Because it's the exact same logic being used. A lot of people just like to pretend that it's not.

Only because I have yet to observe anything similar from the right wing... which isn't saying that they're better, because they have other problems, like gleeful racism and disgustingly creepy attitudes towards women, sexuality, etc.
I personally identify on a tentative basis with the general "center" of the political spectrum, in that my opinions on many things are a mix of what Westerners would call "liberal" and "conservative". I haven't taken anything close to a full account of them to determine whether I'm "center-right", "center-left", or miraculously dead-center... and frankly, I don't hold that high of a stock on the labels, given how mutable, vague and/or subjective they can be.

Yeah, it's seriously gross and doubly so when you know it was a hentai artist who drew the art for the rivals.
And now it's triply gross considering what happened IRL.

Normally I wouldn't knock a work too hard for having a hentai artist as part of the creation process; for example, a lot of artists in Japan either started off drawing hentai or have done some work in that particular area.
I've certainly enjoyed some works where someone who did hentai was part of the creation process, with Fire Emblem: Three Houses being a major example.
That being said, I definitely get why some people would feel skeeved out, especially given the nature of the work. And honestly, I don't blame them.

I heard that a hentai artist worked on Three Houses.
But my point is regarding the teacher character, and all the underaged characters. At least Three Houses didn't have you taking pictures of the panties of the students.
He's still desperate to salvage this project it seems.

"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Even if it wasn't his livelihood, he strikes me as having too much of an ego to let go of it. He basically made YanSim an integral part of his identity, which is dangerously unhealthy to say the least.

“No, it’s the voice actors fault”
I dont think the base he’s built up would all leave him in the upcoming days but I dont think he’ll gain many enough new replacement to the followers who’ll leave him now with Youtubers blacklisting his game like a plague

Pantheon server for all who click here. Lost too much money and time, this coaster ain’t stopping.Last I saw, only Osana has ever been actually implemented, with the 2nd rival being limited to a special "post-Osana" segment that wouldn't actually make it into the actual week for her. So much less than "half the rivals" are in the game.

Yeah, that was a pretty big false-equivalence there. Also, the fact that you referred to people who criticised it as being part of the "left-wing spectrum" specifically kinda feels a bit sus.
I'm here, I guess.
