Velber killed a bunch but some like Babylonia Gods survive.
Then they reincarnated either as Bunreis or some other forms ala the Twelve Pillars becoming the Olympians and the Roman Gods long after they died.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession."Also, you guys noticed Brada's artwork doesn't match the proportions on her sprite?"
The sprites have never seemed to fully match the character artwork other than Takashi Takeuchi's work, due to all of them looking to match that style even though the character artwork is widely varied. I think the only true exception is Paul Bunyan, since she still looks like she was designed by Riyo.
"I love how thread's general opinion on Bradamante is 'At least she has a nice personality'."
Nah, the general opinion is 'Well, my snarkiness WAS getting rusty.".
Just because you're correct doesn't mean you're right!
Still holding out hope for a Hakuno Pseudo-Servant.
Yes, it'll end with Bradamante facing against the true horror of the Nasuverse...people who complain about fanservice! *Gasp!*
I'm now wondering if Pele will appear in the next summer Event...
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests. That makes more sense. The White Titan killed most of the originals, and the ones that came afterward were "created" by human belief as either reincarnations or aspects of the originals.
@raziel: and the Running Gag lives on!
Also, I was just taking the piss
You know, I think the reason why we don't see Nasu going more deeply into the Abrahamic religions is because of the massive Continuity Snarl he would hit if he's not careful.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.You'd think with as much as Omega brings it up, he's the one with the fetish for fucking pig s, not BB.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.aren't the Babylonians/Sumerian gods also aliens, what with Tiamat being compared to a terraforming ship?
Secret SignatureI'm pretty sure that's just a comparison the text uses to make more sense of the whole thing.
Besides, at the end of the day, magical terraforming and normal terraforming yields the same results.
No, spiders have always been more of a Tezcatlipoca symbol.
like, I'm pretty sure Ishtar's bow is called a spaceship quite a few times.
Nasu should just make a big list of alien and non alien gods. There's like, what, the Gorgons and Pele for certain as locals?
Secret SignatureOh right, I forgot.
Could you share an image please? I'm curious as to what this looks like.

But that bacon tastes gooooood.
A cruel, sick joke is still a joke, and sometimes all you can do is laugh.Skipping ahead, if the spider means anything it's Tezcatlipoca. Quetz hates spiders.
Relatedly, do we know for sure who Jaguarman is? I would think Tezcatlipoca just due to his connection to jaguars.
It's been fun.Jaguarman is an avatar of Nagual, who is also Tezcatlipoca through syncretism. Hence why his little (one-sided) rivalry with Quetz.
One-sided?
Wait, doesn't Jaguarman like Quetz and she's all like piss off, loser?
can trip farm out mt ebih 78 times to get altera's bond ce before solomon? vote now on your phones
And then there was silenceI just did Altera's Interlude. Seigfried and Altera have the same wife through syncretism.
Wow.
EDIT: Speaking of Bonds, does your Servants have to be Bond 10 by Solomon?

A cruel, sick joke is still a joke, and sometimes all you can do is laugh. No, higher bond level just means bigger damage bonus. It's not necessary.
Brynhild gets around.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Well, when you're willing to get busy with a horse-centaur hybrid, there's not much you're unwilling to try.
Wait, weren't they killed by Velber or Altera?
Edit:
I had a feeling this would happen.
