Edit: Come to think about it, is this too NSFW for this board? Because if so I'll take it off.

Bluth does like outrageous ladies. I think he was responsible for Mad Madame Mim in Sword and the Stone. Unfortunately, he's also fond of ridiculously cloying groups of kids (the rabbit kids in Robin Hood, for instance, most of the core cast in Land Before Time). Hopefully they'll be none of those here.
Dragon's Lair was a great game with cool graphics and music, but WAY too hard for me to play. And yes the princess was a terribly sexy stereotype, but then, the hero was a stereotype himself (a handsome if dumb hero). Nobody protests about THAT huh?
I don't see much potential for a movie (the cartoon based on the game was terrible) but who knows, it might be worth a chuckle.
Yeah, the game was entirely about timing. You had to move the stick/press the buttons in exactly the right sequence, at exactly the right time, to get things to work. Unfortunately, on the arcade version I tried to play, this wasn't explained anywhere. I I kept getting frustrated cuz I was trying to play it like any other video game.
Bluth is an experienced director and an excellent storyteller. I'm pretty confident that he'd be able to come up with a decent story into which he can plug these characters.
Space Ace was better as a game, since it had voice acting (which in my opinion
was good).
But Dragon's Lair would make a better movie.

The idea is, if half a million gets collected for the Kickstarter,
the movie will go into production.
I am thinking of donating at least 5 dollars, with maybe adding a few more if I could later.
