Twitter Account for the film is up

Kevin Smith confirmed that tonight we will see footage from Wonder Woman during the DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League.

“They show footage from the Wonder Woman movie that they’re shooting right now. I can’t even tell you, they’ll yell at me. But there’s shots of Wonder Woman in action doing some shit you’ve never seen before."

The director won me over at least by saying she's still kind and loving despite being so powerful.

Seeing the Wonder Woman footage makes me want to shove Kevin Feige's face into a pile of shit.

Patty Jenkins seems like she's gonna do a great job on Wonder Woman and he had Thor 2 directed by some chump who did Game of Thrones stuff instead of her?

I don't know if that's Feige's job to hire the directors. That Perlmutter guy was above him until he stepped down.

Thor 2 didn't exactly have a great story, but I suppose she could have elevated it.

Sweet mama jama, that footage looks awesome. I especially love the footage of her crossing the bridge into what I think is WWI-era New York. The footage of her on horseback actually reminded me a lot of Xena.

And yeah, Patty Jenkins seems to get the character from her saying that she's "kind and loving." Man, I can't wait until this comes out.

Not much there, but it does affirm that it is an origin story with her starting on Paradise Island.

To think they've only been filming for about a month.

As put off as I still am about "Waif-er Woman's" physical presence, I at least hope Gadot's acting can make up for that.

Interesting about the Amazons being initially created to help humanity. Hopefully, they can still make them flawed but still sympathetic, something a lot of writers struggle with.

Aside from the whole "WWI being a setting" thing making me go "wait, what?", it's nice to see most of you guys, if not every one of you guys looking forward to this. (That first footage is looking most promising.)

(But really though, WWI? I'm not against it, but someone's gonna have to tell me how it's possible Diana looks the same way she does in BvS when WWI happened decades before that. Also, is Steve Trevor still a pilot or we don't know that yet?)

Isn't Diana supposed to be immortal? if i'm not mistaken, Queen Hyppolita and the rest of the amazons have been alive for a very long time, and haven't really aged either.

[up][up]She's an Amazon. She doesn't age? Honestly, she might as well be immortal. Wonder Woman's been around for thousands of years in the comics, you know.

Actually, come to think of it, being the daughter of two gods (Hippolyta and Zeus) may be a factor in how she doesn't appear to age physically.

[up] Really? I don't read comics very much, so my knowledge of the DC universe is limited to what I've seen on TV. Plus, that Wonder Woman movie had Diana exploring the world of man in present time, right?

They are also going with the New 52 origin so Diana is the daughter of Hippolyta and Zeus.

[up] Wait, was that a response to this part I wrote?

Plus, that Wonder Woman movie had Diana exploring the world of man in present time, right?

Because I was referring to the WW animated movie from a few years ago.
