If you'll want to switch back to the Grinch later on, then yeah he can stay in the city so long as he remains off-screen and doesn't do anything significant.
If not, the Grinch is suddenly warped back to his home universe and you may choose to write an epilogue for him if you want to.
In either case, yes then Ciri will appear at one of the balconies.
You also don't have to switch right away or any time soon; you can hold off on it until whenever.

You are reading this. And now, for an upcoming one-day-only special appearance:
- Story: Ib (Taken from roughly one month after she was returned to her home world).
- Name: Mary.
- Age, gender, and species: Unspecified (no more than 9 years old), female, human.
- Appearance: The child of legend has returned. Let the crayons of war fly.
- Personality: Mary is a cheerful and highly curious girl, often impatient, prone to misunderstanding things and getting distracted, and with a tendency to rant about any particular subject she considers important, even if it isn't. Thanks to what she has been learning from her family lately, she is getting better at discerning right from wrong, and her curiosity continues to increase every day. She is still very eager to meet new people, and is marginally better at handling her emotions and impulses. However, she is still somewhat fragile emotionally and mentally, and she may become extremely upset under certain circumstances.
- Backstory: After she was sent back to her home world as a human, Mary lived a relatively normal life alongside her new parents and her new big sister Ib. She has slowly gotten used to her new human life and body, although there have been a few problematic moments. She has often forgotten to sleep or eat, only to become very hungry or tired later on, and her curiosity has lead to a few objects inexplicably breaking, with mysterious crayon drawings by some unknown culprit appearing on the walls as replacements. However, her life has been particularly uneventful otherwise.
- Skills/powers/abilities: Still none worth noting.
- Items: Bag, crayons, new sketchbook, a blue stuffed bunny (courtesy of Ib), Miss Tairee's note.
- Other: She is still afraid of fire.
Guess who's back! Back again!
- Story: Homestuck (Credits)
- Name: John Egbert
- Age, gender, and species: 20, Male human
- Appearance: See here.
- Personality: John's mainly the same as before; However, he seems to be more solitary and more separated from others.
- Backstory:
- After winning the game, John and his fellow co-players have entered their new universe. After creating enough babies with ectobiology, Dave Strider, Knight of Time, time travels everyone into 5000 years into the future, where humans, trolls, carapacians, and the consorts from the Beta kids' planets live happily. Then the events of Co LC happen, and he comes back into his home world, living to an age of 20. Caliborn ends up sending him an antagonizing message to provoke John. John takes this as a challenge, but just before he's about to go fight the Lord of Time, everything begins to warp.
- Skills/powers/abilities:
- The Windy Things: As a Heir of Breath, he is able to control the wind and create tornados, and has an affinity with something called The Breeze. He is also able to turn himself into wind. The only limit to his wind manipulation is that it cannot make full-size tornadoes, due to the limitations of the city.
- Flight: John is also able to fly, whether because it is innate within his dream self, or if it's another God Tier trait players gain when they ascend.
- Items:
- Weapons:
- The Pop-a-matic Vrillyhoo Hammer: A incredibly powerful hammer alchemized from the Warhammer of Zillyhoo, and a magical set of d8s known as the Fluorite Octet. It would produce a rolling effect if hitt, but due to the limitations of the city, it has no rolling effect and is thus Boring, but Practical.
- Fear No Anvil: A hammer that was once in possession by Dave's denizen, Hephaestus. A captcha code for this item was given to John by Davesprite. It can stun enemies by stopping them in time for a short period.
- Computers:
- Cosbyturnmuffs: A combination of Jade's lunchmuffs, Dave's turntop, and John's Cosbytop. A holographic computer worn like a headphone, a floating keyboard... plus an image of Bill Cosby? Now you've seen everything!
- Weapons:
- Other: He's mainly the same as before, but with a change in age and outfit.

Rero.@Nagisa Stick: Looks pretty much the same as before, so should be fine.
The only thing I don't remember is the note on the way he can become immune to "corrupting forces" by turning into wind. Obviously I will have to say that he cannot use that to override day conditions and such.
You are reading this.I've returned. And decided that Big Band isn't for me. Time to switch.
Story: Team Fortress 2
Name: Sergeant Barrister Jane Doe, AKA "The Soldier"
Age, gender, and species: likely between 30 and 45, M, Human
Appearance:
Personality: The Soldier loves fighting, that much is obvious. Also obvious, is the fact that he's a lead poisoned lunatic who's probably illiterate. As his character sheet put it, he thinks Sun Tzu is something of a Memetic Badass, talks like a cross between George C. Scott in Patton and R. Lee Ermey in Full Metal Jacket, tries to solve his problems with violence, and hates everything not American. Discussing his status as a civilian is a major Berserk Button.
Back story: Although he wanted to do his part in WW 2, The Soldier was rejected by every branch of the military due to his mental instability. Undeterred, he bought a plane ticket to Poland, taught himself to load and fire a variety of ordnance, and went one-man rampage across Europe to kill "Nazis" and "Communists", for which he earned several medals that he designed and made himself. He didn't stop until 1949, when someone tracked him down and told him the war had ended.
Skills/powers/abilities:
Rocket Jump: Not only can the soldier survive an RPG blast to the feet, he can use the blast to gain more height.
HUTTAH! NECK SNAP!:
The Soldier's neck-snapping skills are second to none. Notable victims include Tom Jones, a random lawyer, and a giant bear.
Items:
Rocket Launcher: 4 shots, high damage, slow reload
Shotgun: 6 shots, medium damage, backup weapon
Folding Shovel: Melee, randomly catches on fire, barely digs holes
Rockets and Shotgun Shells: Guns won't do you much good without ammunition.

- Story: Neon Genesis Evangelion (After fighting the Fifth Angel, Ramiel/Episode 6)
- Name: Shinji Ikari (western arrangement)
- Age, gender, and species: A fourteen year old male human
- Appearance: "I mustn't run away."
- Personality: A shy individual, Shinji is quite the kind and courteous individual and gets along with most people, not really minding getting bossed around or isn't very talkative. In truth, he has a lot of issues, mainly abandonment, lack of social skills and also lack of self-confidence, even downplaying his talent and worth, stemming from his childhood, largely from first the death of his mother and abandonment from his father. For the most part, he likes to avoid getting hurt and spends a good amount of time just escaping from the world with music. But despite all that, and his indecision on why he pilots in the first place, he can be surprisingly brave. So anyone who gets close to him, he will care about and want to protect as best as he can.
- Back story:
- In Shinji's world, at 1995, something called Second Impact occured in the Antartic, greatly changing the world and wiping out a couple billion people. It changed the entire climate of the world, making Japan stuck in an eternal summer. Shinji's mother, Yui Ikari was the daughter of a prominent member of a group called Seele. As such, she easily ended up under a secret research organization, called Gehirn, for the "Adam Revival Project", better known as Project-E. It was because of this that, when he was three, Yui "died", unknown to him, when she was absorbed by core of the then incomplete Unit-01.
- After that, he was abandoned by his heartbroken father under the care of a sensei (who is not named) with no contact with him whatsoever. Not much is mentioned on what he did for the next thirteen years, other than during that time he learned to play cello. At fourteen years old, he was given a summons from his father to go to Tokyo-3, one of three cities rebuilt after Tokyo. He was picked up by Misato Katsuragi and headed for Nerv HQ, the Geofront. There he was "asked" to pilot Unit-01.
- Understandably, he didn't want to, but when the still injured pilot of Unit-00, Rei Ayanami, was going to pilot in his place, he did it anyway. The only reason he survived his first battle against the Angel Sachiel was because Unit-01, with Yui's soul, went berserk. After that fight, he started to live in Misato's apartment and going to school. He ended getting punched by one of the students, a Toji Suzuhara, because his little sister got hurt in the previous battle.
- Then the next Angel, Shamshel, came and he had to pilot again. He then ended up putting Toji and his friend, Kensuke Aida, in danger. He managed to defeat the Angel and have his classmates be safe, once again thanks to berserking. After that, Toji and Kensuke ended up becoming his friends. But with that, and other stresses such fighting with Misato, he ran away. He was eventually found again but was told by Misato to quit piloting if he doesn't want to pilot at all. He nearly left the city because of this, but he decides to stay and he and Misato reconcile.
- When Unit-00 was repaired, he tried to know Rei better, but during that, the next Angel, Ramiel, appeared. He and Rei were sortied, with Shinji ordered to use a giant positron rifle against it. His first shot misses and forces Rei to shield him from the beam attack. The beam quickly destroys Rei's AT-Field but Shinji manages to fire his next shot in time, just as Unit-00 is nearly destroyed. Worried for her safety, he gets out of his Eva and checks up on hers, glad to see her safe, and when she was confused as to how to act, he suggests she smile.
- He was just recovering from the battle...when he was pulled into the city, a world that, despite it's varied "people" and constant changing landscape, is probably more sane than his...bringing Unit-01 with him.
- Skills/powers/abilities: Shinji is pretty much a normal human. As far as his skills as one, he has incredible talent with a cello, can cook and has a talent for fighting in his Eva Unit, Unit-01, which may or may not count for much.
- Items:
- SDAT Player: A simple Walkman like device that plays casettes with earphones. The current casette has 26 tracks.
- Eva Arm Brace: He doesn't have this from his home world, but even with the inconsistency of the Evas' sizes, they're still too large, at smallest 50 meters tall. So instead of bringing Eva Unit-01
as is, it now is an arm brace that is colored like it with "EVA 01" in white on it. The brace allows him to turn into Unit-01, now about seven feet tall, at will and can be deactivated at will as well. This lasts for about five minutes until the armor freezes up and needs recharging via an extendable wire that can plug into outlets. The wire is on its back when activated while its on the side of the brace when not activated. If plugged, it can last for as long as it remains plugged before counting down from five minutes again. In this form, it grants him the following:
- Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Shinji gets stronger, though not quite strong enough to lift buildings or several tons, but certainly enough to lift a car. He's also able to stand more damage than a normal person, though is most certainly not able to tank attacks or take anything stronger than a pistol level bullet.
- Progressive Knife: Sometimes referred to as Prog Knife for short, one is stored in his left shoulder pauldron. It's a knife that vibrates at the speed of sound to cut things at a molecular level. Other than that, it's pretty much a normal knife.
- AT-Field: Or A.T.F., it stands for Absolute Terror Field and is visible as planes of orange and/or transulcent Hard Light. Shinji can form them if he concentrates, usually shaping it as a large hexagonal and flat barrier. They can withstand regular firepower rather well (for here, up to rifle level bullets) and is easily deactivated if in contact with another AT-Field. For the sake of convinience, it isn't very good against anything magical, something similar to magic, or anything similar to an AT-Field.
- Berserk Mode:
note If Shinji is ever in extreme danger and he can't save himself from it, or knocked out, the soul of his mother takes over the Eva and goes berserk. It's able to fight without worrying about running out of power and fights rather ferally, without much strategy. Shinji has absolutely no control over this state and will attack anything and everything in sight until it's either knocked out or there's no one left.
- Other: None

So, I've decided to just give an Evangelion character a try. And I would like to say that I wouldn't mind if having the "Eva Arm Brace" isn't okay with you, just thought since Lune did something like it to bring her mecha, it'd be okay if I did something similar.

"You said you had a dream... That dream... Make it come true! ... If anyone can, it's you!" - N (shortened) Oh, and I'm a girl.@ctrl_alt_deliiiight: Well, I'm fairly familiar with TF2 having played plenty of it, and having read most of the comics, (I think only the latest and maybe second-to-latest ones I haven't read yet.) so as far as accuracy is concerned I can say this is pretty much spot on. But there's a number of issues in other regards...
I'm not accepting a box of severed heads as an item. Just, no.
His buff banner wouldn't really work in this forum RP format since it would have to be an almost completely arbitrary decision on when he's done "enough damage" to activate it. (On a similar note, I can't really allow you to do random crits either, since that would also be really arbitrary and basically too abusable.) The whole percentages deal is another completely arbitrary game mechanic of TF2 that doesn't really translate into a forum RP format.
However, that's a bit of a moot point anyway, because Soldier does technically fall under the rule about customizable characters; so therefore I cannot in good conscience accept any soldier except the most default vanilla soldier. Just the plain rocket launcher, shotgun, and shovel. And no special hats or accessories either, barring day conditions making him have any as a cosmetic change.
Also when it comes to the rocket launcher, while I'll allow it, I'll only allow it in its not-real, cartoonish sort of version it is in the game; in other words, not as powerful as a real rocket launcher.
@Shoutmon Z: I know of Neon Genesis Evangelion, and I even know a little bit about Shinji, but I've never directly watched it. I mean, it seems accurate so far as my limited knowledge is concerned, however I'm going to wait until I can get the opinion of one of my two personal friends who have watched it.
As for the balance and the "Eva Arm Brace" idea, I'm fine with it.

Shinji Ikari is accepted.
I think you know the drill by now, more or less. It might be good if you had a look over the first post of discussion again though, to see what changes have been made since you were last here.

You are reading this.Looks alright now.
Sergeant Barrister Jane Doe, AKA "The Soldier" is accepted.
Like Shoutmon Z, you might just want to recheck the first post of discussion to refresh yourself on any changes and of course the current day conditions, and maybe recap the latest few pages of the main thread to have an idea of what's going on currently.
You are reading this.- Story: Gurren Lagann (Before Kamina's death.)
- Name: Kamina and Simon
- Age, gender, and species
- Kamina: 17, M, Spiral Human (Spiral just means that he can make and use Spiral Power/Energy.)
- Simon: 14, M, Spiral Human.
- Appearance:
- Personality:
- Kamina: The Mighty Kamina is a true paragon of manliness! He is boisterous, hotheaded and arrogant! His hunt for recognition is never-ending and his hunger for greatness is a constant desire! He is a unfailing idealist, almost to the point of being stupid with it. His determination is equal to the number of stars in the night sky and it burns just as long and bright. Nothing can keep him down for long! He is like this because he is devoted to protect all that he cares about until his last breath. This gives him great charisma.......but under that mask of blind confidence and valor lies a insightful man with some common sense. A mask used to hide his intelligence in planning and combat. A mask to hide his own worries and thus support those he thinks are the real heroes. Like his little bro Simon. He doesn't fight for power, glory, fame, or anything like that. He fights so his bro and all future generations can live in a world without fear.
- Simon: Simon is a shy, timid, withdrawn boy with low self-confidence but one who is polite, humble, compassionate and brave. While coming to the surface and fighting the Beastmen have began to put him out his shell, that has also put pressure on him to be brave. He relies on others to give him the courage needed to go on, especially his big bro Kamina. Even with all of this, he still has a odd capability at fighting and even enjoys himself n his mecha. He is the level-headed and not as quick to be rash like Kamina but he still has that heroic spirit deep inside that will drive him to be brave. He cares more about others than he does himself. Simon can be pretty determined but only while Kamina is supporting him with his natural brave attitude and energy. Otherwise he's too afraid to have it.
- Back story:
- Kamina: As a child, Kamina saw his father walk away into the surface without him for Kamina was afraid of this new, unknown place. As he grew up, he would remember that memory and at some point, he made it his dream to make it back up their with his little bro Simon who he was fond of because of event where he digged him and two others out of a cave in using his limitless will. Forming Team Gurren, Kamina tried to get to the surface many and many times until one day when a Gunman, a faced mecha, burst into Jiha Village and was then beaten by Lagann, a Gunmen found by Simon and named by Kamina. Soon, Kamina would have many adventures on the surface like getting his Gunman, Gurren, forming Gurren Lagann, and making Team Dai-Gurren in order to fight the Beastman threat. But alll men must face destiny and the force that controls it.........
- Simon: Simon was born and raised in Jiha Village, a underground place like many others in this future Earth. Jiha had food, water, heat, and space but cave in causing earthquakes happened all the time here......including the one that killed Simon's parents but also the one that Simon worked to dig Kamina out of of. The one that Simon was able to dig out of because of Kamina's endless charisma and energy. He was linked to Kamina after that. Many years after that, Simon was the best driller in the Village and one day he found a drill object called a Core Drill and a face. Lagann. Going up to the surface with his soul brother, Simon formed many new relationships with those up there but even still he was largely unnoticed by the older members. Except Kamina of course. But all men must become greater than those that raised them. That felt them the food of respect and encouragement. Will destiny beat Simon or will he raise to the moment?
- Skills/powers/abilities:
- Kamina:
- Good fighter: Is a pretty good on foot fighter, both with his Nodachi and his fist. Not anything that could beat a trained marital artist but he can last in a good scrap.
- Fighting Spirit: Not really a ability but instead a part of Kaminas personality, this spirit is still a powerful thing that allows him to inspire people and pushes him to go on even while beaten to all hell.
- Spiral Power/Energy: The power source of all Spiral beings, this is the power of evolution. The power to move forward and advance with each turn. Just like how a drill works. The amount of it in one person is based on the individual and how much there will to survive is. While Kamina has it, it is no where to the amount that Simon has and the point is mute considering that he doesn't have Lagann to channel it but it is still in him.
- Skilled Pilot: Know's his way around Gurren and Gurren Lagann. Only those though.
- Simon:
- Spiral Power/Energy: Simon's amount of Spiral Energy is very high but it does have a cap and he has very loose control of it. Thus he can only use it while in Lagann.
- Skilled Pilot: Simon also how's his way around Lagann and Gurren Lagann but he generally prefers to have a co-pilot down in the Gurren half. It's easier that way.
- Skilled Digger: Give him a drill and he can make his through rock with skill and speed. Hell, he can even make some fast process with just his Core Drill. Of course, not everything can be dig through.
- Kamina:
- Items:
- Kamina:
- Nodachi: Decent quality sword that Kamina can use pretty well. Nothing magical or advance about it and can be broken.
- Gurren
: Kamina's custom mecha. Like many other mecha focused characters, the mecha will not be a physically thing that Kamina rides in but instead a armor that Kamina is transformed into. Height is reduced to 6 ft (The height that Kamina is) but Kamina get's the bulk and power of the mecha. The front sunglasses can be taken off and used as either a sword or a boomerang. It is good to note that Gurren is not the fastest Gunman.
- Gurren has the strength to struggle lift a car above itself and the durability is much weaker than Lagann. The limbs are not particularity hard or easy to rip off and the metal is standard steel quality. Can block 9mm rounds but many of them will put on the heat and more powerful guns equals more damage. Anti-armor rounds are good against it. Magic damage is based the kind of magic but overall none of the three Gunmen are made to fight against magic.
- Simon:
- Digging Goggles: Has a lighting system in it.
- Core Drill: Can be used as a digging device or it could be used as a stabbing tool though that would be very weak. More important is the fact that it is used to bring out Gurren and.......
- Lagann
: The Gunman that Simon found underground. No size change needed since it is already as tall as Simon but it is still a armor transformation kind of deal. Lagann is a lot more faster compared to Gurren. Using Spiral Energy, Lagann can form drills out of almost any part of it's frame. Has a small pack on it's back that allows it to fly and springs in it's feet that give it a jumping edge. It's special move is the "Lagann Impact" where Lagann becomes a drill shaped "top" that can combine with large scale machines such as other Gunmen/mechas, vehicles, etc. but the "top" can't be used as a projectile.
- Lagann has the strength to lift most furniture with some effort but anything bigger is too hard and the durability is much better than Gurren. The limbs are pretty hard to rip off and the metal is high quality metal. Can block 9mm rounds but many of them will put on the heat and more powerful guns equals more damage but it's ability to take that abuse is high. Anti-armor rounds are good against it. Magic damage is based the kind of magic but overall none of the three Gunmen are made to fight against magic.
- Both:
- GURREN LAGANN!
: The combination of Gurren and Lagann. The height is reduced down to 11 ft (The height of Gurren and Lagann stacked on each other.). The main ability of Gurren Lagann is being able to make drills of basic melee use (on the hands, on the main body, on the elbows, etc.) and to fire off as projectiles. All drills are of a base "normal" size and are of a cone shape. G-L can also integrate parts of other machines into itself using drills.
- Other abilities of G-L include the ability to wield the sunglasses on the Gurren's chest as a melee weapon (a sword or boomerang usually) and a short-term healing function which can restore accumulated damage for the duration of the Gurren and the Lagann's union (though this is a slow healing that can only really fix small damages against the mecha. No regrowing limbs or big holes in the chest.).
- Gurren Lagann can lift a car with easy, it's durability is greater than Gurren but not quite to Lagann levels (close but the Gurren part makes it just a bit weaker), and it's speed is lesser than Lagann but higher than Gurren (Once again, close but just a bit slower). Anti-armor rounds are good against it. Magic damage is based the kind of magic but overall none of the three Gunmen are made to fight against magic.
- GURREN LAGANN!
- Kamina:
- Other:
- Kamina has no way to make Gurren. Simon, with his great amount of Spiral Energy, is the only one who can make Lagann or Gurren. Gurren Lagann must be formed after Gurren and Lagann are both made. Fusion Dance/Super Form kind of thing.
- Using the Gunmen cause Kamina and Simon to get more hungry and tired as time goes on. Starting from peak condition, they have about a hour before they just get too tired. Gurren Lagann increases that rate. The rate is based on what they are doing and the difficulty of that task. A hard and long battle will have a different drain compared to just lifting up some heavy stuff for 5 minutes.
- They can leave and enter their Gunmen modes at will.

@Light To All: Well I've watched both Gurren Lagann seasons twice; although I've never seen the movie(s?), it seems like you're taking them from the show, and this seems fairly accurate save for one glaring little bit.
I do not agree that Simon's determination can really be classified as "unwavering", at least at the point you're taking them from. Since he doesn't really man up and stop being scared of stuff until well after Kamina's death. From when you're taking him from, he's only really capable of being brave while Kamina is keeping him going, and even then it has its limits.
As far as balance is concerned, I'm simply not allowing a character that has "infinite/almost infinite power", no matter how much they can't control it.
Gurren Lagann's combination with the number of stuff it can do with drills is also really much too powerful for how versatile it also is, so that needs to be toned down in some way or another.
edited 19th Mar '17 6:46:28 PM by FirockFinion
You are reading this.Yeah, the movie and the show are basically the same. The movie just does montage for the some of the shit that happened in the TV show. The Black Sibs introduction, going to that religious underground community, etc.
For your comment, true. Unwavering is a little strong. Strong or some kind of word like that would be better I think. I mean, his determination is strong but yeah. That sound good?
Well, good that I didn't pick these two without knowing that some balance is going to happen. Shit, these two are Superman levels of stupid amounts of nerfing. Soooooooooooooooooooo, I understand that 100% percent.
Luckily, since there power source is literally energy, we can just put a nerf of some-kind of limit. A cap of Spiral Power. Don't know exactly what that is but the concept was always there in my head.
For the versatility, true. Wasn't something that I really thought of to be honest. I just give the info as straight as I can and give the obvious changes/nerfs. Like the transformation stuff for the Gunmen. So it's just figuring out what will and will not be cut from the drilling making process, you know?
My idea is that they will all be the same shape. That cone shaped drill. So no odd looking drills like the one he uses underwater or any other weird shit with that. Not a big nerf but it's one. Then we can cut it down to two sizes in general. Normal sized and Giga sized. Normal will be like the drills he makes on his wrist when the mecha punches and the kind of drills he shoots. Giga is well......Giga drills. That's shape and size down. The usage I think we can cut down to just melee uses (drills on the hands, on the main body, Giga Drill Breaker, etc) and then firing drills. The thing to note about the firing drills is that they don't spin which makes them weak.
So, that's size, shape, and function nerfed. How does all of that sound? Also, do you want any time limits or anything? Of course, these are all just my suggestions and what you think of them would be great.
edited 19th Mar '17 7:13:34 PM by LightToAll
Delayed response because I've been getting distracted as of late, and had to take some time to think things over.
As for corrections, no I don't think "strong" really fits as a description of Simon's determination either; again, at least at the point you're taking him from. Simon certainly does get strong and unwavering in his determination... Much later, well beyond when you're taking him from, after a lot of hard character development. Some of which is centered around Kamina's death, and thus possibly would not happen at all, or at least would not happen in the same way, while Kamina is alive. From when you're taking him, he's pretty much just a straight up coward; like I said, he's only really capable of being brave while Kamina is directly backing him up, and without Kamina he cannot be brave. In fact it's pretty much on that basis that I'd even consider allowing Kamina and Simon as an inseparable duo, since without that aspect Simon works perfectly fine as a character on his own and doesn't need Kamina. As proven after Kamina dies. I mean that's kind of the whole point of the character arc that happens in the show immediately after that.
Also on reflection of the sheet again, I don't recall this energy shield you mentioned being a thing. Every hit that Gurren Lagann takes in the show seems to go directly to the armor, so either the energy shield doesn't exist or it might as well not exist.
On the topic of the balance changes, as I recall came up in the show once though was pretty much dropped from then on, there was an episode where they have trouble operating Gurren Lagann because they're too hungry and it basically runs off their own energy. So exaggerating that would be an easy power limiter for the mech in the RP; saying that as they use it they become hungry and tired to the point where they'd probably have trouble operating it for more than an hour straight, starting from peak condition.
On the drills, saying that he can only use the basic melee drills and projectile drills is a good start. I also meant though that of course the mech itself just in general has to be a lot weaker than it is in the show; basically having its strength and durability and such scaled down with its newfound small size. The remaining problem here is the giga drill breaker, which I'm just not sure I can really allow as is; even at that size, there's next to nothing in the city that would be able to withstand or stop the giga drill breaker, which would make it technically violate the rules of my signup. The Lagann impact also just about gets there too, come to think of it.

You are reading this.Ah, it's fine. Everything wasn't finished in a day after all.
Okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, I think I have the problem here figured out. I do truly do think that Simon has some determination.........butttttttt I have been not giving the context of that, which is the fact that Kamina is also needed for that to be there. The phrasing I have came up with is: "Simon can have determination but only while Kamina is supporting him with his natural brave attitude and energy. Otherwise he's too afraid to have it." That's what I think sounds the best and fits the best.
Yeah, the energy shield is basically something that only gets shown/used when the show feels like it. I'm just going to wipe it from the sheet.
That sounds like a perfect balance. Their is like two or three scenes in the show where Boota has to rip a chuck off of himself to Kamina and Simon in order to get some food in their stomachs. All of them are in the early episodes and is then quickly wiped after episodes 8. The good thing about that is that it can be a little flexible too. Really, really tough fights will drain them much faster but easy shit like just picking up objects would be not very draining. Then we can also say Gurren Lagann would make the drain go faster. Not like double the rate I would think but still faster. It is going to be the Super Form of the Gunmen after all.
Agree with the power change. I'm thinking for strength wise that Gurren can struggle to pick up a car. Like, huffing it above himself kind of struggle. Gurren Lagann then would be able to pick up a car with relative ease. There's plenty of characters in the RP who can pick up a car and thus I find that a good example of strength. For durability, I'm thinking that Lagann will be pretty hard to damage. Hard to rip off the limbs kind of hard. Gurren would be much easier to damage like that. Treat the thing with metal rules. Something like a single 9mm pistol round would just hit it and then bounce off but a lot of 9mm rounds would still have some decent damage and the more powerful you get (shotgun, rilfe, RPG, etc.) the more that metal is going to be feeling it. That and anything anti-armor will have the intended results. Magic will be mostly based on what kind of magic. That is too board to just give a general statement about it but you can say that Gurren, Lagann, or Gurren Lagann weren't made with magic in mind overall.
Well, the last subject. Giga Drill Breaker. Lucky, I can wipe this with good faith if need be. The point where I'm taking the two makes not having it easy. Kamina could only really do it because he was at max point of wanting to beat his enemy but that was also when he was bleeding to death. Thus Kamina wouldn't be able to pull it off in the current elements. Simon just wouldn't be able to do. Both because he has no idea that a attack like that exists and that he's doesn't have the courage to do it. I do think that GD Breaker should be wiped. I mean, I can nerf it to just Gurren Lagann being able to make Giga sized drills but that doesn't really mean anything, you know? So wiping that off the sheet.
Lagann Impact will be wiped as well. At least the whole projectile use of it. I'm still thinking that Lagann should be able to hijack machines of similar size to it (which can be resisted of course) but it wouldn't be a violent Lagann Impact kind of way, you know?
With that, that's just my further suggestions and thoughts of what you said.

Story: The Ancient Magus' Bride
- Name: Chise Hatori
- Age, Gender, Species: 15, female, sleigh beggy (a type of Witch Species)
- Appearance: "Until you say you no longer need me, I will be... next... to you..."
- Personality: Chise is the quiet, socially awkward type. She has difficulty understanding people sometimes and, due to her past, is often a bit lost when other people show her kindness. Despite all that, she’s very empathetic towards other people and tries her hardest to help in any way she can whenever possible, no matter how much it may cost her to do so, in part due to having little sense of self-worth. She has a passion for reading and is afraid of thunder.
- Backstory: Chise was one of the people born with the ability to see supernatural creatures, an ability shared with her family, who kept her safe from the creatures who haunted her. For reasons unknown, her father and little brother left her and her mom, being exhausted from the constant creatures that Chise drew towards her due to being a sleigh beggy, tried to strangle her, only to hesitate and try to escape by killing herself. From then on, Chise went through many different families who tried to take care of her, but due to them being unable to see the creatures, she only came across as a freak to other people who could do nothing to help her with the constant hauntings she had to endure. This culminated in her selling herself to slavery, at which point Elias bought her.
- Powers/Skills/Abilities: Chise can use magic, although she’s still learning. Being a sleigh beggy also makes it so that she’s constantly absorbing magic around her, which can get as far as making her an anti-magic void when her emotions get too strong. However, using too much magic is prone to make her pass out. Being a mage, she also has more durability than a regular human, although not much so. She’s very good at making potions, both normal and magic ones.
- Wind Transport: Chise can use magic to quickly travel from one place to another as long as she knows where the place is. It does take some setup time however.
- Mind Link: Chise can look at the mind of other people, usually she can only do so when asleep. If she's next to a person, she might be able to look into their memories, where she watches the events as an entity that can't interact with anything inside the memory. if both her and the other person are sleeping, even if far away from each other, they can interact with each other in a dream-like state.
- Items: Chise has a staff she uses to assist her with magic. She also wears a bracelet that restrain her body’s magic absorption, as well as a necklace that allows Elias to know where she is at all times. She also brings with herself a magic pelt that allows her to turn into a variety of different animals depending on what she wants to do and what is the most appropriate form for it. She also carries with herself a pouch that normally is connected to her room, but this aspect is going to be mostly irrelevant. The contents of her pouch include:
- A knife made of special stone
- Stainless steel shears (typically for gardening)
- Some cloth
- A small bottle containing salt
- Various types of medicine, one of which being a powerful sleep potion that can put someone to sleep for a few hours even if they only drink a little bit of it.
- Hemp cord
- A dictionary
- Name: Elias Ainsworth
- Age, gender, species: Unknown (very very old), male, fae
- Appearance: Normal
◊, Human
◊, True Form
◊
- Personality: Elias is undeveloped emotionally, being able to understand the emotions and reasons why humans feel the way they do, but not being able to sympathize with them and not being used to actually feeling said emotions. Rather, he usually describes how he’s feeling through descriptions of how it’s affecting his body (such as feeling cold when Chise is away for long periods of time). He has an interest in understand humans due to the fact that even though he knows humans are afraid of him, they have also accepted him numerous times, especially Chise, who he's fiercely protective of as a result. Elias is wise and very straight-forward to the point of being so blunt that he can come across as insensitive. However, he’s still a lot like a child deep down, curious about humankind and wanting to understand them better. He also has a bit of a morbid sense of humor and dislikes dealing with children.
- Backstory: Elias doesn’t remember his own past other than the recalling the color red and that he used to eat humans. All he remembered was that he had been walking for a long time, eventually collapsing from exhaustion in front of the dragon keeper Lindel, who provided him with food and brought him to meet his master, who gave Elias his name and asked Lindel to take him as an apprentice. Lindel refused, instead deciding to make him his friend. The two of them eventually parted ways as Lindel thought Elias should know new places and new foods for himself, which he did. Eventually he became a well known mage, but was often being pressured to help raise the new generation, at which point he bought Chise from the auction house. He at first thought of just keeping a distance as he watched the child, but she turned out to follow him more readily than he anticipated and ended up turning into someone he cared for deeply.
- Powers/Skills/Abilities: Being a fae, he's capable of using magic and is weak to iron. He’s also an specialist in making magic potions.
- Shadow Magic: Elias can hide himself as a shadow as a way to sneak around, but he can also hide in the shadows of other people, although he can still be hurt by a direct attack while hiding. He can also give physical form to his shadow and use it to attack others, often his attack come out in the form of thorns or spikes but he can make tendrils as well. These are not usually very big in size, but they tend to come in big numbers, although it takes a significant amount of energy out of Elias if he gets too spammy with it. He also can't manipulate shadows that are currently covering a person, only if they're on the floor, walls or inanimate objects.
- True Form: Elias has a true form that is triggered when he loses control of himself. It’s very big in size, easily three times Chise’s size, has a more snake-like body and large claws. During this form he has significantly less control over himself, acting in a more primal way until he can calm himself down and, afterwards, he might struggle for a while to keep his normal form stable.
- Shapeshifting: Elias can shapeshift at will, being able to turn into a dog form although he still keeps his skull head. He can also turn human to more easily blend in.
- Teleportation: Elias can teleport himself and others to set locations, it does a moment for the teleportation to occur though, but he can bring people alongside him.
- Possession:' Elias can possess people using their shadow, but it's something that can be resisted and broken out from.
- Items:Like Chise, he has a staff of his own he can use to make performing magic easier.

Coolio. How do I do that? Do I just make the Grinch wander over yonder offscreen and then make Ciri appear at the balconies?
