I'm just happy that this event has made the option of Skadi-Looping possible for me, to say the least.

I think I found a solution to my problem. Since main story missions have really low AP cost, and I now how literally hundreds of bronze apples, I can just continue the main story while playing the even by using those.
I don't see the need to rush. Very little content is locked behind the story. Or wait, was Oniland locked behind LB2?

Yes, but that's not two more months and you're at Babylonia right? It shouldn't take that long to complete the chapter. Only question is whether this year is Oniland in NA at Halloween and whether that requires LB2.

Yeah, I'm something like 1/3 done at least, just after the part where Ushiwakamaru "dies".
If there's content this year hidden behind LB 2 that's it for me, I'm not seeing it for sure. On the upside it will give me two weeks to catch up.

All she needs now, are silver Fous and she will have achieved perfection.
(Not to mention, getting lucky with the drops, I now have two LB-Lottery C Es and still enough of them to fill up the entire line of the crew when fighting.)
Now to gather some more Aurora-Steel for the Valkyries and the future...

Now, should I put her in the Support-Caster spot and move Waver to the ALL-spot or just put her in the All-spot instead in the support-crew for this event? (She will have one of the LB-Lottery C Es of course...)

Yeah, it doesn't make all that much difference, see the third paragraph.
Ishtar's overcharge effect is more likely to be swamped by Merlin, though. Once we add in Merlin buffs it's like 4x1.6x1.3x2.0 for Gil before Ea, and Ishtar it's 4x1.6x(2.2-2.4), which means before special considerations: 16.64 or 14.08-15.36.
Add in Enuma Elish bonus damage and Gem Burst and it's 22.88-23.92 vs 18.48-20.16. Gil benefits more from being buffed to hell against a Servant. Ishtar makes stars but she couldn't use them the same turn as Hero Creation's crit buffs etc. That's not even considering extra NP damage from a CE which might swing it the other way and so on.
It's a really small difference, so probably just who you feel like using or have at higher NP level. I hate timing things, so Ishtar's lower on my list of priorities.
