New merchandises!

Yay, Rena Rouge! Yay, Nooroo! Yay, Markov! Yay, actually good moments with Plagg! Yay, acknowledging that Cat Noir is kept out of the loop for too long! I'm not sure about these toyetic-transformations, but let's go with yay! Good episode.

Also looking at recap pages, is it me or are Wham tropes really abused?

This episode was kinda meh to me. It's blatantly there just to introduce stuff that's going to be important in later episodes, and everything surrounding it is pretty light for that reason.

I almost swear that Undine's English VA was Grey De Lisle- Her first line sounded just like Kimiko.

Otherwise, quite a meh episode. It was fun for salty Adrien to rear his pretty head, though.

i have bad taste but the episode i watch was okay i guess. did like the possibilities that maybe they might end up revealing their secret....but then again crazy shit might happen if they did.

I'm pretty sure there's a fanfiction with the new episode's plot. Marinette and Adrien end up starring in a music video about Ladybug and Chat Noir. Shenanigans ensue.

Okay, that's 3/3 for gay vibes from Rose/Juleka. I legit 90% think they're a couple.

Huh, Marinette is kinda in the wrong here. Although again, it's Chloe, whose owed at least 5 years of bad karma probably.

Even disregarding my bias towards Chloe, I think her actions in getting it canceled slightly edge out Marinette's.

Wait, did Mari just see Adrian's Miraculous? Oh wait, it doesn't look like that in mundane form, so its a fake.

Fanfic idea: the masks get left in the trailer so Marinette and Adrian put them on in front of each other for an identity reveal.

How does Chloe not realize this is making an Akuma?? I take it back. This is 100% on Chloe.

Not really. People usually just stuff in under wasted plot or character. Didn't really got any gay vibes. Well, maybe from Nightingale. Good episode, but am I the only one who thought that Chloe just look freaky in that Ladybug wig? I don't know why, she' just looked super unnatural.

BTW, I have perfect idea for a villain for this show. Truth-Or-Dare based villain who forces people to obey his "dare" unless they reveal their secret out loud.

I'm really enjoying how the show has been playing with its premise more recently. While the new outfits are clearly Merchandise-Driven, they are still loads of fun.

Didn't Plagg say that the Cat Noir costume summoned by Adrien wears was influenced by his own desires? Of course he's going to wear the bell. Though that reminds me, does Cat Noir's bell have a clapper? I don't ever remember it jingling.

@1612 I think we're well past the point of questioning how Chloe is not realizing that her actions are leading to people becoming Akumatized. I mean, for God's sake, Hawk Moth already figured out her usual MO. We just gotta accept that she's that self-centered. Which does lead one to wonder just what's finally going to break through and realize just how bad she is.

He seems to be doing stealth just fine. I do remember one time he used the bell to attract Gigantitan's attention, so I guess it's a magic bell.

Well, to be fair, real cats can move without jingling a bell just fine (which is why it's recommended to put two bells on a cat if you're going to do so; it's much harder to compensate for two). One can presume that whatever power gives Cat Noir super Parkour also lets him do that.

Like we didn't all know that deep down Adrian was an incredibly kinky person.

You joke, but didn't Thomas Astruc also work on Totally Spies?

I mean, some of the stuff Chat Noir says to Ladybug while flirting goes a wee bit past merely suggestive, but she just laughs it off. IIRC he's asked her more than once to tie him up.
