This thread is dedicated to image suggestions for pages without pics (including those where previous images were pulled by Image Pickin').
Guidelines
- Please read How to Pick a Good Image and Just a Face and a Caption before suggesting an image. Additionally, make sure to source the image in your post.
- If you have multiple suggestions you'd like to field for a single page, that can merit its own thread. Otherwise, use this thread.
- It is recommended that you upload your suggestions as you would like them to be formatted on the page.
- A crowner will be generated by a moderator. with suggestions which will be voted on as normal. Crowners will run for up to 7 days.
- Each crowner will generally contain 12-15 items, but may have up to 20 if there's a backlog of suggestions. Please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 3 days, anything with votes at +10 or more and a ratio of at least 2:1 can be added to the page.
- After 5 days, anything with votes at +7 or more and a ratio of at least 2:1 can be added to the page.
- After 7 days, all remaining crowner items with a positive ratio of at least 2:1 will be added, all items below the 2:1 ratio will be rejected, and the crowner will be closed.
- Suggestions will generally be processed and added to crowners in the order they come into the thread.
Crowners on this thread do not count towards the Image Pickin' Special Cases Multiple Threads rule (which applies to "pages that have had three or more IP threads").
Templates
- Selected images will be tagged using this template (which goes above the image):
%% crowner link
%% Please do not change or remove without starting a new thread.
- If one or more previous images on the page were pulled, those forum links should remain on the page as well, but the accompanying templates should be replaced by:
- Captions selected by crowner will be tagged using this template (which goes under the image caption):

Since the thread for Glamour Failure clocked out, fielding this suggestion here to see if it gathers enough support.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
Same.
Is this image of Queen Fyora from Neopets good for Faerie Court?

Game Face, then? Gotcha.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I made a thread to suggest an image for the currently-featured Art Course trope, but didn't realize it goes here, whoops.
Anyway, I suggest the Painted Swampland
◊, from New Super Mario Bros. U.
Seven days; this round is done. Every suggestion made it through, with Dramatic Irony just scraping by
Mega Man will require a mod edit.
Maybe use something from a less used work/series for Art Course (and because the same level is already illustrating NightmareFuel.Super Mario Bros, not quite a duplicate, but I'd rather find something new)? Something like this
(go here
if you can't access that)?

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)That's the idea or at least something I've expected, it's a level/track based on cubism, that weird art movement. Maybe I'd have to get a screenshot of how it looks like in motion later to fully show it's a level (though I thought the money and health indicators would have been enough).

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)It's definitely cubist, but the game aspect is lost or minimal.
However, the more pressing concern is not knowing if this is how the game is, or if it's a special themed level.

Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallYes, it is a special themed level, but it's not like the previous suggestion illustrated that it is or isn't either. I don't think level tropes really use other levels as comparisons to show they may be special anyway. And Laconic says "Generic Video Game Art-Themed Area", though I know you may think they're inaccurate, but I'd say it's enough for the trope, with no need to make them "special".
Maybe this
is a better screenshot? It shows the game aspect more. Or I could try to get a better one in ten hours or so.

What I meant by special is that it wouldn't count if the entire game is themed around art, as it's about a specific art-themed level or area. So if the game is art-based, it's just... an artsy game.
I know it wouldn't count if it was a full-on art game. The thing is, it would be hard to show that with just one-element picture (you could use the same argument with the previous pic). Would I have to combine it with a level like this
to show it's definitely not an art game (and would the previous pic have to do as well, though I'd still rather not use it per what I've said)? I personally believe that having to do that could be distracting and other level tropes don't usually do that, but what do you think?
By the way, is my new screenshot in previous post better showing the game aspect or that it isn't an art game?

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)I thought of using the Bloons Tower Defense example too. Thing is it looks pretty confusing when in action.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Your newer one is an improvement, but it's so busy... the one good thing about using Mario is that it's so recognizable.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallI'll try to get a new pic in ten hours or so with fewer elements myself (10 towers tops and a few things removed), maybe it'll look better.
The new thread was started so I don't really have to do that. You should have probably waited a bit before starting it, though.

◊, in the sense that you can tell the little characters and stuff.
There's also this level
◊ from James Pond II.
Perhaps we should do a collage like in Level Ate.

Nitpicky, but I'd prefer the younger Naruto and non-Super Saiyan Goku.
