The main difference that I see is that Husky Russkie is for Russian and Soviet characters that are large and muscular, and Mother Russia Makes You Strong is for Russian and Soviet characters that generally are strong. Most of the examples overlap, so a merge would be the best solution for this.
Husky Russkie seems like something for a Self Demonstrating Article.
Given that most Self-Demonstrating articles tend to be cut, I doubt it. Besides, it's a stereotype, so we should be careful.

The tropes Mother Russia Makes You Strong and Husky Russkie seem to be the same. The only differences is that the first implies that they are strong because of their life experience, or that it's more exaggerated, but that doesn't look like enough of a difference.
