@Alley: That sounds like a good idea, but if his powers work similarly to a zombie invasion, he would have to contend with every other type of zombie invasion out there. ALL the invasions in fact. No one IP to take up an entire theme day.

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!![]()
That could work, and would be interesting, with how differently Fearlings and Nightmares would work to the typical zombies. Born of fear and corrupted nightmares and corrupted children instead of just dead, infected people.
Then again, there are a few things he could fit into, being the personification of Fear and the Boogeyman. Just thought it'd be a fun idea to throw out.

Today got interesting on me all of a sudden. We're just about walked out the door to take Josephine to the vet for her fixin', when my 8 1/2 month pregnant sister texts me like "Hey my blood pressure is high they're admitting me to the hospital lulz" which meant me, my dad, and a screaming tortoiseshell in a box take off for town at likely illegal speeds. We get the cat dropped off, and I think in his freak-out my dad might have signed her up for every immunization under the sun, then rush back across town to go to the hospital, sister's phone has died and no one is at the fucking information desk, so I figure "All right, she's probably in labor and delivery" well it turns out you're supposed to call on the phone to tell them you're coming into that department so they can beep you through and no one told me and I was a wee bit frantic and the short version is I maybe slightly broke their door down.
So far as the sister, she's resting as comfortably as any pregnant woman can while hooked up to like a dozen scanners, this (so far) seems to just be precaution on her doctor's part, but if I suddenly go silent for a couple days, well, I'm off shaking the shit out of pediatric nurses to make sure my nephew is being well cared for.
And on top of that we're getting our 8th flash flood of the year, and tomorrow is the last week of our super-busy season at work which means I can't really take a day off so I gotta do my best to find my way through the shit tomorrow.
...I'll catch up on things with the game as soon as I shake this sudden case of ouch oh my God hiccups.
Something about that sentence just cracks me up. Kinda reminds of that time Bender adopted a bunch of children because he could get paid.
@Timezone: Mine's UTC/GMT -3 hours. You can use this site to calculate the timezones
.
My timezone is US Eastern (GMT -4 I believe? Might be -5), though I probably won't be participating in any streams because my internet can't handle live streaming well.
The daily antagonists are GM-only, though so far they've been established franchise characters (though it doesn't seem to matter whether or not those characters are actually antagonistic in their home stories; they'll be made antagonistic if not).
Also, I'm waiting on deleteman before posting again, though I'm kind of stuck on what to say anyway.

Icon by Civvi the Civilian!@Locoman What powers he has depends on what media you take it from, and whether the books and movie count as a singular canon. The movie version can travel through, hide in and even become shadow, can utilise nightmares sand to create weapons, a bow, a scythe, spears etc., and create Nightmares, and always knows a persons fears, even their greatest one, and is able to use that to play mind games and Break Them by Talking. He's the embodiment and personification of fear itself.
The book version never displays the sand or Nightmares, but can sense and know people's fears, and can corrupt children into Fearlings as well as command other nightmare creatures. Book version has also wiped out entire races.
@Timezones Since everyone is doing it, I'm on AEST (UTC+10)

And what everyone doesn't know is that she worships Khorne and so she'd still be doing terrible things even if she hadn't met OFB.
The only one I know of for mine, as mentioned at least once, is 8:00+ GMT.

Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.Back from dinner. Will try to post something soon.
My timezone is MDT/UTC-6, but my sleep schedule is weird and inconsistent; I'm partially/fully nocturnal, depending on my work schedule.
@Syrika: I don't think getting everyone together at the same time for something is going to work, ever. You'll probably have to settle for just getting the people who are interested and have the time.
@Cole Minor: My condolences, and good luck to your sister.
@Alleydodger: I believe we already discussed the question of the books and movies being regarded as the same canon or not. Also, since arch nemesis day is eventually coming, I see little reason to include Pitch Black in another day since he'll show up on that day anyway as Jack Frost's arch nemesis; assuming you're still playing Jack Frost here by then.
It's not like anyone else would be Jack Frost's arch nemesis, at least based on just the movie.

You are reading this.@Secretlyasuperhero It's possible, though sadly I haven't read enough Discworld to know Susan's fighting prowess and such. That said, a lot of Pitch's danger comes from him being very old(He's at least 1500 years old, but more than likely older) and very tricky. The only reason he actually lost was him underestimating an unknown in Jack Frost, and a heap of luck.
He'd more likely flee Susan and strike at her another way if he felt he couldn't win.
We have. I was just writing out book Pitch's abilities as well on the off-chance that that version of him ended up being used instead of the movie one.
And I was unaware of the arch nemesis day. That's pretty cool and I'll be looking forward to it.

Re:archnemesis day: of course I'm from the single Pixar movie with No Antagonist. :P
@Firock Yep, that's basically what I meant!
