Lobo's Materials entry notes that he's very cautious around humans, and around Divine Spirits who receive human faith... and he's cautious in a difference sense around oni, so he doesn't get along with them any better than he does humans (I guess Lobo thinks oni are dangerous?).
Oh, and among the 'perfectly inhuman' Servants he does get along with are the Mecha Eli-Chan duo.

The reason why she is so easy to "bully" is that she tries too hard to be an oni without A)Having no clear idea what proper oni behaviour is and B)Not necessarily having the heart to commit to her own idea. Not helped for her essential Sheltered Aristocrat upbringing.
The thing is that she is still dangerous. She would be someone who would really bite the feeding hand.
