@Darkness: Ah, ok. That kinda makes more sense.
In that case, I'll go with:
- Fire, Thunder and Rockin' (provided that all humans have that) for Offensive PSI
- Shield, Counter and Quick Up for Assist PSI
- Healing and Magnet for Recover PSI
- Instead of a third Recover PSI, if it's allowed, I'd rather have him have Telepathy too.
Is this an okay selection?

In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.@Darkness Awaits: Okay, I had my sneaking suspicion that's what you meant.
Offensive: freeze, flash, and eventually starstorm.
Recovery: lifeup, heal, and magnet (those were the only three in my guide)
Assist: psychic shield, paralysis, and teleport.
EDIT: I notice that starmen have more hp and pp than humans, what do you have planed to keep Tobajas and any other pk focused human on Clepass' level? Or is it a secret?

You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short. My guess is that, unlike humans, Starmen won't be able to use any power boosting caps and stuff, so their natural power is their only power while humans can boost theirs with equipment.
That, or Starmen just completely own humans in every way.

In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay. Not sure whether I should go with a peddler-like Mr. Saturn for lighthearted, casual writing or go with an human with psychology related PS Is (no, I'm not claiming mind control, but telepathy, reading emotions, soothing psychological issues like stress and anxiety to support others, or confusing one's mind and making them more anxious or stressful to give himself an edge against opponents).
—-
EDIT: I flipped a coin. Mr. Saturn it is.
- Name: (Mr.) Smith
- Race: Mr. Saturn
- Age (In human equivalent): 24
- Gender: Male, if Mr. Saturns have genders at all.
- Appearence: Typical Mr. Saturn outfit, which makes him seem like his neighbor's twin, and the guy next street's twin as well, or maybe the three at the same time as a collective consciousness hivemind. The only differentiating factor is the green backpack he always carries around, containing his wares and tools, and a red cravat - which might look silly on him, but nevermind that, he likes it. He also wears a silver colored watch.
- Personality: In contrast to most Mr. Saturns, he is adventurous, daring, hard working and an enthusiastic visionary, always eager for what the future holds for him and decisive enough to deal with whatever obstacle comes on his way. If there is a job left to do, or any oportunity left for taking - or creating, he will chase it. Especially if it means getting rewards. He is a staunch believer that the most hard working are the ones who receive the best things in life, and as such, he looks down on jobs that do not reward him for his troubles and efforts. His workaholic attitude is the downside of his eagerness to help, that is, provided one has enough money to pay him. He is also very demanding of others to keep their part of their bargain, never missing his own part as well. Always objective and to the point, he dislikes wasting time on useless chores or chatting more than he has to.
- Backstory: Like most Mr. Saturns, he was born in Saturn Valley and led a peaceful life there, helping his family with their inn. It was a very boring job, mostly because there were few clients that ever visited Saturn Valley, and whenever they did, their services were, unfortunately for him, free. Even though his family was ok with that, he desired rewards - big rewards - for his efforts keeping business running smoothly, and he wished to tend to a bigger business than a small inn in the middle of nowhere. Mr. Smith had the spirit of capitalism and entrepreneurism within him since his childhood. When he reached adulthood, he started to travel between Saturn Valley and Threed, selling his wares and aiding adventurers who traveled in the ways. Eventually he found work as an attendant in a clerk store in Threed, slowly saving money for bigger projects, a sum that started low but increased significantly as Smith showed himself to be a hard, enthusiastic worker, which netted him raises and a promotion to being that store's manager. With this sum he moved to Towness, where he made his debut as the owner of a small, local pawn shop with a variety of goods. If you can't find what you're looking for on his store, there's no need to worry! Mr. Smith will look for your item, find it, and bring it for you. In fact, he allows his customers to fill a list of desired items for him to fetch, and he will gladly do so to make another customer satisfied with his work and his purse fatter.

Yes, yes, this still is a thing. I am on vacation in Spain and have thus limited time, and as such I am not always able to write long posts.
I'll get back to Italy, where I live, in about 5 days. Then, Discussion Thread will be opened. And (hopefully) soon after the actual RP will start.
Anyway, Q&A time!
- Starmen: What I had in mind with Starmen was that they'll have lower growths than humans and less PS Is, but more powerful ones. A human may choose from three PS Is, while a Starman would have to settle for one or two.
- Mr.Saturn's genders: It is my opinion they do have one. They will have to reproduce somehow, won't they?
- Starting stuff: I will post the starting Skills/Tools in the starting post.
Sorry for the answering delay! Also the signups are all kay-o! (Also, should I close off signups...? I don't know how many people at once I can handle...)
Still in, just been busy with Real Life - I'll finish off my sheet today!
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Ah ok, sorry, I didn't know. It's just that it's happened before that I tried to join a thread, but it went inactive before anything could happen. I was a bit scared that it happened here too, since this one really sounds like it'll be fun. Sorry if I sounded impatient.
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay. So, you all have been given ample time to post all your signups and stuff. And mostly, you did,
Thus, I announce that Signups will close in 3 days. So yeah, if any of you still has to do stuff with their Signup please hurry up.
Name: Victor Kaiser
Race: Human
Specialization: Tools
Preferred Weapon: Swords/Knives Owns a wooden katana.
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Victor has a very imposing appearance. He stands at 6'1, and has a toned, athletic build. He often wears clothing that shows it off, like tank tops and leather jackets that accentuate his broad shoulders. Contrasting this, his facial features are a bit on the pretty side. He has tan colored skin, and cornsilk-blond hair.
He looks like this
◊
Personality: Victor is the strong, silent type. He doesn't speak a lot unless he has to, preferring to take action instead, though he will be more talkative towards those he's close to. He's actually kind of awkward at times, and when he's not being a tough guy, he's kind of a dork. He enjoys playing video games on his Nintendo Wii U and 3DS.
Backstory: Victor grew up with just his mom. He never had a father. He got picked on a lot because he had kinda girly interests and was kind of small. He started fighting a lot, and eventually got good at it. Of course, he's also been kicked out of school a lot. He just started going to school in Towness recently.
I was thinking that his tools are improvised weapons. Line a chain he can use to bind opponents, or a garbage can lid he can use to defend allies, or a monkey wrench that he can use to try to knock enemies out. Would that be acceptable?

Let's see...
- First, having swords as preferred weapon may be a weird choice in such an RP. Try something less... RPG-ish. For example knives, or Improbable Weapon User
- ...Which leads me to my second point: I'll give you tools, as many as I can think (like PS Is and Skills). Of course, you can have yours, but I'll give them to you.
- Also, there's not really an explanation on why his specialization is that. And it is either Tools or Skills (which consume A Ps)
- And last, could you please format that a bit better? It is not that important, but I'd really like it if you just put everything in a list like this... as of now, the formatting is confusing. Also, you may want to expand on the backstory a bit.
Sorry for complaining. Just want this RP to be good for everyone.
Ah, sorry, forgot to turn off text wrapping in notepad. His thing is tools 'cause he's a delinquent, so he's gonna fight with whatever happens to be on hand. He's a lot like Teddie from the first Mother, which is why I gave him the same weapon type. I can expand it to knives too, but it'd be kinda weird for a high school kid to be carrying knives at the start of the game. He's kinda violent, but he's not a psychopath. Hence the wooden sword.

Haha, I know right? Those Mr. Saturns are going to be interesting authority figures...
Also, I like Victor - he seems cool. Though the picture you link doesn't work for me (comes up with '403 Forbidden') but meh.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Ah, thank you very much. How about this? https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/2073749
Ah, and by the way. In the OP it says that PSI users have the option of forgoing learning a new power in exchange for a stat boost. Do non-PSI users get something like that as well?
