Yup. Shame that SWTOR seems to indicate that the Sith Empire Protagonists canonically seems to have went Dark Side while the Republic went Light side, would hilariously prove his point if the roles were reversed .

Marr would have loved to show everybody the Lightside!Sith Warrior and Lightside! Sith Inquisitor if light side empire was canon to make his point.

Ben's power level would be in constant flux (as is his form), and would probably go up and down depending on which alien he turns into. But if I were to rank them, Grey Matter would be on the definite bottom while, of his unlocked forms, the ones on the top would probably be Cannon Bolt, Four Arms, and Ghostfreak (in that order, most likely).

I don't know if Rick's intellect counts as a 'power' per se, but it does allow him to invent his way out of almost any situation. Not to mention that, as a result, he's usually one step ahead of everybody else.

And for a guy in his late 50s-mid 70s, he's in amazingly good physical condition.

Adam held off a army, back when he was a normal human and was one of the best SWAT troopers around.

Now he's a mechanically augmented individual with a bunch of inbuilt weapons. Where would that count him?

Legion is extremely strong on the offensive, but besides that is actually rather average, possessing very few special abilities, and can easily be killed from sustained attacks.

Let's get environmental factors in here. Adam can cloak himself and can knock most people out with a "Hey, You!" Haymaker.

Legion can upgrade himself with Geth Shield.

Marr has the Force.

Marr can't block bullets flying at him with his laser blade, because that means molten metal flying at a excess of 600mph to the face!

Now add in the fact that Mass Effect Weapons travel at relativistic speeds and Legion can in fact Headshot a Space Marine with the Widow.

Legion is a character that is very much oriented towards long range combat and support. It works at its best when it's got a good team of close-quarters characters that can keep attention away from it and allow it to focus on surgically devastating juicy targets.

However, that is its weakness. Legion only works when it has a good team that can support it. To answer your question, characters with extreme maneuverability such as XLR8 Ben can close the distance extremely fast and whittle away Legion's barriers and health. In addition, if Legion is trying to go lone wolf or its team isn't working well it often finds that it becomes the easy target.

Unfortunately, there are few counters to a Legion in a team that works well... well, besides another Legion, anyways.
