Well, he was a gladiator before his rebellion.
Yet Georgios does not have that trait.
1) Romulus 2) Nero 3-7) Ceasar, Bride, Nero Caster, Caligula, Quirinus.
It's doable with only Emperors.
Which makes even less sense, since Georgios was a soldier and almost certainly a citizen. :T
Pedantry: Caesar was not an Emperor! Nor, strictly speaking, is Romulus, he was a king.

-Stares at Constantine.-
No?
I imagine they just forgot.

Avatar SourceWish they would actually talk about George and how most of his legends materialized posthumously, but haha funny cameraman goes snap.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! He wasn't like a, medieval knight?!
Roman soldier, most likely of Greek descent, probably ~300 AD, martyred when they were trying to purge the army of Christianity.
All the dragon stuff came later.
Avatar SourceWell, depends on how you define medieval, he was around for the 3rd or 4th Century wasn't he? While Christianity was still illegal.
Secret SignatureI don't think even the most generous historian would consider the 4th Century part of the Medieval period.
Seeing as its start tends to be the total collapse of the Western Roman Empire, no. He wouldn't be.

Is George not a Roman because ROME is a "dragon"
Edited by TitanJump on May 26th 2022 at 5:12:16 PM
I always remember Saint George as medieval knight who saved a village from a dragon. I've been living a lie my whole life.
perhaps, but only if you ignore the other roman emperors that aren't dragons (including the one that was outright deified)
Rome as a whole, not individuals.
but Beast VI/S shows that Rome is a wolf-fox-lady
And what is she riding?
A multi-headed red dragon.
That is "Rome".
George can turn people into dragons.
Ergo, he is the true Beast of Rome.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Damn scarlet beast.
Avatar SourceAlright I'm planning on burning though the Fever tickets now that a VIP stage is available until I reach the cap. (would prolly take 2-3 tickets TBF)
Now then, what are the historical/mythological figures you don't want to see as Servants? (besides the obviously recent dictators and warmongers...and Shinji Matou :P)
Ok, seriously. That's actually a tough question.
On terms of spite, any general of the usonian confederacy is out of the question for me, Leopold II as well; Moloch and Baal'Hammon too because it's enough that I have to tolerate Gilles. Maybe Agammemnon too? As well as all the leaders during the Thirty Years War perhaps.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.Simo Hayha has gotten far too much nerd hype for me to ever be interested

Rather specific.
I have seen so many bad Servant takes on Simo Hayha.
