Turning to the Orc, Maria looked a bit dumbfounded. "What are you saying," she said. "There's no reason to kill him!" She pointed at John's limp form for emphasis, and shouted "He's half your size, and in this state he looks weaker than me! You and the cat woman could take out a mob, and one of you damned near broke out of your cell just by growling at it! I doubt they could force you if they tried!"
"Hey, I had no way to know that saying it's wrong would be enough for you." Acland held his hands up and took a step back, trying to avoid conflict. "I covered my bases with the rational approach. If they won't force us when necessary, they wouldn't be ordering us around. So we feel out what happens when we act on the unknown system and adjust ourselves as needed. Understood?"
The red head glanced nervously around the table before moving her hand from the vial to the scroll. Pulling out the dark wooden case containing the document and placing it down in front of her on the table. "I don' trust you." She told the dwarf. "You ain't even told us your name yet. But I suppose I only need to trust you far enough to not get kil't"

-dramatic music ensues-Therin had watched the situation carefully, and was slightly alarmed at how quickly they had turned to violence, when their main objective should be working together in order to figure out what exactly was going on. He stood from his bed and sighed, before leaving his cell and standing next to the group in a matter of seconds, his eyes fixed on Natali. He found the sudden show of violence amusing, but extremely unnecessary.
"You would kill him just because a voice told you to?" He asked, his gaze shifting between all of them. "That seems very...weak-minded of you. I don't think our captor is going to release us willingly, even if we do as he asks."

Annie raised an eyebrow at the dwarf. For one, he's not talking about the plan or at least gave them a direction and a slap on the ass to get them on their way to work, and two, what gibberish words he's saying to her future comrades? What's his past regarding the desert got to do with the mission? unless the prison is in a desert...
And then John started has revealed his secret identity. With both of her eyebrows raised now, she turned towards John and opened her mouth with her fists up, about to scold him about lying to her the first time they met but no words came out, as a thought suddenly struck her head. Suddenly, she loosened her stance, allow her fist to swing down and said, after having a short silent giggle "You know, that kinda reminded me of me mum's tale, of being chased off the kingdom, running from king's knights that specializes in targeting spies and thieves and my family's legacy fell apart just because she had slept with the wrong man. Between you and me, I think we should go hunting together for fun after this is over. Oh, but for the record, I think you could hold out your false identity a bit longer, mainly because I think John is a better name than Valnae."
She switched her focus back to the dwarf and demanded "So would you kindly show us a plan and money or would you want us stinky mercenaries in your house any longer?"
