Blindspot shares a universe with Chuck and the Stargate franchise. - Season 3 Episode 3 "Upside Down Craft" has a mention of the Nerd Herd, the Buy More tech support team from Chuck. - Season 3 Episode 20 "Let It Go" has Bill Nye, as a version of himself who is one of the characters' father, whose wife is publishing a paper with Dr. Rodney Mc Kay.
