Fair use is a defense in court, not a license to use copyrighted content.
Did this guy do a review of that Lifetime movie Cyberbully? If this is the same guy, some of the comments he made in that video rubbed me the wrong way. If not, then boy this guy and that guy have super similar show names.

But this whole thing should really bring greater general attention to YouTube's abysmal, automated system.

Mainly them touching on some controversial internet news and debating films.

The title says it all really. It's a youtube channel
by a British guy- every video is about why he hates this particular thing. Its done tastefully of course- he prefaces each video stating that everything in it is his opinion.
It already has a trope page but I noticed there didn't seem to be a discussion. I wanted to talk about how his latest video, a review of the godawful movie Cool Cat Saves the Kids, has received a copyright strike apparently filed by the movie's creator, Derek Savage. Even though the video was fair use. And the movie was awful
