Speaking of Caesar, I sort of recall seeing one screenshot of Extella where one of conversations with Nero can lead to her singing about Caesar and how he ended up stress eating during one of his campaigns. Though I have no real idea where to double check this.

The villain from the fifth season. But jts more known for the singing while fighting and the Yuri.

Yeah, along with his military skill he knew how people worked and was a skilled orator. He was able to use that as an avenue to get into power.

One of his most famous accomplishment as an orator is when he shamed his most experienced legion into continuing to fight for him years after they should have retired from military service during the civil war.

No, I think it's more that Murasaki recognizes Sei's writing skill while actually detesting the person, while Sei thinks that makes her a tsundere.
