OK, fair point. But there are some D Mo S's where I think the troper is taking things too seriously.
Really? You don't say. Man, if only your insight could be transmitted via the Interwebs to everyone who edits that area of the wiki.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Sort of. Some of those opinions are just fine and not full of junk. The consistent problem with those pages though is they attract editors who take it too far with some consistency. Much like other pages that allow opinions it should not be a vitriolic diatribe that would peel paint off of a main battle tank, should generally be on topic (about the work or its aspects), and as someone pointed out should have reasonable approximation of facts to it like characters that are part of the work, series, or franchise kind of ties in with the on topic bit.
If something looks like it is stepping over the line in some fashion it should be brought to the mods attention. Ask The Tropers is usually the preferred tool for that.
For some of those entries it will come across as haters gonna hate but in the case of those pages they are allowed to not like the work as long as they don't go overboard.

Who watches the watchmen?

I know we can't directly debate a Dethroning Moment Of Suck in the actual wiki, but are we allowed to challenge a questionable entry in a discussion? I've seen some entries I would like to contest.
