"Meg's suggestion works. Left it is." he nods before heading down the left corridor, waving for the others to follow.

As they continue down the hallway, there is the occasional sound of something...squelching.

Chris looks, understandably, disgusted, "Um... The hell is that noise?" His phosphorescence gets brighter.

Being all mechanical now, the organic noises are quite noticeable to me. I look down to see what we might be stepping in. This wasn't actually a sewer, was it?

It is indeed not a sewer. The cobbled ground is fairly clean, except for what looks like a long dried trail of...something extending far down the hall in front of them.

"I have no idea...it sounds gross..." Greg mutters, looking around. More squelching, this time closer.

Chris' skin takes on concrete quality still flecked with tiny lights, his fingers becoming curved metal claws. He approaches the squelching noise, ready to lash out and protect Greg and Meg if need be.

"...I bet there are zombies down here. ...though they'd have to have opened the manhole to get down here. Would they do that?"

Greg looks grim. "Oh, god, I hope not. I was hoping to get away from the zombie..."

The squelching noise suddenly stops.

"...It stopped. I wonder wh-"

Suddenly, something drops from the ceiling and lands on Greg's head with a gooey splat.

"...AAAAAAAGH!" he screams but it sounds really weird like he's underwater...probably because there is what looks like a slime monster currently enveloping his head.

Chris stares for a bit, terrified and unsure of what to do, "Um... uh..." He eventually reaches out and gingerly tries to dig his claws into the slime monster, careful not to hook into Greg. If successful, he'll try slicing it to ribbons.

Chris manages to grab ahold of the slime monster well enough, and rip it apart. Little blobs of it scatter around the ground and Greg takes a deep inhale of air and coughs as his airways are free again.

"Holy crap..." he pants, hunching over as he inhales rapidly.

His claws revert to fingers, and he places his hand on Greg's shoulder, "You ok, babe...? Maybe we should head back..."

Greg looks at him, about to answer when he yells and points. "Chris, your leg!"

The globs of the slime that had scattered about at Chris ripping it up had started to reform and were now slowly slinking up Chris's leg.

"Hmm?" Chris looks down, and his eyes go wide; he quickly steps away from Meg and Greg, before suddenly and wordlessly going up in flame, attempting to incinerate the slime.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" I stomp on any remnants of slime that remain after the others have dealt with it. "...I thought this looked like some kind of RPG dungeon but it looks like it actually is," I say. "Complete with slime monsters. ...I guess we should keep looking around. We might find a treasure chest or something."

The slime can't handle the heat, especially with its reduced size, and is quickly burned up by the flames. The straggling bits of it are also dispatched when Meg stomps them out.

Greg sighs in relief, and gives Chris a look as if to ask "Are you ok?" He then hears Meg's suggestion and nods. "Treasure...I like the sound of that. Chris, are you ok with continuing?" he says, approaching, but not too much because of the fire.

Chris kills the flames and falls down to the ground, a charred husk, because 'Required Secondary Powers? What're those? despite being covered in a fine layer of soot and ash, looks completely fine if a little nude. He nods, "Yeah, I'm good going on."

Feel free to spawn monsters/encounters/traps as well if you want, guys.

"Cool!" Greg says, fistpumping. "Well, let's keep goin'." With that he wipes the remains of the slime's...slime off of his face, before continuing down the hall. "...Hmm, smells a bit like strawberry."
