse, either. Crazy Awesome doesn't mean really awesome or really crazy.
Agreed, I find this whole endeavor a bit pointless to be honest. No wonder there haven't been many takers to help in the last three years.
Main trope pages A through E done.
I found this bit of Self Demonstrating Deadpool leakage on Faux Affably Evil

So, since here is a bit a more relevant, reposting here, instead of "Is This An Example?"
AcceptableNationalityTargets is a YMMV redirect to National Stereotypes, an index, which doesn't seem to be YMMV?
So, the entries of Acceptable Nationality Targets should be moved to their work pages, or what? Also, there might be a more specific National Stereotype that would fit them?
