Shotguns. Blocking the pellets with his unbreakable skin wouldn't matter, the sheer impact of the shot does severe internal damage that, thanks to said unbreakable skin, would be extremely difficult to properly treat. And he does get taken down by a shotgun in JJ.
Gases, poisons, toxins.
Explosives for the same reasons as shotguns - impact and internal damage. Though he gives zero shits when he gets exploded in JJ, so that one is unlikely to work.
Fire can still burn his eyes, probably.

Basically, think of him as a guy wearing an invisible suit of plate armor at all times. Yeah, it's tough, but it doesn't make him invulnerable.
It also has its own set of drawbacks too, mainly the fact that there are many forms of medical attention he cannot receive.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.
In his original 70's comic run (which I have actually read, shockingly enough), Cage had increased overal bone and muscle density, meaning that internal damage wasn't much of a factor for him (his insides were basically or nearly as tough as his outsides) - though bullets could still cause him to bruise, even though they didn't pierce his skin.
The obvious downside of increased density is that it made him a hell of a lot heavier, which I think made him a lot more vulnerable to drowning (though an upside of that is that dropping himself through the roof/floor to get at criminals on a lower floor made for one hell of a Dynamic Entry
).
He could also be blinded with gas/acid — even if it doesn't cause actual physical damage to him, it'd still hurt like hell, and he'd have to rinse his eyes under a sink or something before he could see again.

I figured it might be a good time to share this, which came out a couple of days ago:
Fun trailer, and it gives a pretty good idea of what it's like for a muggle to fight an Implacable Man.

Call me when you're finished (but before you leave). I've got some stuff I want to skip ahead to, too.
So I said this on the Marvel thread and I'll say it here as well:
Luke has these guys pretty badly outmatched, and he's on the low end of super powered people (I believe Jessica is actually a little stronger in the long run, though he has the superior durability since he's far more bullet proof).
So Matt went up against two conspiracies (one with Zombie Ninjas), and Jessica was up against someone who (for most of the series at least) rendered her superior strength useless.
Who's gonna challenge Luke. To the average Mooks he may as well be the Hulk or Thor.
One Strip! One Strip! The thing is, there are some foes he just can't hit. Like Mariah Dillard
in the show appears to be a politician, but since we know who she is based on, I bet she's a corrupt one. How do you solve a corrupt politician? Not by hitting them, certainly.
And like the trailer said: Luke may be bulletproof, but Harlem isn't.
No to mention Luke isn't 100% invulnerable. He was wounded badly in Jessica Jones.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).In the comics, Cottonmouth had something of a Charles Atlas Superpower thing going on and could fight Luke Cage to a standstill somehow (or Luke Cage would just demolish him). His sharpened teeth could occasionally pierce Luke's flesh too.
Just having Cottonmouth fight with knuckledusters also tends to help.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."I actually like the idea of a hero who's pretty much physically invulnerable to 95% of everything the bad guys can throw at him, because it forces the writers to get more creative with the dramatic stakes. There's a lot more ways to beat a hero than just hurting him. As they implied in the trailer - maybe they can't hurt him, but they can sure as hell hurt Harlem.
And while Luke is probably more than capable of brute-forcing his way past most physical confrontations, would that physical confrontations were all that was required to clean up a crime-ridden neighborhood.
"We'll take the next chance, and the next, until we win, or the chances are spent."

There's a thread for the other two.
Daredevil I knew a little bit from Marvel Ultimate Alliance and the Affleck film. Jessica Jones I'd heard of on comic book forums, and Luke Cage from Web of Shadows. After seeing the first two series, I'm really excited for this one. Even better that they'll eventually crossover into The Defenders.
As such, I'm curious to find out what exactly can threaten him in this universe.
