By now, if you want a fighting Greek goddess who is her own independent woman, you probably should just start waiting for Athena instead. I'd say she's more likely to ever come out than that version of Artemis, and really, like we need more alternate versions over all new characters anyway.
If Athena shows up, I won't hesitate to kill her... I know Odysseus describes her as "shy", but it's because of her that Medusa was cursed and forced to go to the Shapeless Isle. So if she shows up, I'm siccing Gorgon, Ana, and Medusa on her.
I'd do the same with Aphrodite after what she did to Medea.

Rodimus: Self-sacrifice, Magnus— It's cheap. It's a cheap way out. I need to live so I can make amends. You can already kill Aphrodite
And she's an Assassin too IIRC

Bewitching EyesArtemis made Caligula mad and ruined his life and those of all under his rule (at least until/IF they ever say Diana is a different goddess after all, and I doubt they're going to make so with all of the Greco-Roman pantheon), IIRC never shows any regret over it and yet no one seems to hold that against her.
Mainly because people have other reasons to dislike Artemis. I've largely just grown used to her being a bit of an airhead, and came to like her a bit after seeing her Nano incarnation.

Rodimus: Self-sacrifice, Magnus— It's cheap. It's a cheap way out. I need to live so I can make amends.Zeus makes a point to differentiate Ares and Mars, so Diana is probably at least slightly different to Artemis
Bewitching EyesWhich gets muddled further when you remember that Ares is the one who hates Altera for taking his sword when she was Sefar, but the sword is the Sword of Mars.

But he's named Ares in game and goes by that name.

Rodimus: Self-sacrifice, Magnus— It's cheap. It's a cheap way out. I need to live so I can make amends. It just seems odd to me that the sword is still called that instead of "Sword of Ares" or "Sword of War"?
Yes, I know historically Attila the Hun held the "Sword of Mars", but it was also called the "Sword of God" and "Sword of Attila", so if they were going to use the name Ares instead of Mars, it just seems, for consistency, they call Ares "Mars" predominantly rather than "Ares".
I'm nitpicking at this point. I do wonder if we'll ever actually get to summon him, since he was summoned via Chain Summoning by Kintoki using the Golden Bear as a Catalyst, meaning he does exist in the Throne of Heroes and should be summonable.

Rodimus: Self-sacrifice, Magnus— It's cheap. It's a cheap way out. I need to live so I can make amends.Well, Altera was introduced in Septem and then had more focus in Extella, so of course it was referred to as the Sword of Mars. Then we go to a place dominated by ancient Greek and we're using the Greek names. Altera isn't there, so the exact epithet used for her weapon is irrelevant—on top of which, the NP name just specifies the God of War. The Mars connection is more relevant in Extella IIRC because of Teardrop Photon Ray.
I don't see anything incongruous about using the more relevant name at the time.
Like I said, I was nitpicking by this point.
