That could work.

Oh thank goodness we aren't using that new save. I mean, I know that it was probably just a gag save to be used as a template for running for the real one anyways, especially given that really early arena event, but still. PLEASE don't do this to me, simulator RNG. I'll give you anything you want, anything!

We couldn't have used that "new" save anyway since it got posted in the thread and as such the events and results are already known

Yeah, and especially with that obscenely early arena event right after Day One. Seriously, am I the only one who wishes that it was possible to set the likelihood of arena events? Because these things really do make good saves hard to come by a lot of the time.

Or at least make them not appear before day X or something, which would solve the "early arena events" problem

@Gamechanger I do know, but there are reasons why I didn't take your death pic, and those are the same reasons why I didn't do so during Season 186 (IIRC, that was the debut Season in which I ran and hosted), which also had Dan Hibiki as a tribute (I did chose the same pic):

• Dan's old death pic is more satisfying to me than the new one,
• I have no intentions of using yet another Imgur pic (it's blocked in my country, remember?),
• I found it before you placed your new one, and
• What Celebi said.

No, sorry. I didn't realize that you want the new death pics until after the good save. Besides, 9k1 had already placed her own death pics before I took over, IIRC.

Are mine going in? It's just really bugging me right now.

Sent the save to 9k1 for safekeeping (for those cases when she or someone else wants the save to be screened, but I'm absent for reasons aplenty). Well.... I suppose she's the leader of the season now. From this moment, there's little chances of turning back.

Also, my question about those two sports teams still stands.

Including the coaching staff?! No wonder I had to be corrected when I noted the technical mass murderers who killed sports teams! That's what I get for not being a sports fan.

As the one who submitted both, since they were the 2016 teams who broke a long "no title" streak while recovering from a 1-3 finals deficit that year, I took a look at both 2016 rosters. The Cubs have 45 players, and twelve members of the coaching staff. The Cavaliers meanwhile have fifteen players, plus ten members of the coaching staff.

Come to think of it, I'm mostly really lucky with the RNG.... if I'm running. And sometimes, my luck gives me results I do not desire, like Season 195.

Since no one else wanted to screen, I'm doing it. I'm also thinking of posting the first update early in case I have to go out again tomorrow. Should I?

Yeah, I get the feeling though. I still remember how Kuai Liang stuck a "kill me" sign on him (somehow) back in his debut. And of course.... (shudders, remembering both Season 173's threesome with his father and Justin Bieber and Season 211's Dirty Kid problems with Bilbo Baggins and President Snow)

It's made even worse when you consider the fact that apparently my Author Appeal character is absolutely never allowed to do anything interesting. Ever. At least Nemo got to be on the Hall of Fame at least once before dying here. But then again, I do know that he's also done some things that you're not very proud of.

....I am nominating him AGAIN next Season, because this is BS. Seriously, is this thing just OBSESSED with not letting my tributes live in Anniversary Seasons?!

Ouch. Someone most have realised how much of a threat the Finding Nemo cast are. And I'll admit that Kuphulu's death was complete BS. GLaDOS must be playing it safe, knowing how she died Night 1 last time. As for "Lord" quad bike: from death in the bloodbath to getting a kill in the bloodbath, that's a good jump.

Do I need to remind you what happens to the largest male clownfish after the female dies?

That aside, I always imagined the fish tributes pushing their Mobile Fishbowls around^note not the usual water-filled helmets, but actual fishbowls with wheels, so that's where Kuai Liang stuck the "kill me" sign on.

Yeah, next Season, I promise, will be the last Season that I nominate him for a while. I just want to see him make it past the Feast once. And as bad as this looks, I'm at least hopeful that he won't become the next Super Vegito. That guy died in the Bloodbath three times.

On the off-chance that it does happen again, though, someone at one point suggested making me the first player to be considered The Woobie, and I'm starting to see why.
