Currently, the description of Crossword Puzzle is different things:

  1. First part defines Crossword Puzzles (CP) as a shorthand for character traits (first and second paragraph). There is no common denominator for how CP define a character:
    1. Being smart (like Smart People Play Chess)
    2. Being absentminded
    3. Being a nag
    4. Being a cheater
    5. Being trendy
    6. Being easily amused
  2. Second part of the trope is a Useful Note about how CP are differently all over the world (3rd paragraph onwards).

Suggestion:

  • Split off the useful note section (if we want to keep it at all)
  • Discuss what this trope should be about. If you look into the examples, there are a couple about C Ps being used for Talking through Technique, which isn't even being references in the description.
