Great. By the sound of things, it seems like they all might be stuck here for a while. Might as well go ghost and scout around-
Danny's thoughts are interrupted as a big boom occurs in the sky and some cloaked guy wearing a weird mask like those of plague doctors lands on the ground. His appearance has ghost written all over it, but seeing as how Danny's ghost sense hasn't gone off, it likely wasn't one. Still, something about this guy felt kind of off...
Danny slowly approaches the fallen figure with caution.

XLR8 was zipping through the crowd as fast as he could, trying to search for Grandpa and Gwen. "Nope. Sorry. 'Scuse me. Nope. Not here. Pardon me. Nope," he said as he searched, not seeing either of them. Maybe they weren't here? Suddenly, however, he heard the enormous explosion and saw whoever it was fall from the sky and land in the crowd. In the blink of an eye, XLR8 dashed over to where the robed figure landed.
His outfit was certainly strange— though that wasn't saying much considering Ben was currently in the form of a blue dinosaur motorcyclist alien. They reminded him of the Forever Knights, and he was certainly getting a weird vibe from the character. Still, he seemed to be injured, and he was a hero. He reached down to try and help him up. "Hey, you okay? What happened there?" he asked, not sure if he was conscious.
Viktor noticed as the people seemed startled and afraid of him, along with what seemeed to be a mechanical construct that had a hole in it's chest and a fish-like humanoid blind in one eye.
Hmph. fools will always fear and hate what they don't understand, but when the Glorious Evolution will come.. they shall never feel the need to fear again
Viktor thought to himself, before deciding to turn off his hex-core staff, wanting others to know he is not a threat,he then threw it to to his shoulder-arm as it grabbed hold of it, it looked like that's the way Viktor always holstered his staff.
He noticed that the machine approached both him and the fish-like being, but before Viktor could speak, the fish woman spoke first...though his mask didn't showed it, he was displeased and annoyed to be called a robot.
"No, I have no idea of what caused this, at first I thought it was chrono displacement, but in no way this seems like it, otherwise the sympthoms would be easily felt by all of us. and to correct your mistake, mistress, I consider myself more of a..transhumanist if you will than a robot" Viktor spoke in a mechanical voice with a accent that had a heavy mix of German and Russian influences.
He then noticed as some figure fell from the sky at high speeds in a large explosion and crashed at the ground, he slowly approached at what he assumed to be a dead corpse.. though he was somewhat interested that he didn't saw what would be a gory and bloody mess thanks to terminal velocity.
"Interesting... I would had assumed that the height of the fall and terminal velocity would make nothing but a mess...but he seems almost unharmed..."
Viktor said to himself, looking at Plague Knight knocked out.

Travis realized he had just drawn his weapon and switched it off, relaxing an breathing out slowly. OK, possibilities, either the cafe was built on an Akashic Point and he just never noticed or this was another hitman making an attempt on his life, in which case he or his henchmen would have already attacked. And the people arround him were strange, not stranger than what he had seen already... except perhaps the boy that turned into an... alien dinosaur and the fishgirl. It was when the old man started talking. Travis wasn't exactly buying it, but there wasn't really any other explanation and his own didn't fit. Either way he needed to vent a bit. -"Hey, geezer, what makes you so sure we're on a infinite torus or whatever the hell this is?"- He called out as he moved towards the group.

Rex noted that Josuke sarcastically considereded Rex's theory.
"Look, I now it's hard to believe but she can teleport anything anywhere and she's kind of crazy."
Rex created a giant mechanical fist while saying that, last time something like this had happened to him he escaped by destroying parts of the city.
"Who's with me? Come on don't be shy, don't tell me it's your first time waking up in a strange city"

One of the more normal-looking (At least by Earth 616-standards) migrants to the new city pushed himself off the railing. He had been watching the whole affair while sipping from a paper drink cup. When he had been teleported to the city, he had been enjoying a tasty strawberry milkshake. He might have panicked, but honestly, this wasn't too odd compared to the things he had already had to deal with. He finished his milkshake while watching the others, trying to figure out how he had ended up here.
Ah, that explained it. The old man with spiky hair and...Was that dried puke? It looked like dried puke. Well, crusted barf notwithstanding, he seemed to know what he was talking about. He decided to keep an eye on the man with the laser sword. He seemed a bit unstable. Then again, he had just been teleported to a paralell universe. There was also a robot, and a man in what looked like a plague doctor uniform.
Just as Yu finished his shake, the young man - Morty was his name, and he looked a few years shy of Yu's age - introduced himself and the scientist - apparently named Rick. Yu slid off the railing, crumpling the cardboard up in his hand and offering his hand to Morty.
"Hi, Morty. My name is Yu. I hope we can be good friends." He said, smiling warmly. He seemed completely unfazed by the situation. He turned his gaze to Rick.
"So there's nothing we can do right now but wait?" He asked. The old dude seemed to have the most idea of what was going on.
Josuke raised an eye at the one-eyed robot's remark, wondering if it was playing along with his joke or giving a serious response to the highschool student's sarcasm. "Eh...I was being rhetorical but...that's good to know I guess?"
The teenager he had doubted then rebuked his snark with a bit of his own, proceeding to turn his hand into a large mechanical fist, which was obviously somewhat of a surprise. Was it a Stand? Or something else? This place was broadening his viewpoint on bizarre-ness at an alarming rate.
"I dunno, I've seen a lot of weird things, but suddenly dropping into a city is kind of a first for me." He scratched the back of his head.
"There's a part of me that just wants to say—" He snapped his fingers as if to make a point. " 'This must be the work of an enemy Stand!' You know?" He laxly said without further elaboration, waiting to gauge a response to his words.

This is what the man in the plague doctor outfit screamed at the top of his lung while jumping several feet into the air when he awoke. When he landed, he held his staff in front in one hand and in the other what looked like a bomb in the other, ready to throw. He breathed heavily for a few moments trying to compose himself. When he did, he seemed to realize something and patted himself down.
"YES!! My cloak is able to withstand the concussive force of an explosion that took down a sky piercing tower!" he cheered while dancing a merry jig. "HAH HAH, take THAT Troupple King! HEE HEEEE!!" In his jubilience, he was ignorant to his surroundings.

As soon as the hooded figure leapt to his feet, staff and bomb at the ready, XLR8 immediately backed up a couple of feet and got into a battle stance, but then he saw the character did not seem to be paying attention to either him, or the teenaged boy that was also approaching him. XLR8 turned towards Danny, looking incredibly confused. "Get a load of this guy... he must've hit his head when he fell," he said. "At least he doesn't seem hurt.... too badly at least."
At that very moment, a whirring beep began to chime, lowering in pitch as it did so, as the symbol on his chest flashed red. Suddenly a brilliant red flash lit up the area, much like the green flash before. Now, Ben stood there in his human form, looking at his Omnitrix which now glowed red instead of its usual green. "Now?!" he asked. "Aw, c'mon!"
Danny was startled by the guy's sudden energy even going as far as going ghost, though it isn't as noticeable as the other kid, as his color scheme just seems to flip. He also began to levitate a bit, expecting an attack, but calms himself after the kooky knight seemed to not be immediately violent.
"Oh great. Another crackpot."
Danny's feet returned to the ground, noticing as the kid returned to his humanlike form.
XLR8 is so fast, he ninja'd right through me!

Rex was perplexed at Josuke's theory of it being an "enemy Stand".
"I have no idea what that is but I'm going to assume it's really serious if it can teleport you to a floating city."
A few meters behind him a guy in a plague doctor costume jumped several feet into the air while shouting at the top of his lungs.
"I'm not the only one that saw that, right?"
After noticing Ben's transformation Rex added: "Or that?"

Things grew weirder by the moment. Stands, transhumanists, kids with giant metal hands, a transforming human, the robots, that exploding guy with the bird mask, the big words that old human was using that she didn't quite understand. Something about a girl with weird arms, which she knew - or at least sincerely hoped - could not be referring to Muffet. And then something clicked. She turned to Rex, allowing her spear to fade away.
"Kid, I don't think whatever brought us here is something any of us would know. If I'm getting the gist of what that old fart is saying... then the magic needed to bring us here would be enormously powerful. It'd have to be some kind of god." And then Undyne grinned, a very wide, sharp-toothed grin. "'Course, I've seen someone who called themselves a god get beaten, so we shouldn't lose hope. I'll find a way out of here even if I have to punch God in the face."
She paused, blinking, and her grin dropped as she considered something. "Actually, does magic even exist where you guys come from? Because where I'm from we don't have 'Stands' or people who can summon giant metal arms. Or humans that turn into monsters."
Ben glanced towards Undyne (who he had assumed was some sort of fishlike alien) and crossed his arms, trying to hide the fact that Undyne's toothy grin was making him uncomfortable.
"I don't turn into monsters, I turn into aliens," Ben clarified. "And yeah, we have magic where I come from. My cousin has her magic charms and spellbook she got from some crazy wizard. She calls herself Lucky Girl or something like that. Anyway, I don't know what a Stand is, but giant metal arms doesn't seem too weird where I'm from either."
He tried to keep his eye on Plague Knight though, in case he did something dangerous or threatening. With his Omnitrix on cooldown, he wouldn't be able to fight back if he threw that bomb...

Danny saw the lizard lady Undyne come towards them, and tried not to show nervousness. She didn't seem like an enemy, at least. It would not be a good idea to make her one.
"Magic? I don't think so. Most of the trouble from around where I come from is usually ghost related. Don't worry, I've never heard of Stands or Mr. Mech Hands either."
The kid floats there, having taken on a slightly different appearance. It wouldn't be hard to assume ghost stuff may just be that world's equivalent to magic.

Many, many things happened. And for once, they were so fast that Legion found itself incapable of a response.
The child from earlier, wearing a watch, used it to transform into an alien creature that zipped off at unbelievable speed - and just as quickly he returned and transformed back. Legion concluded to itself the child must have had extremely advanced hypertech far beyond that of the Citadel races to be capable of this.
The two humans approached. One of them - the older one, identified as "Rick" by "Morty" - said that they were currently in the midst of a multiversal restructuring event. Legion had heard of the theory of multiverses before; it decided to accept this as fact and ruminate on the implications later. His view was that there was nothing that could be done until the universe fixed itself.
Legion's first response was thus to Rick. "I have no other sources for your claim 'nothing can be done.' I will still attempt to do something and investigate, however. The worst case scenario is that I pursue a fruitless endeavour and nothing happens. The best case is that I get out."
He next turned to Morty. Legion kept in mind to use significantly more tact than usual, as he was dealing with a human child. "'Robot', while technically accurate, is not the correct term. I am a geth, from a race of synthetic intelligences. We were built by a race called the 'quarians' to act as workers." It decided that any further information was not relevant to a concise summary and cut itself off there. Morty would easily be able to see, as it spoke, that "flaps" above its single, glowing eye moved, as if to enunciate what it was saying.
With an explosion in the sky, Legion looked up as something bounced across the balconies until it came to a rest on the one in front of them. Its eye flaps raised in alarm, until the man got up, rather jubilant at his survival. Legion opted to ignore that, too, for the safety of its mind.
The geth next turned to Rex. It responded with a rather anticlimactic "Yes." Hey, it got the point across.
The blue humanoid immediately spoke of magic, asking if any of their worlds had it. Legion refocused on her. "No. The closest analogue to magic that exists would be biotics, utilized by individuals with nodules of element zero in their nervous system. Even so, biotics are not magic - they are entirely explainable by modern science."
Keeping her distance from the main group and keeping herself concealed in the shadows was a young girl in a schoolgirl uniform. With the collection of strange people in front of her and the fact that she awoke in this place when she suddenly blacked out on the way back to her home, she saw no reason to trust many of the arrivals that was gathering. They looked mostly harmless (there were even some cute boys among them), but the girl decided to take no chances given the current situation. She wanted a reason to get away from her village for a while, but nothing like this
Ibuki was startled for a bit when she heard the scuttling coming from her backpack. The scuttling coming from a tanuki that had taken residence in her backpack and seemed troubled given its actions. The girl took off her backpack and motioned for the tanuki to keep quiet. She then took to swiftly move from one vantage point to another, so fast that anyone that could have noticed her would have seen a blur in the air.
Rex hadn't thought about the possiblity of them not being EVOs, but then, what were they? He didn't focus too much on answering that and instead tried to clarify the source of his powers.
"Oh, no. This isn't magic, I can create these thanks to nanomachines in my body. Most EVOs in my world, which is how we call people like me, turn into monsters but I can control their mutations. I think it has to do with my past but I unfortunately can't remember anything since last year."
Thinking that his explanation would be too simple for someone outside his world, Rex simply muttered.
"I hope that makes sense to you."

"How do I know?" said Rick, leaning in toward Travis note the young man would probably be able to smell Rick's breath from where he was, which could only be described as something capable of taking paint off of walls "I-I built a fucking *urp* multiversal p-portal gun, that's how I know!" He waved the device in the air with some gusto as he spoke. "What are you gonna do, huh, stab your way outta here with your stupid, with your stupid laser sword!?"
"Easy, Rick!" Morty tugged on his grandfather's sleeve as he listened to Legion explain about the nature of his mechanical race, simultaneously trying to look as though he was interested while keeping Rick from going on another shooting spree. "He was just-he was just asking a question!"
"You see, Morty?! This is how it starts!" Rick unholstered his laser pistol and brandished it at Travis, one of his bloodshot eyes twitching wildly as he spoke. "This is how these things always go! Some dumb shit says the wrong thing and the whole thing just-just- it just all goes to hell, Morty!"
"Rick! These are good-they're good guys! Nobody needs to get hurt! You gotta just put the gun down, Rick!"
It was at that moment that the small green creature woke up, clearly exuberant about something. "Oh, goOOOOd," belched Rick as he swung around, glaring at the little green thing as though it might attack at any moment. "We got a crazy... bird... monster... thing; I'll be honest, I don't even know what the fuck that thing is supposed to bEEEEEE, Morty." The fact that the creature was now cackling and dancing around was more than a little offputting; Rick cocked the weapon and pointed it at the explosive newcomer.
"C'mon, Rick!" screamed Morty, yanking his grandfather's arm. "H-he's dancing, Rick! He-he-he's happy about something! You can't just, you can't just go around shooting people because they like to dance and-and yell about kings!"
"Alright, alright. F-f-fine, Morty." Rick holstered the gun... although this didn't stop him from glowering out at both Plague Knight and Travis Touchdown simultaneously. "You're pretty, you're pretty altruistic *urp* today, huh? Bet you feel like a reeeeall little do-gooder, Morty."
"R-r-rick's, uh, he's nice when you get to know him," explained Morty, wringing his hands together and smiling unconvincingly. "I mean, he takes me on, he takes me on adventures, and we get to run around and see, really crazy, real wild alien stuff, and..." he trailed off, keeping one eye on his grandfather and the other on the wildly dancing form of Plague Knight.

Ben shrugged at Rex's explanation. "Makes about as much sense as everything else I've seen..." He smiled. "By the way, name's Ben Tennyson," he introduced to Danny, Rex, and Undyne. And Plague Knight, although given his jaunty dance, it didn't seem that he was paying much attention to the group anymore.
Unfortunately, his smile faded when Rick started shouting and pointing his weapon around. He would've shouted at him for causing such a ruckus, but he still hadn't determined whether Plague Knight was dangerous or not. Plus, his Omnitrix was still on cooldown. Ben wasn't entirely convinced when Morty said Rick was "nice once you got to know him". From what he had seen so far Rick seemed kind of... okay, very unstable.

As soon as Legion recognized that Rick was pointing a weapon at a man who was also holding weapons it took a closer look at the situation. The man seemed to be not entirely aware of his surroundings, and Rick was reacting in self-defense that was unnecessary.
Legion took a step back, servomotors audibly whining as it did so. Fortunately, Morty managed to calm him down beforehand, so Legion chose to say nothing. It did note to keep its distance from Rick, however. The initial impression the geth was receiving was that of a very impulsive, reckless, and selfish being - in other words, Do Not Trust.

"Eh, makes about as much sense as anything else here" said the specter kid to Rex.
"My name's Danny Fenton. Or, you can just call me by my superhero alias, Danny Phantom!"
Cue a hammy pose, most likely acoompanied by blank stares.
Danny relaxes into a more sheepish pose, still floating around. He turns to see Rick and the robot guy already starting off some kind of affair.
"Yea, this is gonna be a fun time alright."
Danny was kinda used to goofball inventor thanks to his own parents, but made a mental note to keep an eye on Rick in case.

Josuke got the answer he was fishing for, given the confused responses to his question; no one here seemed to know what a 'Stand' was, either that or they were very good liars.
He took a backseat as others began to join in. He tried to put the stuff they were talking about together. He had overheard the dysfunctional Grandpa and Grandson duo earlier quarreling about some sort of multi-dimensional shlock, and at first, the teen didn't really get it. Now, with everyone around talking about 'Magic' and 'Biotics' and 'Nanomachines' and 'Ghosts'(Well, he already knew ghosts were real.), the picture was starting to get clearer.
"Alright! I think I got this multi-verse stuff." The garishly-uniformed teen gave a successful smile, seemingly unaware of the tension brewing, before expounding upon his find.
"What the old man and kid were saying—this place has dragged a whole bunch of us in here, for some reason, and I guess we come from different universes."
"Some universes have magic. Some have transhumans. Some have...nanomachines? And some have...well, whatever makes you up, robot guy." He took another look at Legion as he said it.
"I come from a place that has Stands, and they're...kind of a pain to explain." He supposed he'd have to talk about it eventually, but until then he got back to his point. "Suffice to say, from what you all said it's pretty clear you don't got em'. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is, we must've come from different places, y'know?"
He gave another look around the group. "Last time I've checked, where I come from we don't got fish people. Or robots. Or people that can turn into robots, or people that can turn into aliens, or...that thing, over there." He made a glance at whatever the hell Plague Knight was doing for a moment, but tried not to make eye contact.
"So, if we all really come from different universes, that explains why we're all weird to each other, right?" He grinned wider, as if he discovered something important.

Gon noted the loud crash, followed by the appearance of a mysterious... fellow in a plague doctor outfit. The assassin carefully placed his right hand on his waist where the IWB holster is with a serious expression this time.
How many more nutjobs am I going to meet?
The Korean-American noted Ben's transformation, which he noted as being odd since no one in his line of work can do that.
He decided to not bother with it. Right now, he needs to look around and see if he can get a vantage point.
Where do I start?
Gon went to slowly walk towards the nearest alley he can find. He didn't want to stick around if it can't help him do something about his situation.
"Guess that makes sense." Undyne grinned again. "So I guess the first step to not being weird is to get to know each other. So listen up!"
She jabbed a thumb at her own chest and grinned even wider, if that was possible.
"My name is Undyne, leader of the Monster Kingdom Royal Guard! And nobody's gonna fight each other on my watch! You got that?" She barked, pointing at Rick.
Ben, contrary to the strange looks Danny was getting, grinned. "Cool!" he exclaimed. "So you're a hero too. Y'know, I happen to be an awesome hero back where I come from. I help defend Earth from alien bad guys," he stated proudly, putting a fist to his chest and smirking. He then opened his eyes again. "You have ghost powers? That reminds me of one of my aliens. Ghostfreak," said Ben.
After that, he looked over at Josuke. "So wait, this is an alternate universe thing? Cool! It's just like Sumo Slammers III!" he exclaimed. He then winced, trying to get out of the boyish mindset for one moment. "But... my grandpa... and my cousin. They're probably worried sick about me," he sighed.
