You forgot to add to Sony's; "Usual TV Show/Movie bullcrap the audience will pretend to care about"
It's not Ogre, It's Never Ogre. They already did most of that yesterday. Vue is coming to the rest of the US now so while they'll talk about it they won't need to introduce it or talk about it at length aside from new big corporations behind them. VR is the big thing this year and Sony has 230 developers and publishers behind them(and already sold out all their pre-orders). The game everyone gets is even a Star Wars game from EA/Disney.

You underestimate how much time a corporation can waste on stuff we already know about.
It's not Ogre, It's Never Ogre.I expect Nintendo to have a digital event at E3 with Treehouse Streams to show off games. It just works better for them. Instead of the silliness framework they've done before, they could do a live conference as the framework for the digital event.
What I'm hoping they do is showing off what the NX does and what it looks like before the main event so they can focus the digital event on games. I could easily see them showing off the finished NX at the World Championships.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Early reports are that they have apparently booked the largest stage in the convention center so...

My prediction (again) on their reveal timeline: A soft reveal of the NX concept and a release date before their earnings call in April, a full live E3 stage event for the NX, and a Digital Event and Treehouse streams for more in-depth game stuff.
They could still do a different live event like the Championship, but I still think a stage NX event is the best bet.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectSince we don't have a GDC thread and some of the other threads have been talking about the engine, here's a sizzle reel:
@Lordof Lore: Are you a time traveler for being that precise?
Mileena MadnessI think we'll see some more of the New Deus Ex as well from Square. About time for another trailer surely?
Psst, check the thread on it
Bethesda details. I'm hoping D2 is at least as good as the first one because from everything we've heard about the new Doom it's not that great.
Microsoft's conference is going to be Monday, June 13th at 9:30 am PDT.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Great! The hype is starting to flow now
Updated Schedule (4/12)
- EA:June 12, 1PM PST / 4PM EST
- Bethesda:June 12, 7PM PST / 10PM EST
- Microsoft:June 13, 9:30AM PST/12:30PM EST
- Sony/Nintendo/Square/Ubisoft:TBA
- PC: wasn't that planned to take EA's slot?
Either way we are now 2 months away from E3 so maybe things in this thread will pick up....
EA announced some times. We know they're going to go in hard on Titanfall 2 and Mass Effect.
Ubisoft's is at 1 pm PDT on Monday, June 13th with a pre-show at 12:30 pm PDT.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Ah Ubi. Their conferences aren't always necessarily good, but they try and keep them entertaining while showing off a good number of ambitious games, both AAA and Ubiart. Kind of like Ubisoft overall actually. I wonder what surprise game they'll have at the end this time. Watch Dogs 2 should be due this holiday, so I'd expect that to be revealed before E3.
This just leaves Sony, Nintendo, and maybe Square to announce their plans.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. If I was a betting man, I'd bet on the World Championships on Sunday the 12th and their actual presentation on Tuesday the 14th at 9 am PDT like they always do.
Now how long their presentation will be is going to be another story and based on if they announce the NX beforehand.
I'm also thinking the World Championships will be the first time non-dev players will be able to play the NX.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I can hope Ubisoft won't do more obviously fake scripted dialogue for multiplayer games but I know that won't happen.
As for Nintendo, they're always the Tuesday at 9 PDT no? It's just a matter of if this is a live presentation or digital event. Treehouse would probably follow as well.
It wouldn't be Ubi without the cringe, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I remember the PC conference last year. It was pretty boring/terrible from what I remember. Pretty much all about new internals for P Cs. Which is great and all, but not exactly what people are looking for.
The PC conference starts 1 hour before Ubi starts. That uh, does not seem wise for the former unless it's going to be a lot shorter and smaller in scale than last year.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.I agree. i think there's room for pc to be moved like half an hour, maybe an hour back. though it would be right on the tail end of the microsoft conference.
