OOC is up.
And Starbee, the Flash?? No. Just... no. That's way too broken for my liking. I don't mind someone who could keep up with a car on city streets, but at those speeds, he could tear apart any monster I can think of before the rest of the group has time to blink. Sorry, but unless you tone that down, he's denied. Rest of the sheet's good, I'll give you that.
Forward, boys! For God's sake, forward! So I might aswell make an official looking list now:
Accepted players so far:
- daird
- Sergey
- Zetsubou
- Daydre
- Tojin
- Whizzerd
- Nitrous Thunder

"One may feel fear in the face of danger so long as one banishes fear when danger actually arrives"Can I slide in before we start?
- Name: Logan Malone
- Gender: M
- Age: 16
- Physical Description: Average height with a slim build. Long black hair and tan skin, befitting his Hawaiian ancestry. Light blue eyes. Tends to wear bomber jackets, dark jeans, hi-top skate shoes, and either a T-shirt or a '90's Utah Jazz jersey (full set of uniforms provided for reference
◊).
- Bio: Born to a demigod mother and a human father, Logan spent most of his life in Maui with no idea of his powers. His life revolved around school, video games, following the NBA, and learning the art of turntablism. When he was 15, however, he took a wrong turn on the way home from a concert and ended up jumped by a few petty criminals. Faced with life or death, his powers went into effect, and he froze one of the criminals solid without any idea how he'd done it. It scared the others off, but it left Logan wondering what the hell was happening to him.
- Upon confronting his parents, his mother revealed the truth: she was the product of a brief affair between her own father and the goddess Poli'ahu. The problem was that Poli'ahu had contested her sister and rival, Pele, for his affections, and Pele was rather vindictive in such circumstances. So Poli'ahu left the child to her human parent for the sake of protecting her.
- Once evil spirits started coming for Logan, his mother began to teach him how to use his powers to defend himself. However, after a year's time, this training wasn't proving sufficient, as many of these spirits were more on his mother's power level, and she had to come to his aid just so he could survive. In order to try and keep them off his back until he was strong enough to face them, his family sent him to Celestia on his own.
- Godly ancestor: Poli'ahu
- God description: Hawaiian goddess of snow
- Actual son/daughter or legacy: Kamalani Malone (Logan's mother)
- Relationship with godly ancestor: Thus far, they've never met. Poli'ahu is usually too busy fighting Pele over something to form close relationships with her children.
- Mortal family: His mother, Kamalani, and his father, Ethan
- Relationship with mortal family: Very good. It was at its rockiest when Logan discovered his powers, but after his mother began to teach him the basics of controlling it, things went back to normal. Despite their separation, Logan talks with his parents daily.
- Powers: Logan has control over ice and snow, and can use that to unleash freezing blasts, seal his wounds, and—most importantly—create objects by cooling moisture in the air around him. He can't exactly start a snowstorm whenever he wants, like his mother theoretically could, but he can, say, create a chunk of ice over someone's head and let it drop, or form a block of it to stop bullets. To him, these objects are easy to pick up and use, but that isn't necessarily the case for anybody else. His divine ancestry also makes him physically tougher—he could play an entire NFL game in no pads, take the hardest hits out of anybody, and walk away unscathed—and more charismatic and persuasive. The latter isn't something he's necessarily realized yet; as far as he knows, he's just naturally good at speeches and chatting up girls.
- Weapon of choice: Logan tends to create weapons on the spot out of ice rather than carrying them on his person. Most commonly, he makes massive two-handed swords that resemble a cross between the Buster Sword and Soul Calibur, but if that's not working, he'll gladly switch things up until he finds a melee weapon that suits the situation.
- Any magical artifacts they might have: None
- Anything else:
- One annoying side effect of Logan's powers is that his perception of hot and cold weather is reversed. So in the heat of Texas in summer, Logan would layer up, but if he was to go snowboarding in Canada, he'd have to wear a bro tank and shorts in order to cope.

Sergey's right on the money.
There's a Polynesian snow goddess? Huh. Accepted, at any rate.
In other news, IC is up!

Somehow I got another PC in mind, dk if I could handle interaction between them but still, if I keep them apart it should work
Currently I have only a few points in my head:
- Son of Minerva
.
- Able to transform into wood like so
.
- Level headed and shy(maybe even to the point of looking a bit feminime inclusing the looks in general) but a Blood Knight when transformed.
- If not transformed a herbalist and healer
- (Maybe with Blue-and-Orange Morality dk if I'm able to properly play it)
- And I just got another idea: I think when not transformed he should be quite submissive and approval seekingExplanation

"One may feel fear in the face of danger so long as one banishes fear when danger actually arrives"- Name: Kyriakos Domitios
- Gender: Male
- Age: 14
- Physical Description: He's pretty slender and build delicatly.
- Bio: Born from a short love affair between Minerva and a centaur. Due to that he always had quite the connection to nature. Though he is quite the approval seeker. Up intil this day he has not done anything of interest, one could even say his life was normal, if any life in Celestia can be called normal in the first place. He's currently helping in the local Herbalist.
- Godly ancestor: Minerva
- God description: Roman Goddess of poetry, medicine, wisdom, commerce, weaving, crafts and magic
- Actual son/daughter or legacy: Son
- Relationship with godly ancestor: While it was only a short love affair between her and Aquilinus, Minerva still vists the family every so often to come and check on them. Minerva is quite proud that her son's a herbalist and tries to teach him something new every time she visits him.
- Mortal family:
- Father: Aquilinus - Centaur
- Relationship with mortal family: Good,
- Powers:
- Transformation: Due to his strong connection with nature stemming from his Centaur father he can turn his skin wooden to make armor out of it (although that comes with all disadvantages of something being out of wood as well) , despite the armor it adds he also dramatically changes his personality upon using this power, if he transforms he becomes obsessed with fighting and won't stop until his target stops moving. Aquilinus while in wooden form (imagine as being a centaur).
- Herbalist: Being the son of the Goddess of medicine certainly helped him getting interested in herbalism, but his father also encouraged him to follow this path. Minerva teached him the basics of it, but he studied it for himself to, he uses that knowledge to heal people.
- Weapon of choice:
- Magical artifacts: None
EDIT: You know what, since I've got the chance to play one right now, would it be acceptable if he himself would be a Centaur?

"One may feel fear in the face of danger so long as one banishes fear when danger actually arrives"Wanna know what's in store? Can't give away everything, but we're going to have a little Shinto stuff, something from the Mayans, and Norse for the finale. Might throw something else in there, (it'll probably be Native American if so) but those three mythologies are definitely showing up.
Let the guessing games begin!
Forward, boys! For God's sake, forward!Name: Ethan Ahmadi
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Physical Description: Ambiguously Brown, thin build, short hair, a little on the tall side, generally wears dark blue or light brown sweaters and jeans.
Bio: Nina (Ethan's mom, see below) was born in an Assyrian diaspora community in the US, and was a daughter of Enki. At the encouragement of Enki, she used her unique gifts to pursue a career in archeology, along with a standard demigod career of questing. (They overlapped, for obvious reasons.) While looking for magical Sumerian relics in southern Iraq, she befriended and fell in love with one of her guides, Jaffar ibn Ahmad, and married him. They travelled together for a while (Ethan was born in this time, and as a baby participated somewhat in their adventures), then settled down in Celestia when they started to get older. Jaffar died of undiagnosed throat cancer not long after this, and Nina mostly raised Ethan by herself.
Ethan has been in Celestia for almost all of his life, but wishes to travel beyond it later in life in a quest or similar endeavor. He is something of an introvert, and almost always found with a book of some kind.
Godly ancestor: Enki
God description: Sumeriannote god of water and knowledge
Actual son/daughter or legacy: Grandson
Relationship with godly ancestor: Ethan's interactions with Enki have been few and far between, but when they have talked Enki has been universally friendly and helpful.
Mortal family: Nina Ahmadi (Daughter of Enki, mother of Ethan), Jaffar ibn Ahmad (Father of Ethan, husband of Nina, deceased)
Relationship with mortal family: Friendly. Ethan has a secret fear of not equaling his mother's accomplishments due to being more distantly related to Enki.
Powers: Hydrokinesis restricted to freshwaternote , Omniglotismnote , and the allegiance of Gallu demonsnote
Weapon of choice:
Any magical artifacts they might have: Sharur
, a talking, sapient mace with the power to fly, that originally belonged to Enki's protégé Ninurta, and later Ethan's mother after recovering it in her adventures.
Anything else: Trivia: Ethan, his father, and his mother all have a Meaningful Name in some form. I couldn't resist. Ethan comes from the same route of "Etana", a significant mythologized Sumerian king. Ethan's initials are E.A., referencing Enki's Akkadian incarnation. "Nina Ahmadi" is a double pun, "Nin" means "lady" or "queen" in Sumerian, but her full name is also a reference to Namma, a female Sumerian water deity that was sort of a symbolic/spiritual predecessor to Enki. Finally, "Jaffar" is one possible transliteration of an Arabic name that means "rivulet", which I thought was appropriate for the husband of the daughter of a river deity. If you're ever in another RP with me, you'll notice that it's impossible for me to come up with a name that doesn't have some sort of hidden meaning.
