Icon of Unknown Cat, often called by his unevolved form’s name, that being Nekoluga. He is one out of many similar “cats” called the Nekoluga Family (shortened to just Luga) and this thing is the first member of the family. Full appearance here.

Arnold Wesker, aka the Ventriloquist, a Batman villain, with his dummy Scarface. The Ventriloquist is a quiet and timid man, but Scarface is an abrasive and murderous gangster. The idea is that it's really difficult to tell whether the Ventriloquist really is a psychopath using Scarface to show his hidden depths, or if Scarface is actually sentient and controlling him.

Oh I get it. He's a chat noir.
From what I understand, Obvious Plant is a guy who makes toys that are obviously bootlegs and places them in stores as art (I assume with permission). I just got it cause I thought the bad grammar and relatability was funny.

So is this a bootleg or?

This is adorable, but where is it from? :P
The main protagonist of Karakuri Circus, Masaru Saiga

That's Vince. He's from a little-known but beloved quirky 3D platformer and he's a sarcastic little shit that (probably) knows he's a video game character.
I have predictable taste, but hey, I'm reliable in that regard.

Reo and Mabu. These two are the most flamboyant cop duo from an anime called Sarazanmai. Just look at their dance:

Yeah, that is flamboyant and coordinated as hell.
I'm getting the weirdest feeling of deja vu from this... Uh, anyway, that is Adeleine from the Kirby series. She's one of Kirby's friends and is indeed a girl.

Who's this guy?...
A warning that there are combustible lemons in the area, it's based on a quote from Portal 2
"Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers, to invent a combustible lemon, that burns your house down!"

That's Ghadius (pronounced GOD-ee-us. Not sure if that was intentional or not...) the Big Bad of the first Klonoa game, Door to Phantomile and its Wii remake.
He is known as the King of Darkness, and although most of this comes from expositional dialogue and some outside sources, his story is that he was punished by the other gods of Phantomile for creating nightmares, so in the game, he is plotting to get revenge on all of Phantomile by summoning Nahatomb, an Eldritch Abomination Made of Evil.

That's Dorrie as they appear in Super Mario Odyssey.

That's Mysticore, a Fakemon I made for my fanfic. In addition to manticores, it takes inspiration from the nue and guardian lion statues. In-universe, it's an artificial Pokemon along the lines of Mewtwo, but with emphasis on versatility instead of raw power.
