Pod Room
Thomas' sly smile quickly faded at Animusphere's casual description of using unwanted Servants as magic fuel.
He cleared his throat awkwardly and tugged slightly at his collar. Now she was a little too Le Fay....
"Yes- well," He spoke to Animusphere, now far more formally, "Happy to be fighting alongside you, and all that!"
Hall - Jabir
The bullet actually froze as it came out of the barrel. The actual exhaust of the shot also seemed to freeze around it. Both were outlined in a soft green glow and the firing did not actually make any sound.
"Interesting.. very interesting.." Jabir muttered, walking up to the apparently time-frozen bullet. When Rick handed him the Winchester, he took it in a single hand and ran another over it. The rifle floated into the air and immediately, and fluidly, came apart as if taken apart by an expert hand. The individual pieces of metal and wood floated around in the air, spinning around slightly as Jabir intensely scrutinized their parts.
"A surprisingly simple mechanism.. nearly basic, but it does its job remarkably well." He said after a few seconds of analysis. He snapped his fingers and the rifle came back together, good as new.
"I can make this, and I can make bullets for them easily enough. I can also make something better."
The moment he said that, the bullet was released from its temporary stasis and ricocheted somewhere into the garden. Jabir cringed for a moment at the sound of the bullet crashing against something metal.
"Let us away from here quickly. I do not want to be around for when the Director shows up."

"No, I require a soft bed for what we're going to do," Berserker smiled with her fangs showing. If Aaliyah didn't get the message — she'd probably get it when they finally got back to the bedroom. Of course, there was likely to be an interruption, so Berserker had to prepare for that as well. "Come, come!" she reached a hand out to grab her Master. "The day... night? Whatever-time-of-day-it-is is young!"
FATE Room —> Hallway
What. What!? Aaliyah had a bit of a hunch of what was going through this Berserker's head. But now that they were on the same page she turned red as a beet, both out of embarrassment and outrage. One might be able to see steam rising out of her ears. "Now—Now listen here you!" she said going after her Servant. "First of all, I summoned you to fight—not—not for that, and secondly that's not how this works. You haven't even properly introduced yourself!"

"Nice trick there," Ching said with a chuckle, motioning to smoke that Cadmus had been making shapes out of. She took another drag on her cigarette, then exhaling another cloud of gray smoke. "How long it take you to learn to do that? Or did you cheat and used magic? Or is it perhaps a trick all dragons know?"
She put her cigarette back to her lips, sitting in silent thought as she breathed in the smoke. "So? Anyone got any stories?" She looked between Sally and Cadmus. "I'm sure that would make this all the more enjoyable."
Lounge (It's not like the world's going to end or anything)
"Now that is a question that has no answer proper, you must remember I come from a time when the world was young," Cadmus replied to Ching. "Magic was in everything, from the land to the sky to the endless blue water, and in everyone's body, soul, mind, and even my tongue. Even now I see the Earth in more than these mere four dimensions, the world today has no idea what things it no longer knows."She leaned forward and blew another smoke ring. "Thus when I give the smoke a blow and my attention, it flows to my will because that is how my understanding goes. Would you consider that cheating, or simply natural convention?"
She sat forward a bit, remembering something before she could move to recline fully again. "Though if we're going to tell stories for a spell, I ought to send someone to make sure my poor master rests well." She dragged her left hand along the ground to summon Günther's favorite Spartoí, and sent her away with a mental command. Though not without first instructing her to stop by the cafeteria and load up a hearty tray for when the young boy woke up. With that matter settled, she sat back again.
Lounge
"Well, I am afraid I have no stories to tell." Sally shrugged with an apologetic smile, for now content on enjoying the strawberry-flavored tobacco in her pipe. "That I am sitting in a lounge with two figures of myths and history and smoking Chesterfields with them is a story of its own."
That both of these figures looked really nice was just a cherry on top.
Agricola — the hallways, with Jeanne
After walking in silence for a while, Agricola glanced aside at Jeanne. "The first question, I think, is this: who are our allies? What are they capable of? Are they cowardly or courageous? Hasty or patient? Disciplined or foolhardy? And so on. The three things we must first know are our own forces, the enemy's and the field of battle. Then, a strategy can be formulated."
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.Lounge (Because I'm busy smoking, the world can solve its own problems)
"Can't say for sure," Ching shrugged, blowing more smoke. "I lived more closely to the modern era and had no experience in any magical dealings, so can't exactly give my opinion on the matter."
She looked over to hear Master, taking another drag from her cigarette. "Well, by the end of this mission , Master, I'm sure you'll have a few stories to tell."

Jeanne just kind of blinked at the onslaught of questions. She sort of felt put on the spot here especially considering she'd only really fought in one battle with the others, and there have been changes to the team. But she decided to do her best, and thought for a moment. "Well...the first one is self evident. Everyone here is an ally of ours. You'll have to talk with the others about their abilities. Me I'm a Saber so I just use a sword, that's really all. And everyone is really brave but...they all want to do things they're own way. Still we manage to work together I think. Er...one thing though. Ching, the other Rider, just kind of...fires off cannons everywhere. You might have to watch yourself if you go into battle with them."

The Roman Rider sighed. "No discipline? That would make my task all so much harder. I have two questions for you, then, and then I will take no more of your time. The first is, do you think the other Lancer my Master mentioned has better knowledge of our forces?" Agricola tilted his head slightly. "The second is, were you just a simple foot soldier in life? I understand that each Servant is mythical in their own way. Surely you did more than to charge the enemy and see your friends die beside you?"

"So because you're both from such modern cultures and times you'll have to explain this to me," Cadmus said to the others in the lounge. "Are we supposed to wait until you run out of your cigarettes before we can begin the orgy?"Meanwhile, in the darkest reaches of Chaldea (that allow for adequate ventilation and workplace safety)
A tray of cafeteria food went cold, the wait for Gunther to awaken pushing on into the day. Rather than wasting time, though, five hammers worked relentlessly at their task.Whether or not it had anything to do with the creation of shark-based weaponry was anyone's guess.
"…"
Gabby, despite her best efforts, could not help but blanche at this most disturbing development. Ohhhhhh frick. Even so, she smiled and nodded as politely as she could, despite being thoroughly horrified (and a tad bit despaired, oh poor Chopin...! )
"...Ohhhhh. Well, uh... That's—... That's really handy, Miss Director, nyeheheh... ehehehe... Technology, huh? 'S really... Really cool..."
While keeping that semi-straight face, she frantically reached out for her Servant over their shared mental connection.
<...Did... Did you fricking hear that, Lancer?! Holy frick...>

Jeanne's face, usually a default gentle smile, dropped a little at Gneaus' second question. "You will have to ask him what he knows. I can't tell, and...there are some things I would rather keep to myself."

Agricola's expression didn't change much — one corner of his mouth quirked — but Cadmus could sense his displeasure over the connection. "I see," he said. He bowed his head. "I shall take my leave, then."
With a last glance, Agircola left Jeanne alone, continuing is search for Longinus.
A room that fortunately doesn't have smoke detectors.
Ching was in motion to put her cigarette back to her lips, but stop mid motion the moment Cadmus vocalized her question. Ching lowered her smoke, staring at Cadmus as if to process what she said. "Could you repeat that?"

Smokehouse
"Well have we not conquered a great foe in battle today?" Cadmus said. "Such an event calls for an orgy of tremendous acclaim. I don't know what traditions in this era remain, I should hope that at least some aspects are still the same. Drinking at least, that must surely be a tradition you keep true, and music so loud that it makes our ears bleed. Dancing as well, or do you give into sloth and sit with nothing to do? Those are all things that any proper orgy needs."She snapped her fingers as she thought of something. "And masks, too!"
Thankfully for Sally, she managed to not drop her pipe to the floor after almost dropping it in shock.
"I... uh..." She wasn't the one to blush too often, but this matter-of-fact comment had left her nothing but crimson, almost as crimson as her top. "Er... well, I..." Oh, this was useless. She wanted to say something, but no real words came out.
This was certainly embarassing.
Deep breath. "...I... don't think p-public orgies are... uh, a thing these... these days." She finally mumbled out, still deep crimson. "And... I think it's... uh... well... three people is... um.. n-not really an orgy...? And D-director would, er, have our heads for this."
Ching was doing a far better job at keeping her composure than her Master. Cadmus suggesting an orgy was certainly out of the blue, but this wasn't the first time Ching had been asked a similar kind of request. Though that was back in her days as a prostitute and she was being paid. After becoming a pirate, people we far too afraid of her to make those kinds of request. Mostly because those people tend to end up decapitated.
"I have to confirm what my Master said, public orgies tend to be frowned upon even back in my time." she explained, putting her cigarette in a nearby ashtray. "And this is far too public a place to engage in such an activity. We'd need to move to a more private location." She thought for a moment then added, "And we'd need to get more than three people. At least a minimum of five, to be exact."
"Of course, that is assuming we're all on board with the idea," she said as she reclined in her seat.
Hallway
The way Aaliyah lit up just made Berserker even happier. This was going to be a fun partnership and a fantastic war! "That's not how what works, my dear Master?" Berserker brought her face dangerously close. So close that Aaliyah could smell her breath. Just another centimeter and the two would bind lips. "Tell me, oh Master, tell me how this Grail War is fought since you seem to be such a veteran. If you can, maybe I will reward you with my name."
Smokehouse
"...a-are we... are we really considering this...?" Sally stammered again, unable to look either of the Servants in the eye.
"Like, uh... I... would just get i-in the way..." She laughed nervously, turning the pipe in her hands. "I mean... uh... d-don't think we... uh... h-have the time for that anyway... and... well... I..." It didn't seem like she was going to regain her coherence of speech soon.
Longinus
Agricola's search would not be too long; he would find Lancer generally saying no words as he silently accompanied his Master on the latter's quest for bullets.

Hallways, Aaliyah
"Reward...me?" Now Aaliyah was just mad. "That's not even what I mean. What kind of womanizing Servant are you? You haven't even—" she sighed, and closed her eyes then looked back at Berserker. "Look, we're not fighting for the Grail, primarily. There are anomalies in this world's timeline. If we don't stop them everything ends by end of this year. Everything. You understand?"

Rider approached Rick, Longinus and Jabir. Sparing the other two a glance, he planted himself in front of Lancer. "Are you the Lancer my Master spoke of?" he asked.
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.

"If you say so, Tabby, just call me Rick," Rick said, certainly not going to comment on the odd name. After you've traveled through time - twice - in order to stop mythological heroes from destroying the world, you stopped letting the little things bother you. "Anyway, these are bullets," he replied to Jabir. "They're kind of like sling stones, except instead of having to spin them real hard and all that, you just fill them with gunpowder and make science do all the work for you. You know what, let me show you - and you might want to put on any sort of magic analysis spells if you have them."He unslung his rifle and went over to the first garden window or door he found on the way to Jabir's workshop - quickly glancing over his shoulders to make sure Animusphere hadn't snuck up behind him at the exact moment he was probably breaking a rule - and stuck the barrel out. He aimed it at some dirt that probably wouldn't die or be missed, checked the safety, and pulled the trigger to fire a round at his target.
"So you got that, or do you need to fire a few shots yourself?" he asked the Caster, holding his Winchester out towards Jabir with the barrel facing the ceiling.
