Grant pointed over to the wolves with his thumb, instructing the imp he had just summoned to "Go for the throats." Then, standing tall, he looked over to Vanis with a smirk, putting his hands out. "I suppose there's something I can do."
He put his right hand up, conjuring the powers of the inferno to channel a black fire in his palm. With a flourish, he released it at the nearest wolf.
Eldritch Blast at Wolf no. 7 for 1d10 damage. Imp moves 5 spaces towards wolves.

With surprising speed, Koras, in hyena form, runs up to the pack of wolves all four feet bounding, at times having all of his feet off of the ground. He stopped in front of the wolf in the front, just soon enough to make a lunging bite with his jagged, bone-crushing teeth.
If he succeeded, he would pick up the wolf in his jaws, savagely shake it, and drop it on the ground. If this managed to kill the wolf, he would do the same thing to the wolf on its right.
Koras moves 50 feet so that the top corner of his character is at N12, then uses a Bite attack on wolf W5: 1d20 +5 +1d4 (due to Bless). Damage is 2d6 +3 piercing. If this drops W5 to 0 hit points, the giant hyena's Rampage ability allows him to take a bonus action to move up to half his speed (in this case 10 feet north) and make a bite attack on W3.

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Hogrom trugged forward to the dwarf's position, again tighening his stance and rolling his shoulder's on arrival. He grinned, and on his arrival murmured: "Do not be afraid, little one! Hogrom is here to take all the nasty bites for you."
Before the dwarf could respond, though, Hogrom's attention shifted to the hyena. The grin on the minotaur's face widened, and after half a second he slammed a hand down onto the drum on his back. It boomed outwards with sound, and before it's boom of noise had ended Hogrom had began to shout once more.
"Onward, great Hyena-brother! To victory, to feasting and to more victory! Many a song will be sung of this day, where the great protector of the wilds vanquished these dark wolves! The children of ages not yet past will strive to always follow in your path!"
His hand steadied above the drum, ready to hit it again.
Move to Q13, if able; I don't remember if diagnonal movement/moving through allies is allowed. If neither of those are allowed, move to R12. Bonus action: Bardic Inspiration on Koras, +1d6 inspiration die. Ready action: Attack, using horns (1d20+4 to hit, 1d10+3 damage) on any enemy that comes into melee range.

Grant cursed to himself in an infernal tongue as he set his hand alight once more. Focusing, he had his imp close the gap between itself and the wolf, hoping to provide some sort of distraction for himself and Phara. Once again, he threw his magic at the wolf, hoping for the best.
Eldritch Blast (1d20+5 attack roll, 1d10 for damage) at Wolf 6, and move imp to Q 15.
Nukklebud knew that his blow to the wolf must have hurt, especially since the wild dog saw fit to retaliate and score a bite on the dwarf. He let out a short gasp at the pain but decided to do something about it instead of wallowing in self-pity. With an old Dwarfish war cry, he ran around to the wolf's flank and tried to stab it to put it out of it's misery.
Move to Q15. Attack W6
- Grant attacks Wolf W6. Roll(1d20)+5: 20,+5 Total:25 Critical Hit
- Roll(2d10)+0: 9,5,+0 Total:14. Wolf W6 takes 14 damage and dies.
- Nukkelbud and the Imp may change their movement and action to reflect this target no longer existing.
Combat Encounter Round 3, Adventurers' Turn:
Characters who need to take an action:
- Koras
- Vanis
- Nukklebud
- Hogrom
- Phara
- Imp
- Grant (Took action, can still move)
Updated map
After savagely ripping one of the wolves to shreds, Koras whipped around, snarling, and lunged his face to bite at one of the wolves surrounding him.
Koras uses Bite to attack W3. If W3 dies, attack W2 using Rampage.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither."To the Hells with this. S'cuse me, m'lady." Vanis swore again and drew his dagger, dashing around Phara to stab at the wolf in front of her, before running back to what he assumed would be a safe distance behind the fighters.
Bonus action: Activate Dash. Draw dagger as part of action. Move to Q14, attack Wolf W7 (Attack roll: 1d20+5, Damage: 1d4+3+2d6), continue movement to U13. Toujours l'Audace: I don't provoke an AOO from W7 on moving out of its reach.

"Eat steel, mangy cur!" Vanis yelled, piercing the wolf straight in the eye socket, and he watched in satisfaction as the beast twitched in its death throes before sliding off the point of his dagger. '"The day Vanis El-Tosca lets a hyena show him up is the day he hangs up his boots," he proclaimed smugly - and then watched in frustrated astonishment as Koras proceeded to crush two of the wolves between his powerful jaws.
"Fine, fine. The next time Vanis El-Tosca lets a hyena show him up is the day he hangs up his boots." He drew his other dagger and charged at the nearest wolf, stabbing violently at its vulnerable bits.
Draw second dagger as part of action. Move to Q11. Attack with (action) main-hand and (bonus action) off-hand attacks: Attack roll 1d20+5. Main hand damage: 1d4+3+2d6; Off-hand damage: 1d4(+2d6 if main-hand attack misses). Complete movement by moving back to S13 without provoking AOO.

"Damn and blast!" Vanis swore, watching his arrow go wide. He nocked his bow and squinted hard, aiming at the same wolf he'd just missed... and paused, turning around to regard the rest of his party with a cocked eyebrow.
"Oi, any of you wanna help the dwarf out in front? I'd offer, but my bits are a little bit squishier than yours."
Ready Action: Ranged attack with Shortbow on the first wolf that moves within 5ft of a party member (Attack roll 1d20+5, Damage 1d6+3+2d6), then put Shortbow away. If none of the wolves actually make it to 5ft of a party member, fire at the nearest target (Attack roll 1d20+5, Damage 1d6+3).
