Blae sees the Sha'Koro power down and mutters something about beer but disregards it. Looking to Aicha and nodding. "Go ahead, this shouldn't take too long." Blake says with only a minor tinge of anxiety, actually reaching to his back pocket and pulling out a collar like object. Various small pieces of cabling and psioniclly infused components linked together in its circuit.
Blake quickly starting to put it on, drawing a cable from it and plugging it into the communicator. "No worse time to make sure this actually works..." He says slightly hesitant as he activates a program that is sent to the compounded psi-amp collar. His faint shield pulsating for a second and his eyes turning to a bright hue of red as he moves to start work again on the seemingly lifeless piece of metal, tools in hand.

Aicha stood on her vantage point, interested in in Blake's work. "I once did some minor repairs too~" She said, quite proud of herself. "It was really hard work to get out this screw and even more to get it back in after."

"I see, you must have done a good job though." Blake says supportively as he works away. Quicky starting to identify the damaged or broken components, firstly the most damaged CPU and actually replacing it with a freshly produced chip. He was working quickly but his movements and control were very precise.
The psionics were on overdrive right now, enhancing his fine motor functions, enhancing his visual perception and almost from his perspective slowing time time a little bit. As he worked, to be as precise as possible despite working with tiny bits of engineering he wasn't needing to worry. His faint barrier actually keeping interfering particles of dust or sweat off the components. He couldn't maintain this long unfortunately but it should last long enough.

"That's what master also said~ It was not easy to get these screws loose when you are only the size of a a few centiemters tall. But I think navigating the ship is more fun~ I guess that's because I'm the AI there *chuckle*"

"Quite the large vessel from what I understand, respective to my mere little fighter atleast. How long has you, and presumably your master been traveling?" He replies curiously as he works away.

"Well, she is a small freighter, I'm quite thankful that she even fits in the hangar. As for how long we have been travelling? In human years... nearly a century I think. Master was young when he... well when he and his partner bought the ship, at that time the Ultimo was fairly modern." She looked at the ceiling getting what could be described as a bit melancholic "But now? 100 years... is an eternity for an AI, I know that I'm obsolete by now - already was 90 years ago - but as long as the Ultimo keeps flying through space, so will I."

"A century huh.... I struggle to fathom what it is like to live double my age let alone quadruple." Blake comments with clear thought. Then he notices the melancholy and shakes his head. "You are hardly obsolete, as long as tech works its useful. Even the oldest tech can be re-purposed, upgraded and given new life. Its the very principle most of my work goes by."
His previous statement said with a clear reassurance. Working for a another few second more before pulling back, disconnecting the cable from the collar. The shield dimming and his sweat clearly dripping on his face, his eyes returning to their darker hue. "Speaking of my work it should be done. If you can power him back up for me. He should be all the same as before, I tried to keep as much of it faithful to the original circuit designs as I could." He says catching a breath and letting his body and senses recover.

"Thank you for the kind words... words much kinder than those from my kind, I saw the newer AI's react to me, for them I'm a living relic, and even if I could do a full system upgrade, would that still be me? Would you for example be still 'you' if every single organ in your body would be switched into a superior one - including your brain... or would you be another person entirely that coincidently is in the body of 'you'? But thank you again, I'll be powering up Master now."
She hopped from Sha'Koro's head going onto - and soon into - his torso. Soon after she emerged again "Physical switch - totally failsafe~" She said again in her usual happy tone. At that point Sha'koro's eyes lit up again and the fans in his torso emanated their faint humming again. "Starting self analysis... system check reports no errors." Sha'Koro looked at Blake "Thank you, thank you very much."

Blake looked contemplatively at Aicha. "That is a hard topic, organic bodies to naturally replace cells and people with cybernetics clearly think they are more than the sum of their parts..." He adds in a thinking manner, not actually sharing his opinion; Blake has faced this argument a few times...
He looked to Sha'Koro, clearly exhausted and smiles a little bit. "It was no problem; also luckily the supply cost for the parts I used can just go under my employers maintenance cost when we get back." He replies as he gets a cloth and starts clearing the sweat from his forehead.
The system produces for Dominic also some additional information from the genomic sequencing. Firstly that the Zikeran GNA was overly precise, it had very low levels of junk pairs. Everything having its purposes. Secondly a similarity to another report on system, Rylan's taken for examination previously. Rylan having a sizable percentile of these creatures genetics converted to DNA, the highest of the alien substitutes he possesses and this sample certainly matches up in certain areas.

Aicha climbed onto Sha'Koro's shoulder again "Yes, its a hard topic, but Master never required me to update, so I'm in my original state." As she said this Sha'Koro looked back and forth between them, already guessing what they had been talking about while he was out "You've navigated my ship perfectly for the last dozend of years, so there's no need to change." He then turned to Blake again "I'll be unlocking my acutators again now." And indeed the rest of his body started to move now and he got up in a sitting position. "Again thanks. Let me just readjust my gyroscope, then 'Ill come with you."

Chris looks back and forth between Peter and Amos, feeling a mix of amusement and, oddly and irrationally, rather possessive. He bends down and kisses Peter's cheek, while also rubbing lightly at his chest, Ya know dear, that was almost awkward enough to make me think that was a post-one night stand meet up. He teases telepathically, before wincing rather violently at the roar, spouting a bit of angrish.Merrick, having formed a pair of sunglasses out of ice at the flashes of light, looks on, stunned, at the events as they unfold, a tad embarrassed at the kid's nudity, "'m glad that all unfolded nicely."

Lex chuckles, "I'm glad we all made it out of there in one piece, you both fought well.. even if I wasn't exactly expecting..certain things."Library
Jiko laughs awkwardly and scratches the back of his head. The blood that had come from his nose during he scuffle has since dried, and looks worse than it actually is.
"Yeah I...couldn't really tell you what happened. Can't say I'm mad or anything though - better than being space-vampire-snake-spider....thing...food."

Greg continues to pilot, not seeming to have a notable reaction to the roar. "We'll be there soon..." He says to Izzie and Mitch.

True...though, if you don't mind, I could hazard a guess, based on the obvious." he says, unfolding his arms and standing up straight. He looks at Lex. "If you know anything about Echirean fighting, it's pretty apparent. Somehow or another, you were channeling Kijo. The pink sparks? And the light energy projections? Not your standard fare, I'm certain."

Tor stands up finally, satisfied that the boy seems to be well enough. But that phenomenon from before... "What was that...? Are you alright? And you can speak Universal now...what happened?" As Val mentions an exam, he nods in agreement. "That would be wise. As I understand it, you were...stuck inside a computer? For an undisclosed amount of time?"
Amos flinches slightly and blushes at the mention of the exam, but keeps supporting Micheal regardless. "U-Uh, w-well...I mean, I guess but...erm..." He trials off. At Tor's question, he glances to the side. "Well...I did find out the time actually...it was...er...about 4 months..."

"It looks like the aliens were genetically engineered..." Dominic continue sifting through the data, then does a Double Take when the computer reports similarities to a certain person on the ship, namely Rylan. "Blake, you might want to see this."
Bridge
"Good. Maybe I'll get myself some comfort food once I'm back there." Mitch comments.
"By the way, nice work back there. Never knew you could fight so well." Izzie compliments Greg. "Oh, I found the backups. Good." She reroutes the computers into using the backup software to repair themselves. "This way, I can just leave it to run for a few hours by itself."
Med Bay
"You know he's not really my type, right?" Peter replies to Chris, smiling.
"Four-" Val catches himself, speaking quite a bit louder than normal in surprise, then turns to Tor. "If you need some time to check on the boy and Michael, I'll do Amos' exam for you." He offers, then turns back to Amos. "Though, if you'd like a shower or other things first, that's fine. It's not urgent."
The Medbay
The boy looks a little overwhelmed by the bombardment of questions. "My body.... Died." He says looking down and looking at his hands clenching their now very boney appearance; his tone a little upset. "I-I'm really hungry and cold and... I'm okay." He says giving a appreciative look, calming down and moving towards Toraq slightly though his movements were cautious and a little weak.
"Your essence. When I... 'came back' I absorbed some of yours. I saw flashes of your mind, like language and how you were treated on Marental... The boy tries to explain though looks off to the side slightly embarrassed.
Michael stabilizes himself. "I-I'll be okay. I just need to rest a little. I don't think i'v slept in the last... well more than thirty five hours." He says with a weak smile, taking a second to enjoy leaning or Amos before pulling back to not be a bother his strength fading a little. "I'm gonna head to my quarters for now. Amos be careful please..."
Michael expresses with clear care of his new friend, as he leaves the room and goes to relax. For the first time in a while.

Blake walks over to the computer where Dominic is at and frowning. "What have you... Oh yeah." His jovial look dropping and looking over to Rylan with a sad look and back. "Prism went in depth with splicing our genomes... There was a reason I know a bit about these things. Yes, I did say 'our' genome as much as I dislike the bloodsuckers." Blake says quietly.Looking over to Sha'Koro. "I hope everything is working, i'll be able to take you to the Captain soon. I will need to authorize the landing anyway."

"Heh, ya think so? Well, thanks..." Greg chuckles, looking a little bashful. "Now, imagine if I actually had some discipline."
He then looks over at Mitch, wearing a cheeky expression. "Huh. I woulda thought your preferred type of comfort would come from a different f-word."

"You saw...ah..." Tor answers, though he doesn't seem upset or anything that the boy managed to see bits of his past, giving him a gentle pat on the head. Hopefully, as far as other parts go, he didn't see anything too inappropriate... "It's alright. I have more questions, but...first, something a bit more important. Or, at least to me...what is your name?" As Val suggested he can do the exam, Tor nods his appreciation. "If you wouldn't mind. Thank you."
Amos looks a little sad as Michael leaves, but he understands full well that he needs rest. He's gone with out sleep like that plenty of times himself, so he knew how important it was he catch up on it. "I'll be alright, Michael. Just try to get some rest, ok?" he looks back to Val. "Well, alright...I'd prefer being able to wash first. Actually, I think I'll go do that now..."

The boy looks nervously at Toraq for a second, a little wiry about saying his name but does eventually work up the courage. Aided by the pat of Toraq which he nuzzles into a little bit affectionately. "It's Kyerine." He says childishly smiling, despite his clear discomfort.

Tor, sensing Kyerine's discomfort, extends the head patting for a bit longer before he finally answers. "It's a good name. You should be proud of it." he says with a smile and finally removes his hand from Kyerine's person. Thank you for telling me. But, that aside for a moment...you said your body died. That sounds very serious. Are you alright...?"
Pulling up a mini holomap of the ship, Amos heads out, looking for the shower room.
Crew Quarters Hall - Men's Shower Room
"It should be just down...here we go!" he says, stopping in front of the door, finally glad to have the opportunity to bathe. Dispelling the map, he walks in and checks to make sure it's empty. Upon seeing it is, be makes his way to one of the showers and gets down to it.

Kyerine looks up at Toraq with his smile turning to a very conflicted look, especially at the comment about his name; one which he seems to want to disagree with but doesn't say anything.
When Toraq removes his hand actually grabbing his hand and holding onto it.
"I''m okay now but, my old body did die... My heart stopped and... and, my back broke when I hit the wall..." He tries to explain what happened, his tone melancholic and pained as he thinks about that slightly traumatic experience again. Tearing up in a little pain but wiping it away.

With that the slight glow in his eyes started to fade away, as did the silent humming of the fans cooling the processors. Soon it was completly silent as Sha'Koro only seemed like a lifeless piece of metal. Aicha stood there for a bit before climbing onto his head to properly see the work. "Mind if I look from here?"
