One of Ben's aliens is a ghost. He's fought a guy who make mutant super-animals, a demonic clown, an evil wizard and his apprentice, a guy who can control insects, someone who can absorb Ben's powers, alien plants, a group of medieval-styled secret agent types, and aliens from the Bermuda Triangle.
Later in the series, he's gonna deal with an evil hypnotist, a magic Christmas machine that turns people into elves (I am not making this up), a werewolf, a mummy, a weather monster, and the Fountain of Youth.
Ben's seen some crazy crap in his time. People coming back to life is nothing.
As for the "Ben thinks Plague Knight is insane" thing, well, yes, but he has also seen the city change completely, Miss Tairee summoned pizza out of nowhere, and he has been told that her master wants to be inspired. He'd probably wanna keep them alive for that. That, and Plague Knight said he spoke with Miss Tairee (who he does trust).
Also, yeah, today's been a bit stressful for me so my post was kinda bleh.

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither. So an idea I just had for a possible day.
Detective Day: Everybody is stripped of their powers and weapons for a day and instead have to rely solely on their brains and each other in order to solve riddles and puzzles to get to the end of whatever the plot of that particular day is going to be (haven't thought that far
). The whole city also gets a distinct film noir appearance and feel to it with the outfits of the characters changing to match.

Rex's ready for some puzzles
◊. Now, if only his chimp companion were here.
Edit: Gonna catch some Zs. I won't post until much later tomorrow. Think 14 hours from now, though I will try to keep up with the thread.

Watch as Detective Mary poorly plays investigates her way to the truth by analyzing unlikely evidence, pursuing imaginary leads, and going from nonsensical conclusion to nonsensical conclusion, until somehow everything finally falls into place in a way only she could have possibly seen coming.
Or she turns out to have been the one behind the murder the whole time.
Or she just tries to color the whole city with crayon or whatever she has at hand for the entire day because she dislikes the colorless film noir ambience.
Seriously, the possibilities are endless and I love it.
Back again, recapped again. I'll be trying to post in the main thread soon, then after that I'm gonna go catch up on other things and see if my friends are online. (Though at this hour I suspect more than half of you guys are already in bed.)
@Ud: That's still taking someone's word for it when being told, "hey by the way you totally can't die in this place, for realsies." Though that does make sense of why Ben might then accept it given what he saw on Miss Tairee's computer.
@Sparty and Thrall: Don't feel the need to blame yourselves guys; bad days and low effort posts happen. I've been having a few myself with how rough my work schedule and my natural sleep cycle have been clashing.
@Syrika: Unless I die before this ends, I don't intend to be GMing it literally until the day I die. I mean, it's going to be a pretty damn long RP sure, but you know I kind of expect to at least live past thirty.
Then again there's always that chance of something like a freak car accident, so never say never I guess.
@Rivux: Rule34.
@Detective day idea: While that does sound neat I'm hesitant to say that I'll do it. It would require me coming up with some sort of mystery that a dozen and a half people or so could all participate in without that equating to solving it in like five minutes flat; that's something I'm not terribly confident I could do.
The alternative would be coming up with several mysteries to let you guys split between them, but that's also not something I feel too confident doing.
And without mysteries, what else would the day be? Just 1930s Black and White day?

You are reading this.Alternatively we could do something where the characters are stuck in some sort of building and in order to get out of it they have to go through rooms with a bunch of puzzles they have to solve in order to progress.
Kinda like Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors for anybody who has played it.
I did feel like a mystery for everybody would be kinda hard to GM, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to suggest it

And here goes Ben acting before thinking again. Sometimes, Chronic Hero Syndrome is Ben's worst enemy.
And with that, away I go for the night. Ciao!

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Yes, it most certainly is.
Anyway, a sudden boss fight appears! I know plenty of you will likely have your characters rush that way to join the fight; I'd like to ask that you please not have them arrive on your own but rather wait for when one of my posts mentions them arriving.
With that posted, I actually really should get going for tonight. Due to time constraints on my end tomorrow, and the fact that I don't want to push back posting until the day after, I will for once forgo my usual, "wait at least 24 hours or until everyone else has posted" routine and instead get a post out once I'm back from work. (Because in exactly 24 hours from right now I hope to already be asleep for the early shift on Friday.) But after that I'll be picking that routine back up, so that hopefully the fight won't go too fast for anyone.

You are reading this. Here's a shorter link to Plantera's first form so the markup doesn't look screwed up: http://tinyurl.com/pkw8qbv

I'm waiting for Josh to post for Lune so that I don't make them completely confused.
Also, for the boss music, you missed the opportunity to use Plantera's actual boss theme
.

I approve of this "GM until the day I die" thing. :P I'll help you as much as I can by being here a ton! Right now my every spare minute is LITERALLY spent writing for Na No Wri Mo (well, TV Tropes forays notwithstanding) but my schedule should even out when December arrives.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.
