Episode 4: Pretty good episode. Rokuro makes a first step moving out of being a sad mess. A situation like this was needed to get his ass into gear.

Episode 5: So, a full filler episode, and unfortunately not a very good one. It'd be impossible to point out everything that bothers me about it without going into spoiler territory, so I'll just say that Rokuro came off as much dumber and more of a jerk than in the manga. Also, it was hard to think that Shimon intervention was actually needed when Benio just cut like two dozens of Kerage in split second. The only reason there were any left was because she just stood there pointlessly.
Oh, next episode is also filler? This adaptation is losing my good will fast.

Yeah, it didn't work for me either, as this episode was basically spinning wheels while giving the impression of plot progression.
The part I'm most worried about is that having too many filler where Rokuro seems more or less okay with going on a mission will weaken the weight of his inhibitions and him eventually overcoming them.
Better episode than the last. I actually liked Benio and Mayura becoming friends. It was nice.
Rokuro tho... I feel like they are really mishandling him.

New episode: Rokuro and Benio have to face their biggest challenge yet... living alone together.
Definitely on the sillier side, with their reactions to the new living condition and the silly test. But at least we got some nice interplay between the leads. I could use less of that annoying familiar tho.
I've been waiting for this, back in the manga they were forced to live together in that huge house with that weird bed a lot sooner.

Still it's hard for them to complain about having such a great house all to themselves. I mean, that place is awesome.
I'd live there and I'd love the seashell bed especially.

Its hard kinda hard when ya have to do it with a bitch ya hate. Not that Benio is a bitch or anything but the interactions the two have kinda made her a turn-off to Rokuro.

This is what happens when you put two tsunderes together. They want each other but won't admit it.

This series should be called Tsun Star Exorcists.
It'd honestly be a more suitable name. I actually feel kinda bad for the head of the exorcists, he's got his work cut out for him with these two, it's gonna be years before these two even consider getting intimate.

I don't. He shows up, wants them to marry someone they just met and plans to use their baby as a super soldier. Of course they would harshly rebuke him.
Well I mean there's the fact that this kid they're supposed to be having is gonna stop a 1000 year war. Then again they could go Darth Vader on this story.

Later on Rokuro actually points out that pushing the responsibility of ending the war on their child would likely just make Miko resent everyone and destroy them.
Wow, Rokuro is Is very genre savvy. I don't think they'd be the type to push that onto their child, the other exorcists however.
Rokuro says that they'll destroy all the kegare before Miko is even born. Benio also says that the duty of the Twin Stars isn't just to conceive Miko but also to set an example for him. Interestingly enough Arima seems to agree with them.
I do doubt thought that they'll be able to defeat all the kegare before that time, although I'm sure they'll make a huge dent in their numbers.
