Might have something to do with the fact that "fans" are not monolithic.
At the end of the day, you simply can't please everyone so you either please the largest group or you just do whatever you want to do and ignore what other people have to say.
All too true. Still, I do feel bad for the people still watching who were actually bothered by the TM use here.
Those people make absolutely no sense and I would honestly ignore them if I were a part of the TFS crew. Not using TMs is like... Okay, I can't think of a non-Pokemon example right now but it's like not using the Move Reminder. If you really want that extra challenge and make a lot of Pokemon unusable then go for it but don't impose your will on others.
TMs aren't essential, anyway. They help, but they're not necessary. I don't care what TMs they do or don't use.
They could get another one, anyway. ざわ... ざわ...

Sneasel? More like...deadel.
Masako must be running low on funds or something. I'm noticing he segways into advertisements in his videos a lot more.
It's kind of funny because he slips right out of his discussion to push some website or service, but it's unsettling.
Well that was the first episode I had seen in months.
Do they mention how The 8th gym leader looks eerily like the fourth hokage from Naruto?
Do you mean Boruto's Dad's Dad? Yeah, they make that joke.
So did Raisin die or was he just boxed?
Also, wow the AI was totally checking RNG seeds there.
They boxed him because he'd be worthless in an Electric Gym.
They boxed half their team and used three trash mons as fodder to heal with.
Never done a Nuzlocke, but isn't that against the spirit of it?
Well, that depends entirely on what you consider to be the "spirit". It's just fine according to the rules, but if you don't want to rule-play a particularly ruthless trainer willing to kill his weaker critters to save the stronger ones, you may want to refrain.
It's not like they haven't role-played that exact type of Trainer before.
I stopped watching their Nuzlockes after SoulSilver because it started to feel samey after that point.
They kinda stopped doing character stuff. I don't really find Nuzlocks to be inherently interesting, and that's what drew me to theirs. The series is more about when they aren't talking about Pokemon for me at this point.
I know the enthusiasm for these has been somewhat dim here, but I think moments like these make the whole thing worth it.
I mean, completely avoidable, sure, but thatís par for the course, and letís face it, everyone makes bad calls sometimes. Besides, the best part is how it had like one hit point left.
I can't believe they want to use Sheer Cold strats with Abomasnow. It's slow, has weaknesses out the ass, and you have to out-level whatever you want to kill.
But whatever causes them to stupidly kill more of their mons.
Can I get a spoiled run-down?
One down, four to go.
I haven't been watching any of this but I'm betting that they wipe to Cynthia. She's pretty hard even with a solid team.
I hope they wipe at Cynthia. It'd be a great finale.
