Finding out about Kyosuke's death while she was went on a uncharacteristic rampage probably caused Excellen to go insane with grief and get into a fight she couldn't win. At least they weren't separated for too long...

I still wonder how some people manage to get their first winner the very first time they play this... Ah well, at least Ichi-nii-san got two podium finishers out of this season
