Pssst you missed the backstory section. And you may want to be a bit more descriptive, because um. I actually thought this was supposed to be the Kaleid Liner version and got confused.

@ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES: It's not like you have to elaborate on every single little detail. What's important is getting a clearer idea of what sort of journey he's gone through and what major decisions were made along the way; right now, like I said before, there's multiple parts of what you wrote that might as well read, "he met an enemy, he later defeated that enemy."

@Orig PL 3: Indeed, something seems to have happened with your editing or something, as only what I assume is the tail end of your intended back story currently exists. Also the skill descriptions could be a lot more, well, descriptive; that's very bare bones information at the moment.

And while Oceanstuck should learn not to be immediately jabbing like that, she is correct that Ruby would be made no longer indestructible in the city. While there's little else I can comment on since your sheet is basically incomplete at the moment, it does look like you're implying that Rin caused her own arrival somehow, which is definitely not the case. It could coincidentally have happened at just the right moment to make it seem like that may be the case, but it actually is not.

  • Story: The Subspace Emissary (Project M Version, Post-Plot)
  • Name: Popo & Nana, The Ice Climbers
  • Age, gender, and species:
    • Popo: Male Human, Age Unknown
    • Nana: Female Human, Age Unknown
  • Appearance: https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/icies.jpg
  • Personality: Popo and Nana are relatively nice people who just kind of stick to their own thing. However, if needed, they will rise up to help people in need, especially friends. They are sociable enough to people they meet and get along with everyone, even if people don't like them back. They are very flat in depth and personality, but that's the way it's been, and they don't seem to mind.
  • Backstory: Popo and Nana are the Ice Climbers, a duo who just kinda climb mountains and stuff. That's all they really did, and they were content with that until they met the legendary pokemon Lucario and star warrior Meta Knight, at which point they were made aware of a threat to the world: the Subspace army, seemingly led by the fiercest villains of the known world. The Ice Climbers and Lucario decided to assist Meta Knight and his allies, and off they went. Soon after, they were frozen in Subspace soon after finding out the true mastermind: Tabuu. Luckily, they were saved by King Dedede, Ness, and Luigi. They then entered The Great Maze, a long and arduous maze of previous areas that they had been through, that while nice, everyone agreed after that it was simply put there to elongate their adventure and buy Tabuu time, and was honestly unnecessary. Once they arrived to defeat Tabuu, the Nintendo All-Stars (And Ex-FOXHOUND agent Solid Snake) all fought valiantly against Tabuu. When it seemed like all hope was lost, and they were about to be trophies again, Sonic The Hedgehog showed up and relieved Tabuu of the weapons he used to turn them into trophies in the first place, and so the battle began. The Ice Climbers fought long and hard, as did everyone else, and in the end it paid off. And after all was said and done, and the sunset was gazed upon by all, the Ice Climbers went back to what they did best: climb mountains and glaciers. Until they were displaced from their world and dropped into the City, that is.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • High Jumping: The Ice Climbers can jump higher than others, and can do a second jump in the air.
    • Shield Generation: The Ice Climbers can create a shield around themselves that lasts for a time. If the shield is hit, it disappears faster, and when it is fully gone, the Ice Climbers are stunned. They also cannot move with the shield active, they have to dodge out of it.
    • Air Dodging: The Ice Climbers can air dodge, which helps them evade attacks and slow momentum.
      • Wavedashing: If the Ice Climbers air dodge into the ground after a very short jump, they will slide across the ground for a good distance before stopping, and they can also act during the wavedash.
    • Ice Generation: The Ice Climbers can create two little blocks of ice that skids along the ground. If they hit, they freeze the opponent. They can also make a spray of ice that fulfils the same purpose.
    • Teamwork: The Ice Climbers are obviously a duo, and as such they have abilities that come from them working in tandem.
      • Wobbling: The Ice Climbers can keep a sustainable chain of grabs and strikes if they both focus on one opponent. If Popo or Nana grabs the opponent, the other Ice Climber is more free to wail on them than before, which can eventually lead to a strong strike.
      • Tether: The Ice Climbers can throw a tether between one another, propelling the Climber on the bottom to the top.
      • Climber Spin: The Ice Climbers can spin in a cyclone-like fashion, hitting opponents a few times. If they do this too long, they get dizzy.
  • Items:
    • Twin Hammers: Each Climber wields a wooden hammer, used for both combat and practical utility. they carry them everywhere they go, and if they don't, then the hammers are right next to them.
  • Other: Beyond this being my first duo character, I'm also doing this so my new headcanon can be that they disappeared to the City before they could get a Smash Letter for Smash 4.

Sorry about that Stargirl 93 and Firocki Finion. I've gotten used to R Ps where we keep things short. I tried to expand on both a little bit. And yes this is the original Rin and Ruby combo that showed up in Hollow Ataraxia. If I was doing Kaleid Liner I'd probably have gone with Chloe since she'd give Morty panic attacks. Or Illya with Ber Ser Car [1]

And Rin's techbane realty warping is cannon thanks to the joke manga where she accidentally summoned Saber from Fate Extra while trying to send an email. Retroactive but the realty warping was meant as a joke. I retract it and will try to NERF Ruby AND Rin.

@ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES: Alright, that does look fine now; although you have a hilarious typo in the back story segment about Ryu's rematch against Doku.

Ryu Hayabusa is accepted.

@Orig PL 3: Um, no, that back story still makes no sense if you try to read it without any previous knowledge of the context of the story. It's like reading the summary of an episode at the end of a television series without knowing anything that happened before then. Also, you blatantly ignored what I said before; Rin did not cause her own arrival to the city, period.

As for what else I can comment on your sheet about now, the spell that causes great sickness is going to have to be greatly nerfed, as that would be incredibly unfair to use on another player character and force that person to be unable to post anything except being bedridden; also it could be very unbalanced to use against someone in the middle of a fight. The barrier being able to stop cannon fire should also be nerfed. Reality warping is against the rules, period, for comic relief or not, so that's going to have to go completely. And Ruby giving Rin literally unlimited energy for spells would be very against the rules, so that also must go.

@Def Revenge 24601: I played Subspace Emissary, (though I don't know what the "project M" version is, if that's any different) and that seems effectively accurate, minus the stuff you added in there as some kind of meta joke. Your headcanon thing about this being why they're not in Smash 4 doesn't really work, especially since I don't think the Smash games even follow a canon outside of Subspace Emissary, but that doesn't particularly matter.

There are a couple things to clear up though. It seems to me like the Ice Climbers are, for the most part, just blank slate style characters with a set of abilities. Also, isn't everyone in Subspace Emissary effectively mute? They never seem to actually talk with each other.

Anyway, to all three of you, by the way I need to leave for tonight now, so I won't be responding any further until tomorrow.

Sorry for the trouble. I am trying to NERF them but I have realized that something. Kalediosticks are OP. Gilgamesh is utter HAX across Nasuverse but Kalediosticks let a 10 year old girl with 0 training beat him down. If this NERF don't work I don't know how to NERF it more and may need to submit a new character.

I am having too many ideas for Ruby's power it seems and how to NERF alter it. Should I submit a simpler character? I had Hellsing's Luke Valentine and Elfen Lied's Nana as backups in the works.

@Orig PL 3: It doesn't matter how broken or overpowered a character is in their actual canon; anything that makes them overpowered or broken is either toned down as necessary or completely removed by the Writer when they're brought to the city. You should be playing who you want to play as a character, not who you want to play as a set of abilities.

Going with Luke Valentine as the first option. I have gone into Pb P with the assumption that a toon is going to KIA. Luke I wouldn't mind losing, and with the trouble I've been causing just signing up I am expecting it. So I went with the Toon I like less :p

I also added a weakness not mentioned in the series because it just seems logical to me. If FREAK chips come with a self destruct, it makes sense that a electrical surge through the nervous system could set that off.

  • Name: Luke Valentine
  • Story: First Hellsing Anime, after "fighting" Alucard
  • Age, gender, and species: 23, Male, Freak Vampire
    • Freaks are artificial vampires made with magitek
  • Appearance: Tall, blonde, blue eyed bishonen male.
  • Personality: Luke Valentine is a perfectionist and had a god complex. He is still a arrogant psycho for hire with no moral scruples.
  • Back story: A professional hitman along with his little brother Jan, Luke was the calm and composed member of the duo in contrast to his vulgar, foul mouthed brother. The two of them were dangerous killers even before getting the Freak Chip upgrade. After the upgrades Luke considered himself to have become a demi-god capable of besting any foe. Their assault on the Hellsing Manor went splendidly. The guards couldn't stand against their Ghoul horde, let alone the superpowered brothers. Luke dodged traps and gunfire easily to slice up the few guards that opposed him but was disappointed he'd gotten blood on his pristine clothes. His fight with the great Alucard went well at first. Luke healed from a bullet to the head, then used his superior speed to dodge the bullets while filling Alucard full of lead. Then Alucard acknowledged his power and stopped holding back, which started with shooting off both of Luke's legs. Then he lost his life as Alucard's familiars tore him to shreds with their teeth.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Marksmanship: Luke was an experienced killer before becoming a vampire.
    • Knife Nut: Luke was an experienced killer before becoming a vampire.
    • Professional Killer: Luke was an experienced killer before becoming a vampire. Morals have no hold on him.
    • Freak Chips
      • Sunlight Vulnerability: direct sunlight sets him on fire but a umbrella is enough protection to keep the sun away.
      • Silver Vulnerability: silver is his kryptonite.
      • Self Destruct: The FREAK chips have a remote control means to ignite their host. This is a primitive (WWII tech) transmission. Electrical surges that target the nervous system (e.g. stun gun) could set this off (10% or 1/10).
      • Super Speed and Reflexes: Luke is able to dodge gunfire even from Alucard.
      • Blood Drinker: he is a vampire.
      • Healing Factor: limited regeneration. Luke recovered from being impaled by multiple javelins and a bullet to the head in mere seconds. The loss of a limb however was permanent. If the wound is surrounded by active tissue (eg bullet wound) he can recover in seconds or minutes if hit with silver. Large tissue loss (loss of limb, shotgun blast, laser burn) do not regenerate.
      • Superior Strength: Luke can cleave through a human beings in body armor using a kurki. This needs great strength but is not beyond the human limit.
      • Sire Ghouls: as a Freak Vampire Luke can only create ghouls from his victims, not vampires. He can control these creations.
        • Ghoul: bestial, ravenous, slow, stupid. Ghouls are inferior foes to humans save in durability. A Ghoul can be slain by destroying the heart, brain, wounding it with silver, or sunlight. They can, very poorly, use tools like firearms but marksmanship is nonexistent. Without direction from a Freak Vampire a ghoul is a wandering zombie looking to eat. These ghouls cannot sire more ghouls.
  • Inventory: White suit, walkie talkie, ornate kukri, cut down barrel M14 rifle with pistol grip, 5 M14 clips [20 each], glasses

@Orig PL 3: Did you intend to make a post that rhymes? Anyway, I know vaguely of Hellsing and have seen the unfinished abridged series, including the parts with Luke Valentine, but I have not watched the actual anime. Thus I can only vaguely confirm the accuracy of this sheet. I'm pretty sure some of my friends have seen the actual anime, so I'll get to judging the sheet by its accuracy hopefully tomorrow after I can communicate with one of them.

But accurate or not, I can judge on the balance, and frankly I'm wondering why you thought Rin would be less OP than this guy. There's a lot that needs to be nerfed down for him to be acceptable.

Being fast enough to dodge bullets is too fast. Regenerating from bullet wounds to the head in seconds is way too fast, not to mention that a bullet to the head should kill him in a city nerfed state. Being able to cleave through a human in body armor with a kukri (which you misspelled) would be beyond human limits for the record, and to do so easily would be too strong for the RP. And while the ghoul thing is technically okay, because of the respawning it would be pointless; almost everyone's bodies disappear in moments so he wouldn't really be able to make a ghoul.

Lastly, and while it has nothing to do with balance so I won't deny him over it, I do have to give you fair warning that I would highly suggest against such a villainous character. Most of the player character cast are good aligned protagonists, and you could easily find yourself being shut down into situations that aren't as fun to role play, like being locked up in a jail cell.

  • Story: Deus Ex Franchise, Mankind Divided
  • Name: Adam Jensen
  • Age, gender, and species: 36/Male/Cyborg Human
  • Appearance: Mr. Jensen
  • Personality: A loner by choice, Adam prefers to take orders and get his own hands dirty, however his dry wit and sarcastic attitude often shows the fact that he will be questioning every order given to him by a superior. He's resourceful and will outright manipulate people if needed to achieve a goal.
  • Back story: Formerly a Versalife test subject, Adam was saved from the testing and given a normal life outside, choosing a career in SWAT before being fired for refusing a order. He joined Sarif Industries shortly and was mortally wounded in a major attack on the company, being augmented to save his life. After the events of Human Revolution and the Aug Incident, Adam joined Task Force 29 and is currently serving with them on hunting down ARC and Augmented Terrorists.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Extensive Cybernetic enhancement, nearly 3/4s of his body has been outfitted with advanced cybernetic hardware enhancing his body's strength and durability with a minor healing factor.
    • Icarus Landing System - Allows Adam to fall from extreme heights by using a electromagnetic field to control his descent.
    • PEPS TITAN Gun - Internal mounted PEPS plasma rifle that fires a non-lethal pulse wave to knockout targets
    • TESLA TITAN Dart System - Stored in his left fist, Adam can fire short range projectiles on cables meant to administer a electric shock and stun a target
    • Ceramic Nanoblade - Stored in his forearms is a advanced control system that allows him to command nanoceramic blades meant to cut through body armor. His left arm has been outfitted with a TITAN Nanoblade launcher that can be used to fire his nanoblades as a projectile.
    • Glass Shield Cloaking - A advanced cloaking device that renders Jensen totally invisible to standard human vision.
    • Smart Vision - Advanced Sensor Suite that allows Jensen to see human targets through walls.
    • CASIE Social Enchancer - A implant meant to let Adam read other people easier and determine which path to take when in a social battle with them, nerfed away pheromone use.
  • Items:
    • Silence 10mm Pistol
    • Fletchete Combat Rifle
    • Tranquilizer Rifle
    • Revolver with explosive rounds
  • Other: Bringing Adam back, with more detail, and I'm unsure if he has more or less enhancements here. Weapons don't need much detail, they do what you expect.

Anything need fixing?

@Echoing Silence: So wait, is this supposed to be the same Adam Jensen who was in the city for a little while near the start of the RP, being brought back after returning to his home universe, or a different Adam Jensen from a presumably slightly different timeline?

Anyway, the sheet seems kinda bare, and I'll have to check on accuracy another time since neither my friends nor I have played Mankind Divided. The only issues I see in balance is that invincibility, even temporary invincibility, is still against the rules, and the Social Enhancer can't be guaranteed to work since that would count under the same rules as other mental effects.

Other than the additional details we went over on Discord, which you can edit in if you want, this looks good to me.

Adam Jensen is accepted. Again.

If you have not already, you should check through the first post of the discussion thread to see the current day rules and update yourself on other changes that have been done to the city since you were last participating. Also, while you don't have to recap from the start of the current day, I would say you should at least recap the last few pages or so, to have some idea of what's currently going on.

All right, finally finished the sign up. Now to see if I can go through the RP till the end.

Story: Teen Titans

Name: Raven

Age, gender, and species: 17, Female, Half-Azarathian/Demon

Appearance: Azarath Metrion Zinthos!

Personality: Cool-headed and a bit of a recluse, Raven is what one would call an introvert. Compared to the rest of the Titans, she is slow to trust strangers and slower still to get close to. Once one gets past that initial hurdle and gain her friendship however, they will find a loyal friend within her who's willing to go through thick and thin for them, even if she might seem cold and distant.

She is also at times not above using witty remarks and sarcasm to people she knows, especially if she finds them particularly annoying.

Back story: Raven was the daughter of Arella, her mother and Trigon the Terrible, a powerful interdimensional demon bent on universal conquest. Pregnant at the time of their union, her mother was soon abandoned by Trigon and nearly considered killing herself before being taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azaranth. It was there that Raven was born.

Raised under the tutelage of Azar, the spiritual leader of the Temple, her mother as well as the rest of the disciples, young Raven soon came to learn of her heritage and has been taught of their meditative ways in order to combat Trigon's ever-growing influence within her. After the death of Azar, her mentor, Raven was soon plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon. Defying her teachers' warnings, she travelled to Limbo at her father's bidding and encountered the demon himself. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned sixteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth.

It was there that she met with people who would later on become her closest friends and family, and, after saving Starfire from alien slavers and Jump City from being demolished by their particle weapon, officially became part of the Teen Titans.

Skills/powers/abilities:

  • Shadow Control: Raven has the power to create and control the element of pure darkness and shadows and bend it to her will; usually using it in conjunction with her telekinesis.
  • Soul-Self/Astral Projection: Essentially, Raven is able to project her spirit from her own body in the form of either a dark, ghostly version of herself or a black raven whose shape and size she can change at will, using it to interact with the physical world and affect others mentally. This forms the basis of most of her powers.

  • Advanced Telekinesis: Imparting small bits of her soul-self within objects, she is able to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self(which might be the reason why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects instead of people). She has been shown to be able to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement but for the purpose of this RP, the maximum limit of the amount of matter that she can effectively control would be no more than weight of an average truck. The affected object is covered in the same dark energy that encompasses her Soul-Self.

    • Her incantation, Azarath Metrion Zinthos, is usually invoked as a focal point should she wish to utilize the upper limit of her strong telekinesis powers. Hence, preventing her from speaking or interrupting her mid-chant would seal her from utilizing it. Though she can use her telekinesis without her incantation through sheer willpower, it would be considerably weaker, being able to only lift around objects around the total weight of 30 pounds.

  • Telekinetic Constructs: She can solidify dark energy to either form a protective force-field to protect her and her allies or use it to shoot bolts of dark energy at her opponents.

  • Telekinetic Teleportation: In conjunction with her telekinesis, Raven's Soul-Self is able to envelop herself (along with a max of four other people) and travel via teleportation by way of momentarily displacing herself(and others) and then re-appearing in another location. She can pass through walls and obstacles by simply teleporting past them, giving the illusion of intangibility. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self. Due to the ever-shifting nature of the City, she is only able to teleport to locations within her line of sight or locations already fixed within the City(barring when a Day challenge happens to change the layout of the City)

  • Empathy: The psionic ability to sense the emotions of others. By using her Soul-Self to enter into another's subconscious mind, it allows her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others and know if someone's mind has been tampered with. Raven can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them, and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm.

  • Levitation: She has been observed capable of hovering above the ground and flight without the visible use of her powers.

  • Magical Lore: Though rarely ever utilized, Raven possess a wide range of arcane knowledge, as evident by her vast library of mystic tomes and magical artifacts and has even been engaged in a few magical rituals.

Items: Nothing noteworthy that she brings with her. Most, if not all, of her magical items are usually stored within her room.

Other: Her abilities are tied to her emotions and as such, the precise control she has over them are due to her daily meditation and general cool-headedness. As such, on the rare occasions that she display extreme bouts of emotion, expect her to be unable to control her powers or go haywire(a.k.a. extreme anger causing her to lose control to the demonic Trigon influence within her and utilize her powers in a more destructive manner).

There might be some minor and/or major details about the character that I might've missed or failed to clarify, so I'll apologize in advance for that and will add/edit appropriately should the need arises.

Well, finally someone once again beats the odds and posts a character I am directly familiar with the source material of. There's only one little bit I couldn't personally remember as I mentioned on Discord already, but as it stands I think this is certainly acceptable in terms of accuracy.

As far as balance, there's only a couple of direct concerns I can see: The astral projection seems open to potential abuse in that as currently listed, it would allow her to effectively attack someone remotely without them actually being able to retaliate. I can't remember if, in the show, someone breaking her astral projection would do her any harm or drain her energy, but for the RP one or both of those should be applied for fairness, I would think.

The only other thing is that her being able to absorb the emotional pain of others is a mental effect and thus still falls under the same rule for all other mental effects. Namely, that it can't be guaranteed to work, and that the other player is to decide what, if anything, it actually accomplishes.

@Astral Projection: Yeah, that sounds fine. I could make it so that if her Astral Projection were to suffer sufficient physical/magical damage(like, say, a few shots from a shotgun), her projection would forcefully be returned to her body while she herself would be heavily drained stamina-wise and momentarily be unable to utilize any abilities that relies on her Soul-Self(she could still levitate and use Telekinetic Construct, though obviously at a reduced efficiency/effectiveness)

@Empathy: Noted.

@Just Some Guy 732: Alright, that sounds fair to me.

Raven is accepted.

If you have not already, you should read through the first post of the discussion thread again to see what's been changed since you last left, including something I just remembered to update today. Then as for the main thread, you should read at least the last few pages or so, to have some idea of what's currently going on.

  • Story: Kamen Rider Decade
  • Name: Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade
  • Age, gender, and species: Male, Human, and around 25ish?
  • Appearance: This Handsome Lug right here in his human form, And him as Kamen Rider Decade.
  • Personality: If Dry Wit was a character, it'd probably be Tsukasa. He's seen his fair share of insanity, seen more than enough chaos, and been apart of the inane things you can think of. Tsukasa has seen it all...and is generally unimpressed. He always likes fucking with people too, more than a few times.
  • Back story: Tsukasa Kadoya was, once upon a time, the leader of the Great Orginzation of Shocker, a known terrorist group capable of destroying the world if it weren't for the Kamen Riders. Being given the Decade Driver and the task if going into the Alternate Reality Worlds to destroy the Kamen Rider of that world, he went to do so. Though, traveling through the worlds was a mental shock to him and it erased any and all memory of being the Leader of Shocker. One year later, after being given a home by the Hikari's and a job at the photo development place they owned, the daughter of the H Ikari's, Natsumi, found herself seperated by a dimensional wall, where upon she found the Decade Driver. Giving it to Tsukasa, he defended her, and was met with a senior Kamen Rider, who told him it was his destiny to find the others Riders of their worlds: If he didn't, then time and the space between the worlds would rip themselves apart at the seams, resulting in Multi-Verse level disaster. As he continued on his journey, his past forced upon him as the Great Leader of Shocker, but he refuses this, and refuses to become the destroyer of worlds. After a long winded plan that not only prevents the death of the Riders, but also prevents the destruction of the Multi-Verse, Tsukasa decided to continue traveling to Alternate Realities, seeing where his next adventure would take him...
  • Skills/powers/abilities: Access to the Decade Driver allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Decade, permitting him extra strength, speed and durability. In addition, he owns Rider Cards, allowing him to transform into, and gain the powers, of the Previous Riders before him, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, and Kiva.
    • Kuuga Form: Kuuga Form allows him access to his various forms:
      • Dragon Form (Uses a Double Sided Spear)
      • Pegasus Form (Uses a Gun, enhanced senses)
      • Titan Form (Uses a Sword, enhanced strength)
    • Agito Form: Agito Form allows him access to Agito's;
      • Storm Form (Enhanced Speed with a Halberd Weapon)
      • Agito's Flame Form (Enhanced strength with a sword)
    • Ryuki Form: Ryuki form allows him to access Ryuki's abilities to travel through mirrors and reflective surfaces.
    • Faiz Form: Faiz Form allows him to access Faiz's abilities, namely, enhanced stats, specialized stats involving enhanced eyesight and the Faiz Blade, a Lightsaber.
    • Blade Form: Blade Form allows him to access Blade's abilities, The B Lay Rouzer (A powerful Sword)
    • Hibiki Form: Hibiki form allows him to access Hibiki's abilities, his Drum Stick weapons.
    • Kabuto Form: Kabuto Form allows him to access Kabuto's abilities: Namely the ability to move extremely quickly.

      • Sword Mode (Jack of all Stats)
      • Rod Mode (Dexterity enhanced)
      • Ax Mode (Strength enhanced)
      • Gun Mode (Dance moves enhanced)
    • Kiva Form: Kiva Form allows him to access Kiva's abilities and forms, namely
      • Garulu form (Werewolf form, carries a large sword)
      • Basshaa Mode (Merman Form, uses a large gun)
      • Dogga Mode (Frankenstein mode, carries a massive hammer)
  • Items: The Decade Driver, The Rider Cards, and his personal camera.
  • Other: He flips sides a lot. But general, it's for the good of everyone! Sometimes. I mean, if he's bored.
