SCP is about a mysterious, inscrutable government agency tasked with the securing, containing and, take a wild guess, protection of objects that have mysterious, inscrutable properties, like a bread bin that inscrutably turns sourdough into multigrain, or a Netflix true crime documentary that mysteriously isn't massively over-sensationalized.

There are a number of different takes and canons on the Foundation, from being cold, but fair, to being almost as callous about human life as the things they're keeping secured - and in some cases, worse.

Yeah, it's a summer event, so every writer is contributing with at least one camp scene. All signs are still pointing to Urobuchi being the main writer.

And yes, SCP-040-JP is the one Higashide is referencing (about his own tweet, with no necessary bearing to the event's actual script).

Higashide will probably be writing Bryn and Sigurd's scenes

Sakurai wrote Brynhild, though apparently Higashide was the one to suggest her to Sakurai. Higashide wrote Sigurd.

I wonder if we're gonna get some Shark Punching Center jokes too since the Bryn's boat is called Neptune's Folly.

That's not exactly it. Sakurai created　Brynhild for Fragments, and had Sigurd appear in Bryn's flashback on volume 4. But for whatever reason, she went to Higashide to ask him what Sigurd's character should be like (I guess because Higashide wrote Siegfried?). So Higashide is Sigurd's creator since before FGO.

I'm assuming you don't have Merlin or Skadi, so I'd recommend Eli since she's NP 5 and has a Buster NP.

Melt's damage falls off a lot without Skadi backing her up, while Eli always hits hard even without Merlin.

Ok, so Much Eli-chan it is, then!

I'll throw a 50% NP CE too just so you can use Waver and blow her up.

Done, go crazy.

Someone pointed out that Lancer Yu, LanYu, has the highest attack of all 4* Lancers but the lowest HP.

And her OG form has the lowest attack of all 4* Assassins but the highest HP.

So regardless of class, Senpai has absolutely no chill.
